The room was also very comfortable and at the perfect temperature, which was great because during cold months some hotel rooms can become very dry. The pillows were a little hard so i requested new ones and the ones they sent were amazing, I almost wanted to take them with me. N/A

• Rachael (9/5): A beautiful environment, a great start to our trip, well placed for downtown Calgary. - The breakfast had good flavours, a few more fresh vegetables would be good. The interior of the spaces are beautiful and clean, the beds are the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time. There was a communication error with regard to the room price and what to expect from breakfast.

Propre et très accueillant. - Tout était parfait, très belle et grande chambre 408 avec deux grands lits King size, grande tv , un bureau pour travailler, un petit salon,magnifique salle de bain. La chambre était refaite , nettoyée tous les jours mention spéciale aux femmes de chambre . Le bar, le restaurant magnifique ! Merci pour tout ! Nous y retournerons ! Nourat.

• Nadia (7/5): Meh - Nice room and gym. Good location First luxury hotel out of many I have stayed in Calgary that doesnt provide humidifiers. Calgary is very dry in the winter. Sleeping without a humidifer in the winter is difficult. This is a luxury hotel. Seriously?

• Natalie (8/5): Nice hotel in a convenient location. - Lovely, well appointed room. Great restaurant. The room could have been cleaner, particularly the stained curtains and leather bench. I was also very disappointed that the staff reneged on allowing me to change my dates (by one day only) in order to support my partner having surgery. This caused a lot of stress, and showed a lack of empathy from staff.

The staff were great. They were helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again. Would be nice if price was a bit lower.

• Benjamin (9/5): gorgeous hotel, great bathroom, just a little pricey - it was pretty much a brand new hotel - and the bathroom/shower made the experience that much better - also nice to have access to ice and water there wasn't anything i didn't like - i would say the only thing that was kind of just OK was the price - otherwise - it was great! no notes!
