• Martina (9/5): comfortable place in cool neighborhood - we stayed there for 2nd time and chose it again for the great location, garage, spaciousness and 3 bedrooms/2baths. the view is still great too. the lock has been fixed since last year, no issues with that. we stayed there for 2 weeks with two kids. we would had appreciate more cleaning equippement / detergents. broom was not enough:))
• Matevz (2/5): Very poor - Good location if you dont like turist crowded places near the sea. Spacious apartment. You get parking space in the garage, but as someone mentioned before, entrance is very steep and narrow with 90 degree turn, so you might have trouble with bigger cars. Sorry to say but this was one of the worst booking experiences we encountered so far. Though we expressed our concerns with access to the apartment multiple times before our arrival, there was lack of support, and when we arrived at night we were not able to enter the accommodation with the code provided. We spent first night in the car with small child, since no staff could be reached during night, though we tried multiple contacts. Staff explained later there was technical error with the lock. Unfortunately it continued the same way as it started, as the apartment was cleaned very sloppy in our case. There was rubbish under the table and on the carpets. Ironic there is a cleaning fee of 100 euros per stay. Baby cot was also not ready at the time of our arrival. After our complaints, cleaning lady came the next day to clean, but without vacuum for the carpets. Carpets also had unpleasant smell, probably because pets are allowed and there is no regular vacuuming. Staff again suggested to vacuum the apartment the next day and to arrange electrician for the broken kitchen lights, but we refused all other maintenance related services, which should be done before our arrival, not every single day during our stay. Hope we had bad luck and this was one time experience, but overall we could not recommend this stay.
• Martina (9/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood - Spacious, comfortable, three bedroom apartment. Washing machine, well equipped kitchen, GARAGE! The neighborhood is lovely, plenty of restaurants, not many tourists, nice views. 10mins drive to playa del duque. we travelled with two kids, loved that there are playgrounds nearby. comfortable beds. - it was almost perfect, only minor things: you need an app to enter the apartment. unfortunatelly we got the information too late and we struggeled to download the app on 3g internet after landing. would appreciate to get the information in advance. the only real minus is the baby cot: the one we got was really old, a bit broken, very uncomfortable. would recommend the owners to puchase a new one, this one was really bad.
