• IN HO (9/5): thank you~! - As stated in the description when booking, breakfast was not included, but the location was excellent. We shared the refrigerator and kitchenware with the host, and we were thankful that we could travel comfortably. We didn’t see the host very often, but since we were given our own key, we were able to come and go easily. It would have been better if we had been given more towels in advance. There were two of us, but we were only given two towels at first, and then just one clean towel was provided each day.

• Charles (5/5): Very hot apartment uncomfortable to sleep in and now way to cool down - Location was brilliant No privacy unless you stayed in the bedroom. Room not very big and very hot even with the window open. Didn’t feel comfortable to use the kitchen as the owner had all his items everywhere

The location is perfect — very close to the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. The host was kind and welcoming, and he lives in the same apartment, which made check-in easy and communication smooth. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
• Paulo (9/5): A super nice private room in a beautiful apartment - Stephen is a wonderful host, the way the apartment is set up creates all the needed privacy, and the bed is big and very comfortable. Also, it's literary 5 minutes walking from both the Belvedere Palace and from the main train station. From the palace, you can quickly get to the Opera in 10 minutes by tram, so it's an amazing location. Nothing to say.

• Eleni (7/5): Good - Shared apartment: I didn't expect that and I didn't felt comfortable in the beginning. Stephen was adorable as a person and very distinctive but I would like to recommend him to write it in the title that is a shared apartment. My companion never felt comfortable. The apartment was nice as in photos. If we knew that was a shared apartment,we wouldn't have booked that because as a couple we love privacy. Toilet was cleaned only superficialy As I'm a woman I couldn't sit there. Secondary,but not nice,the doors were dirty. I'm not a hypochondriac but some standards are necessary.

Very helpful, well-informed host with interesting stories. Loved Stephen's tip about pre-ordering drinks at the Musikverein! Two corner shops and a coffee shop just a few metres away.

The space is lovely—well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just steps from the central station, making it incredibly convenient to travel in and out of Vienna, as well as explore the city and its surrounding areas. However, what truly made this stay exceptional, was the host, Stephen. He is incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to share the best recommendations for things to see and do in Vienna. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be returning on my next trip to the city! Nothing
• Maša (4/5): Disappointing - Perfect location. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay. We appreciate your kindness and how you made us feel welcome. However, I was a bit surprised to find that you live in the same apartment, as I hadn’t expected that level of shared living. In my opinion, this type of accommodation is more suited to platforms like Airbnb, where it’s typically made clear that guests will be sharing the space with the host. I think it would be helpful for future guests to be informed in advance about this arrangement. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is in a shared area. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was not cleaned, and the small cabinet had quite a bit of dust on it. The trash bin was also not emptied.

• Megan (9/5): Warm base in a perfect location. - Stephen the host is very accomodating. Privacy was well respected. Good conversations with Stephen when in shared spaces. Location near the HBF is excellent. Also close to Belvedere Palace. The kitchen is well equipped. We did not cook, but regretted this decision. Apartment was heated substantially. If you enjoy a warm room, this place is for you.

There is also underground parking available for a very reasonable fee. There was nothing I didn't like; however, as an apartment the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom.

He greeted us with a warm welcome, offering a glass of wine and displaying exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. His insightful recommendations for exploring the city added a special touch to our trip. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and conveniently situated. We were also allowed to leave our bags after check out, as we were only flying later that evening. We would definitely endorse this shared apartment for anyone planning a visit to Vienna.

The apartment and our room was so clean too! Such a great location to go to tourist places or to get the transportation!
• Jaka (10/5): Exceptional - Staying with Stephen was great! The apartment is located right near the main train station and four tram stops from the city center. The bedroom with its own bathroom was comfortable and clean, the wifi was fast. The use of the living area (kitchen, balcony, living room) is also allowed to the guests. In the morning you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee free of charge. As a host, Stephen is a very kind person and really interesting to talk to. He has a lot of great life stories, from being an ex michelin star chef, to being a luxury hotel owner, which he loves to share in an interesting way. The price for the apartment was great, given the fact we reserved our stay the day before we arrived to Vienna. In conclusion, we would recommend this place to anyone, looking for a comfortable apartment in a good location with a great host!
