• Brendan (10/5): Well worth the money. - The place was amazing. We wanted somewhere nice because we had a longer stay in Florence. The place was a real comfort. About ten mins walk from the Duomo which means you are in a quieter area of Florence. Near the tram line though, so easy access to the train station and airport. The place is hugh, big bedrooms and bathrooms, we were easily able to cook there. The place is very quiet, with the rooms away from the road. There is a school next door so quiet at night and weekends. There is a lift. There were three types of coffee making implements and only one worked! :-)

Es befindet sich zudem nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen, wenn wir Florenz einem weiteren Besuch abstatten 😊

It has a washing machine, the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The decor was really nice and modern. The location was 8 mins to the Duomo and 5 mins to the supermarket. The check in process was very easy. Sami was responsive and very helpful right from the beginning. I would recommend this place to everyone. It made our stay in Florence incredibly enjoyable. I wish I could book a place like this everywhere we go. Thank you Nothing! Everything was perfect!!

• Aigars (4/5): Not worth the money - Location I came with mother and wife. They took many dresses. Unfortunately iron was in poor condition and ironing board damaged. When I texted about it to owner that was his salty response “I sincerely hope you came to Florence to enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world, not to iron clothes!” Dear, Mr. That’s not your business why we came to Florence. When you are renting out flat for 550€ / night please make sure everything is on top service. Sofa was dirty. On windows were some dead mosquitos. Kettle was dirty ( my mother washed it ) Funny thing if you check out after 10:00 they will fine you 50 - 300€. There is even a list with fines in the flat. I have dozens of trip made by booking.com but first time leaving low rating for a reason

• Amy (10/5): Safe, spacious and comfortable…perfect base for a family! - The property was very well appointed with plenty of space for our family of 4 over a 5 day stay. We felt very safe in our building and found the location an easy reach to many of Florence’s popular sites. The fact that the building also has a lift/elevator was a bonus for visitors with luggage like ourselves. Our host was very helpful and was always quick to answer any questions, not that we had many as much of the relevant information had already been relayed to us from the get-go. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable base from which to explore the beautiful city of Florence! None!

• Mg8 (10/5): Amazing Apartment in the right location for everything! - Amazing apartment with the biggest walk-in closets! The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed. The water filter jug was a thoughtful touch. The only thing missing was a cover for the ironing board which was a little odd, but we managed. Temperature control kept the apartment cool. We never figured out how to work it but I'm always happier with it being cooler, especially at night, so no big deal for us. I'm sure it would be a major bonus during the Italian summer. The location was fabulous - just a short walk to the centre of Florence (approx. 10 minutes, walking past the Accademia Gallery towards the Duomo Cathedral), but far enough away that it was quiet. Parking was also easy. It was arranged through the booking process and all went smoothly. You pay for it separately to the garage and we received a good discount on the advertised rate. We would definitely go back and have already recommended it to friends!

• Shane (9/5): Superb - Really love the location it's a walk into the center of town but it's a comfortable walk You're talking 10-15 minutes maybe 20 max and it's a really nice area to walk through. We were really happy because this is exactly what we were looking for. The size the apartment is just right the rooms are a good size it's all very modern tool extremely well looked after.

The apartment was well equiped for the daily chores. Good location, quite near the main train station and many restaurants and halal eateries and supermarket nearby. Great value for money. • Alison (8/5): Great quiet oasis to return to after the hustle and bustle of the city. - Spacious, light, clean, well equipped, quiet but in easy reach of the centre. The hot water seemed to start running out by the end of two showers in the morning and to get the temperature of the apartment right was sometimes challenging but we didn’t freeze and response was very quick to our help messages. Some instructions on heating and other appliances and perhaps some information in the apartment on recommendations for local restaurants/bars would have been welcomed.

The apartment was very large, quiet, well appointed! Had a large showers, which if you have traveled in Europe you will know is a luxury. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. The beds we’re comfortable. Easy access, the host does everything remotely, so if you need the personal touch of the meet and greet this wouldn’t be for you. They are very accessible via text however. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing
