La falta de algún utensilio, como plancha, exprimidor (caja vacía), o plancha. Y la diferencia entre las camas de una habitación y otra
• Veronica (9/5): - Die Betten sind super bequem ich habe lang nicht so gut in einem "fremden" Bett geschlafen. Das Appartement war super gepflegt und sauber.Die ruhige Gegend war super und trotzdem war die nächste Bushaltestelle 5 min zu Fuß und in 30 min im Zentrum von Florenz. Ich kenne es von den kleinsten und billigsten Apartments eine Kaffeemaschine zu haben, da gab es leider nur eine alte Mokka Kanne. Wäre schön gewesen wenns ne kleine gegeben hätte, wir hätten auch für die Kapseln auch noch was extra bezahlt.

We left moments after we checked in. I got an asthma attack and instead of sympathy and helpfulness the greedy owner accused us of lying. Very unprofessional. Also, the address stated Campo di Marte. • Mascha (9/5): Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - Very nice, clean and cozy apartment. Fully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It is a bit far from the city centre, but you can either take public transport or the car to get to all the sightseeing locations.

• Martin (10/5): - Clean, big, comfortable appartment in secure and very quiet private area with green view near to the center and in short walk distance from a food market. Comfortable bus transport to the center into 25min. This is the best price/quality appartment in Florence for family vacation. I hot recommend it if you search big, clean, calm and secure place to visit Florence! Every morning at 06:30AM, the phlegmatic upstairs neighbor girl start galloping around the all apartment like a horse, getting ready for work extremly slowly until 08;00AM. The rest of the time it's quiet.

• Idan (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice, roomy and clean. It has whatever you need. Also the communication was very fast. On the downside, the heating was not strong enough for us, and the walls are thin (you can easily hear the neighbors)

• Daniyar (10/5): Amazing apartment. Everything was as described. Great job by the host. - The apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. We travelled by car. So, free parking was a big advantage. The location is quiet and safe. The only thing we missed was the iron. But for a short stay it should not be a big issue.

• Los (10/5): Beautiful apartment, conveniently located with parking. - It was very clean, bright and in a quiet location. Everything was supplied.. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. 2 balconies and great scenery from the back balcony. Very comfortable. Free parking. Not too far from the city centre. There was no iron. The 2 hard pillows. Would have liked a clothes airer/ dryer to hang clothes inside when it rains.

Lovely kitchen with everything you can need (fridge, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, etc.), comfy living area & a nice bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a great ambiance and was very quiet and private. Great communication with the hosts, it was easy to get in with the key from a key lock outside. Street is closed by a ramp, which makes it peaceful and with enough parking space. Will happily stay there again!
• Szalai (9/5): Superb - The place was nice and clean well equipped. Is located 20 minutes from the center, bus stop is very close. The contact person was very helpful and kind. Altogether it was a very good choice First night was a little cold but then we started heating althoug the maximum is 21 degree, which for me is still a bit cold.
• Danijel (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment in a good residential neighbourhood. Perfectly equipped with everything you need, just like at home: kitchen equipment, large TV with streaming service, Xbox... Street is closed by a ramp, which makes it peaceful and with enough parking space.
