• Mark (10/5): Nice cozy apartment - Nice apartment, clean. Responsive and nice host. The building has a lift. We enjoyed our stay :) The parking is not very comfortable, it's narrow and a little bit walk from the building.
• Michael Schäfer (10/5): Alles in allem sehr zufrieden! - Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das ist sehr angenehm, wenn man bedenkt, dass auf der Straße nahezu keine freien Stellplätze vorhanden waren. Die Es gibt Bereiche, die etwas sauberer sein könnten. Z.Bsp. Heizkörper im Bad / WC (Urinstein). Die Reinigungsmittel stehen frei auf einem Schrank im Flur. Das ist nicht schön anzusehen. Die Fußbodenheizung sollte etwas früher angestellt werden, bevor Gäste kommen.

• Petru Claudiu (10/5): - Sejurul nostru la Smooth Living Apartments Augsburg Lechhausen a fost excelent și merită toate laudele. Apartamentul este impecabil de curat, amenajat modern și foarte bine întreținut. Bucătăria este complet utilată, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru gătit confortabil, de la electrocasnice de calitate până la tacâmuri și veselă. Garajul oferit este un mare avantaj – sigur și accesibil. Ne-au surprins plăcut cafeaua, ceaiurile si jeleurile puse la dispozitie. Zona garajului, zona unde se aruncă gunoiul, scara și grădina sunt toate întreținute impecabil, totul curat și ordonat. Livingul are un televizor mare, perfect pentru relaxare seara, iar balconul este spațios și liniștit, un loc foarte plăcut pentru cafea sau o pauză în aer liber. Baia este absolut deosebită: dotată atât cu cadă, cât și cu cabină de duș, toate finisajele și accesoriile fiind de calitate. Vă mulțumim pentru tot! În concluzie: un loc în care se vede clar că s-a pus suflet și atenție la fiecare detaliu. Recomand cu încredere!

• Erika (9/5): Our stay was very pla - We liked the Apartment and everything that came with it , the Comfort, Waschmaschine, Elevator! We only wished , it would have been in walking distance to the Rathaus Platz , but we managed by using the car and pay for Parking .

Would have been a perfect stay of not for the digital lock which ran out of ba - Very modern, clean, fully furnished, very spacious, complete amenities Location is good but not in the city center. Would have been great if it’s located in the center.
