• Orla (10/5): - Location on the beach. The apartment itself is not beach front but the complex is so you are at the beach in a minutes walk. Lots of cafes, supermarket etc close by also
• Maria (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It’s perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, the Torremolinos center, and plenty of great cafes. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight for us was the on-site tennis court. Huge thanks to our host, who was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. Also, close drive is outlet shops and Malaga to spend a wonderful day. Highly recommend!

• mike (8/5): - Kommunikation wurde nach dem Wechsel auf whatsup deutlich besser und schneller Vermieter/Verwalter spricht englisch und gibt gern Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Nähe und ist sehr hilfsbereit/lösungsorientiert Aussicht sowohl auf Berge und Meer ruhige Lage Strandnähe Matratzen sind angenehm hart WiFi ist schnell Parken: auf abgeschlossenem Gelände, aber ohne überdachte Carports, Zufahrt mit Transponder Fußweg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Mercadona etwa 15 Minuten und Carrefour express etwa 10 Minuten Die bei booking hinterlegte Koordinate führt zum strandseitigen Eingang, das Gebäude liegt auf dem Gelände aber weiter hinten (wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen). Besser ist der Eingang in der Calle de la Playa 30, weil A) hier die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist und B) der Weg zum Gebäude kürzer ist Einzug ins Appartment war tatsächlich erst ab 16.00 Uhr möglich Wohnung ist hellhörig wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Kommoden, keine Garderobe(nhaken)

Julio was waiting for us at the agreed time, explained everything clearly, and provided helpful tips. Communication by phone was excellent throughout our stay. The location is ideal – close to the beach and cafés, yet peaceful and quiet. The gated complex with parking, very comfortable beds, balcony views, and fully equipped kitchen made us feel like locals. Highly recommended!

Free secure parking with plenty of spaces in Oct. Minimal noise and disturbance audible from property. Liked it all.

Due to the location, you could quite easily go into Malaga or go on day trips. The apartment itself had everything you could need during a short stay and was cleaned to a very high standard. Julio was easy to communicate with and was only a short call/whatsapp away throughout our stay. He also let us check in early due to our arrival time. We were unable to access the pool due to us traveling out of season, but we just ended up going to the beach nearby instead.

• Inma (9/5): Un apartamento recomendable - La cercanía a la playa y el hecho de que tuviera piscina y aparcamiento. Además, el apartamento era amplio y estaba dotado de todo lo necesario. Era moderno, con aire en todas las estancias y no faltaba un detalle. Nos hizo sentir cómodos desde el principio. Por otro lado, el anfitrión, Julio, estuvo atento en todo momento y nos ayudó y recomendó todo lo necesario. Una persona proactiva y amable. La entrada al mismo era tarde y, además,entramos con un poco de retraso. Cuando se viaja con niños pequeños, es un factor importante. Los colchones eran nuevos. Quizás por eso un poco duros. Eché en falta otras almohadas más gruesas. Pero son aspectos de menor importancia, que poco afectan a todo lo positivo que hemos disfrutado.

Podczas pobytu pojawił się niezależny od niego remont w budynku, ale właściciel zachował się bardzo profesjonalnie i zrekompensował niedogodności. • Karen (10/5): Relaxing stay - The apartment was modern, spacious, and clean. It had a nice sized balcony and all the necessary amenities to make it home from home. Located across from the beautiful beach and a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Julio, the host, was amazing he was welcoming helpful and recommended lots of places to eat. I felt there could have been some extra towels as one set for a week is not ideal. The balcony chairs were not comfortable as more a basket chair.. access to some extra pillows, too.. A nice extra to have had would have been a bottle of water in the fridge after a long journey.

Amazing location close to the beach, spacious apartment with everything what you need for the family of 4. Free gated parking. Great owner, Julio - he was able to welcome us at 4:00 AM even when our flight was nearly 5 hours delayed. I highly recommend the place! We had some issues with water pressure and hot water but after reporting it to Julio the issue was fixed.
• Wafa (10/5): Exceptional - We had it for a family vacation in Malaga, me, my wife and two kids. The host accept early Check it and late check out which was very helpfull. In a residence, 6th floor with two elevators, two minutes away from the beach, with plenty of shared parking spaces (December/2024). You open the door to find a small entree open to the kitchen and living on the left, and bedrooms corridor on the right. The living has a comfy sofa bed, and opens to a very nice veranda that shows the beach directly. Kitchen is small but good enough to cook, with a fridge, oven dishwasher and washing machine. There is a rounded table between living and kitchen which is very convenient. On the left, the first bedroom has a twin beds, and a closet, the second one is a king size bed with a cabinet as well. Between both rooms the the only toilet in the apartment, nice and elegant. All rooms has AC's. The location 20 min in car from Malaga's center, away from traffic, with the beach all the way to Malaga. It was a perfect vacation, and an excellent apartment. Highly recommended. - One Toilet,. - Sometimes the when everyone is having a shower, you need to wait a little bit for hot water. We were fine with both comments.
• Wojciech (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach and everything what you might need, like grocery shops, restaurants, etc. are available in the neighborhood. If you're travelling with your family it might be a good choice, especially as it's close to Benalmádena where there are lots of spots worth visiting with the youngest. Important pros is an internal parking available for residents. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!
