• Kristie (8/5): It was perfect for our stay minus the heating. We can’t wait to visit again! - The property was clean and in a great location. Plenty of room to spread out. I had trouble regulating the heat. It didn’t seem to want to turn down and was way too hot.

• Julia (1/5): A bad choice, too expensive, dirty and uncomfortable - Good location The apartment was very dirty when we arrived - bordering on the unhygienic. We alerted the owner to the problem, but after a few messages (including us taking the time to take and send him pictures) he did not reply anymore. The apartment is not cozy in the Danish “hygge” style - it is rather sparsely furnished and more functional than comfortable. I would not recommend staying there, it is simply too expensive for the lack of cleanliness and comfort.
• Ken (9/5): Very good - Almost everything was good and the price was very correct, considering its Denmark The room I slept in, the mattress was so soft that I had to out it on the floor. They have to check for some better more firm mattress.
• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic spacious accommodation, excellent location - Spacious accommodation, the location was excellent, so quiet yet close to the centre and the metro, canal very near too, we loved it so much. Quiet accommodation block divided into small sections so no noise from others. Hosts sent excellent clear check in instructions with step by step photos so we knew we were on the right track, this was so helpful especially when tired from travelling. The sofa could have been more comfortable, the beds were amazing, slept so well
• Sheryl (7/5): Good - Excellent location, close to restaurants and metro station. Modern and spacious apartment, very minimally furnished but furnishings were comfortable. Safe and beautiful area, easy to get in and out of apartment. Building is right on the canal with canal views from a French balcony in living area and quiet garden views from the master bedroom. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle and unlike any flow I've ever experienced. I did cold during my showers and our visit was in mid-August when it was fairly warm. Hosts were contacted but really nothing that could be corrected. Had to mention this as it was unacceptable for me and will definitely be an issue for guests in the colder months. Also, won't get into details but I did notify host with details that the apartment was tidy but some things were not clean and some things in the kitchen were just unusable. I'm not expecting immaculate, but I'm expecting a certain level of clean, especially for this higher priced property. Just used to a certain level of clean like with the nicer AirBnBs properties, especially at this price point.

The host was super helpful in sending codes over and also letting us drop our bags early. Apartment was beautiful, clean and well provisioned This is an amazing apartment. Our only request would be that a drying rack maybe provided. The washing machine worked perfectly but didn’t want to leave clothes on balcony or over furniture

• Mark (9/5): A lovely place to stay with lots of room, an open feeling, great location at a reasonable price - Location, location, location. Close to metro, canals, shopping, restaurants in Christianhavn, Copenhagen. Very clean. Bigger than we expected with a breeze flowing through it when doors were open. The furniture was adequate but sparse, allowing for a very open feeling. Good cooking facilities. An excellent selection of movies and TV shows for those interested. No optional air conditioning and no bathroom fan, both of which are uncommon in Denmark, so I am told.

Basic sofa and armchairs (not good for relaxing on after a day of sightseeing), towels very poor quality, shower grout could do with a good clean. No bedside lamp in second bedroom.

The room was spacious Location of the apartment is walking distance from a lot of attractions, city center and metro. Grocery store 5 min walk away. Could be nice to have a microwave oven. We were there with small kids and it could speed things up. Wi-Fi not completely covering the apartment. Other then that, it was perfect.

• Wendy (8/5): Despite the bathroom and kitchen criticisms, we enjoyed our stay very much. - Spacious, quiet and comfortable. Main room and bedrooms were clean. Canal network very close so very picturesque. Good location especially for transport to other areas of interest in Copenhagen. Also good range of food shops and cafes/restaurants nearby so a good base. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to emails. Somebody else’s rubbish was left in the bathroom bin and one of the drawers. The bathroom sink could have been cleaner and the water didn’t drain away properly. The shower also needed a better clean and the shower curtain needed renewing. The kitchen drawers had crumbs in them and we didn’t think they had been cleaned properly. It did seem a bit basic for the amount of money it cost.

• Peter (10/5): I would thoroughly recommend the 2 bedroom Scandi-Hygge, excellent location, apartment and hosts. - The apartment is in the perfect location in Christianshavn, being a short walk away to all transport links [if needed] and walking distance to the majority of sights we wanted to see, which made our stay in Copenhagen a fantastic experience. Big thanks to Louise our host, whom was easily contactable and very accommodating with a couple of requests that we had via the app chat. From check-in, right through to departure, the process was easy and straightforward. Worth also noting that the surrounding area felt safe, secure and allowed peace and quiet when we retired at the back end of the day to relax. We would certainly book again when back in Copenhagen. The hosts were very helpful in recommending places to go for special treats (Danish pastries, coffee, romantic restaurant…). Would love to return, but next time we’ll stay for more than two nights!
• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional luxury flat in a perfect location - highly recommend! - Perfect location - in a quiet residential neighborhood right by the water, but also super close to all the key tourists spots (we could walk everywhere in 10minutes max which we very much appreciated as a young family). Quick ride from the airport as well with the nearby metro. The self check-in was smooth due to the great communication with the helpful hosts who were very accommodating even letting us store our luggage due to an early arrival and late departure. The flat itself - wauw! where to begin..the bright well-stocked kitchen made it a breeze cooking for our kids, the living area was simply beautiful and the beds super comfy. A bonus to have a balcony where we could enjoy a view of the canal and the cute courtyard. We would love to return and are very much looking forward to recommending staying at the Scandi-hygge flat to all our friends and family.
