- Melissa (10/5): Perfect stay, beautiful apartment! - - The location is spectacular, in a gorgeous place in Lenz, with a stunning view on the mountains from the terrasse. - The appartement in itself was beautiful, clean, cozy, exactly like on the pictures. The furniture was of good quality, it was fully equipped, everything seemed to be thought of. - Everything was perfect, I could not recommend more this treasure in the mountains! - The keys need to be picked up in a food truck an 8 minutes drive from the apartment, between 9am and 3pm at the time of our booking. This was fine for us as we had a car to drive to collect the key, but if you are coming by bus, it's worth nothing that this would add a little delay to your check in and it isn't a key-box system. The team was very friendly, responsive, and available by phone and helped us with any questions we had though, and the whole check-in was perfectly organized as a whole. The check-out was at 9.30am.
