• MARIA DE LOS ANGELES (9/5): Gran estancia en Roma - Muy amplio para familias grandes, poco ruidoso y bien ubicado, con autobuses y estación cerca. Estaría bien poner más papel higiénico y algo más de cubertería (cucharas pequeñas) ya que éramos muchos en el apartamento. Pero todo genial.

• Michał (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja oraz wielkość apartamentu - Wielkośc apartamentu, byliśmy w 4 rodziny i każdy mial swój pokój. W części kuchennej wielki stół do wspólnych posiedzeń. Zaraz na dole pisze wyjściu kawiarnia. Blisko super markety i dworzec termini. Apartament wymagał by odświeżenia, odmalowania, meble mają juz swoje lata. Trochę skomplikowany meldunek, jak gra w escape room:) Jednak stosunek ceny do jakości rewelacyjny!!!

• Caroline (8/5): Séjour familial à 11 personnes qui nous a permis de découvrir Rome en étant idéalement logé tous ensemble. - Logement bien placé pour visiter quasiment tout Rome à pieds. Spacieux, literie confortable, accès avec la carte et le site Vikey bien pratique. Rapidité de réaction du service Flatinhome. Nous avons eu un souci avec un équipement qui est tombé en panne et ils sont intervenus rapidement pour réparer. Finitions à revoir (joints des salles de bain usés, portes des placards de la cuisine qui sont de travers et donc se ferment mal)
• ALEXANDRA (6/5): Appartement pratique et bien placé confort à améliorer. - L'appartement est proche de la gare de TERMINI. Le métro est accessible et une station de bus permet de se déplacer facilement. Notre hôte s'est rendu très disponible et a toujours répondu à nos demandes. Nous avons pu occuper l'appartement plus tôt que prévu ce qui fut très appréciable pour nous tous. Grande cuisine avec grande table bien agréable pour la prise des repas en commun. L'appartement était globalement propre mais mérite quelques dépenses non ostentatoires mais indispensables pour le rendre vraiment agréable. Prises et lampes défectueuses. Mobilier premier prix nécessitant un remplacement (portes meuble frigo), etendoir à linge non fonctionnel, hotte dysfonctionnante. Lit d'une chambre double assez moyen. Couettes simples installées dans les lits doubles, joints de douche, baignoir et évier à refaire entièrement. Fuite de la clim (pourtant non utilisée). Fuite du frigo. fuite du chauffe eau. 2 chauffeuses à dispo dans la pièce principale (ne pas envisager de dormir dessus). L'annonce indique 3 salles de bain. Or il y a 1 salle de douche avec wc et une salle de bain + 1 wc dans la pièce avec le chauffe eau). Lave vaisselle non entretenu. Pas de torchons mis à disposition pour le tout venant. Nous avons du utiliser une serviette de toilette.

• Igor (7/5): Dirty and poorly maintained. - The location is very practical and the apartment is big. The apartment use old pictures in the ad. The bathrooms and kitchen were quite dirty and in bad condition (cabinet doors are collapsing for example).
• Linda (7/5): Ruim appartement - Het is een mooie grote accommodatie op een paar minuten lopen vanaf Termini treinstation en metro. De bedden liggen heerlijk en er zijn genoeg handdoeken. OP loopafstand een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. De communicatie gaat via de ap. en duidelijk. Helaas was de schoonmaak iets minder, hebben dit doorgegeven dus we hopen dat ze daar iets mee doen.

• Horst (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja Zdjęcia obiektu nie oddają jego faktycznego stanu uwaga na to... Po przyjeździe zapytaliśmy czy możemy być wcześniej ponieważ przesunęli nam godzinę przybycia, niestety nie udało się ponieważ sprzątanie zajęło czas aż do godziny 16 zgodnie z rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej i to jest zrozumiałe. Nie jest zrozunmiałe natomiast to że po 6 godzinach sprzątania po poprzednich gościach w apartamencie było brudno. Brudne podłogi, brudo pod łóżkami bardzo dużo starego kurzu, brudne okna oraz jakaś stara brudna umazana czyś dziwnym kotara w prysznicu. Łazienka gdzie znajdował się tylko WC to jakiś magazyn na brude moby i pełny gratów a nie łazienka. Niestety w dniu wyjazdu najpierw otrzymałem informację o tym że możemy być do godziny 11 a po kilkunastu minutach jak mieliśmy już plany na ten dzień okazało się że sie pomylili i musimy wyjść bo o 10 przychodzi ktos do sprzątania co nie było prawda bo przez dłuższy czas jeszcze bylimy w pobliskich sklepach i nikt nie przychodził.
• Luise (3/5): Fehlende Grundsanierung/reinigung - für 2 Nächte aushaltbar - - Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Platz für große Gruppen Es war Schimmel im Bad, eine Toilette undicht, Dreck in den Ecken, die Küche alt, schief und nicht voll funktionsfähig (Geschirrspüler hat nicht gereinigt), Geschirr war beim Check in dreckig, keine Geschirrtücher zum Spülen/Abtrocknen, Möbel abgenutzt…dieses Apartment muss saniert und gereinigt werden!
• Anniina (9/5): Toimiva majoitus loistavalla sijainnilla, majoittaja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja korjasi ongelmat. - Sisään- ja uloskäynti toimi jouhevasti, ovikoodi toimi hyvin. Vuoteet oli siistit. Lattiat oli tahmeat kun saavuimme majoituspaikkaan ja jouduimme ensimmäisenä pesemään lattiat. Jääkaapista valui vettä lattialle, samoin wc:ssä. Nämä majoittaja korjasi heti ilmoituksen saatuaan. Wc paperia niukasti majoittujien määrään nähden, ostimme itse lisää.

• Michaela (8/5): Priestranný apartmán - Kúsok od stanice Termini. Ľahká dostupnosť do centra a na metro. Priestranné izby a výborne vybavená kuchyňa. 2 kúpeľne a 3 toalety. Pod ubytovaním je detské ihrisko. Pripravené uteráky a sprchové gély. Pitná voda priamo z vodovodu. Hlučná ulica, ráno nás budili smetiari. Zlý odtok vody v sprche.

• Josefien (7/5): - het was een ruim appartement. De communicatie met de host verliep erg vlot, als we vragen hadden werden deze meteen beantwoord en we hadden vlot toegang tot de accommodatie. Er was airco wat ideaal was wegens de warme temperaturen in de stad. Er was een vaatwas voorzien en voldoende keukenmateriaal om te koken en te eten. De badkamers waren wat aan de kleine kant maar wel proper.

• Cristina (6/5): Acceptable if not needed to spend much time in the flat. - Great location It does not look like in the pictures on booking. Not vey clean. Many appliances broken or not well maintained (shower broken, dish washer dirty and smelling bad). Doors were not closing properly, therefore noisy.

Easy coded entry system Shower water pressure not brilliant. One side of toaster doesn't work and could do with replacing One key card for whole apartment
• Volodymyr (10/5): Will come back here next time with big group - Great location close to station Termini. 3 toilets and 2 showers. Great choice for the big group. There is a dishwasher which is very handy.
• Cathy (10/5): Highly recommend! Fantastic for groups. Ideally 8 people but room for 13 in beds which include 2 sets of bunk beds. Big - Very large property. Very clean and safe. Excellent location by the treasury building and only a 10 minute walk to Termini station, St. Regis Hotel (must have a drink in the lobby bar) Il Come Latte (best gelato in Rome, good restaurants, excellent spa at The Building Hotel, great mini marts and Conad grocery store. Excellent Airbnb service. Immediate reply’s on everything. Good air conditioning. We loved it! For Americans, no wash cloths (LOL) but they don’t even sell them in Italy so bring one along.

• Merrit (10/5): Gerne wieder! - We were a group of 13 people and a toddler and were really happy with the size of the appartement. It's really big & you can all sit together in the kitchen. The flat is situated near the train station Termini, which makes it easy to reach from the airport. It also took us only around 20 minutes to walk to certain tourist attractions like the Colloseum or Fontana di Trevi. For our youngest group member we got a baby cot which was really helpful. Also the communication with the owner via booking.com and WhatsApp went well. He made sure everything was fine during our stay. The automatic access to the building and the flat were really convenient. One last thing:It wasn't a problem for us, but if you stay in the flat with a big group of people and are sensible to noises or want an early sleep, I recommend bringing earplugs for the night. When you sleep in the rooms next to the kitchen, you can otherwise hear every word that is spoken there.
