Good communication with Michael and appreciated his flexibility with checking in/out. Will definitely book again when back in Melbourne. The only disappointment was the foldout sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable for an adult.

Con lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, horno, microondas, aire acondicionado, estufa, etc. WiFI funciona muy bien. El anfitrión muy amable y responde rápido. Hay un bar abajo que funciona todos los días (al menos en verano). A veces era un poco ruidoso, pero con la ventana cerrada no había problema.

The apartment itself was full of character, with really helpful messages where needed without ever sounding negative or demanding. The whole tone of the place was super relaxing and chill. The apartment was safe, warm, and comfortable with all the amenities. There is nothing that I didn't like here, next time Im in Melbourne I will stay here again.

The bathroom sink drains very slow and it clogged at one stage. The bed was too soft for my preference. One window is staring directly to a car parking area and for someone like me that prefers my window open at all times, is totally not ideal if you don’t want to be seen.

• Samantha (10/5): Fab comfy flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, in super central location. - The location was excellent, on a small street connecting to Bourke St, short walks to lots of good food, theatre, shops. The flat is compact but fits in a lot, including the 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuites, a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry in a cupboard, and a little verandah! An alarm went off at night in the place next door for an hour or so. Not the fault of this property but annoying.

Also next to a very noisy late opening bar/restaurant so had to make sure windows and doors shut to block out the noise.

• Judith (10/5): This apartment has everything, location, space , facilities, close by to so much.. - A beautiful apartment that had everything, there was even butter, jam , eggs etc in the fridge to use. Situated in a great location, walkable to the tennis and other sports events. Restaurants , bars and entertainment, theatre district all very close by. Michael , our host greeted us to give us the keys, and guide us thru the apartment. I would recommend this place , and hopefully we will be back.thank you Maybe, aircon in the bedrooms would be good to have.

It is close to many attractions (including Queen Victoria market, Yarra river, Royal botanical gardens, museums...). The host, Michael, is extremely nice and accommodating. The windows overlook the parking garage. There is not much light in the apartment, especially in the bedrooms.
