- Roman (1/5): - Well, nothing as the property manager called us late in the evening to say they made a mistake and the room is not available, but just lied because it was again available on the website but much higher price, meaning these hotels will do everything to make money, also if a customer makes a mistake at the property we take the responsibility and we pay for something we did, yet these managers of these hotel make a mistake and they simply cancel the booking of the family without any remorse or hesitation, booking.com should make sure that this is not allowed, they can’t just cancel our booking and triple the price 1 minute later, but unfortunately nobody cares, will be using booking.com much less going forward as there us simply bad communication between the hotel and booking.com.

- Priya (1/5): Awful experience with the owners - We were not even allowed to stay here as the owners were rude and lazy and would not allow us to check in as they said they won’t wait past 00:00 even though we had flight delays, they downgraded us and modified our booking and gave us a cheap place to stay and charged us a lot and still wanted more money. They also threatened us and we’re very intimidating. AVOID THIS PLACE! The staff and owners are awful!
