• Per-Ola (7/5): Fantastiskt bra läge med takterrass. - Fantastiskt läge, takterrass, vi var två par och det passade bra med två sovrum samt vardagsrum, fanns även en mindre terrass vid köksdelen De båda terrasserna var helt ostädade och trasiga trädgårdsmöbler, konstigt att de inte fixat dessa som hade tagit ett par timmar att städa. Mycket liten hiss, jag åkte ensam upp med två resväskor och det gick inte att öppna hissdörren (lite panik) fick åka ner hela vägen igen för att komma ur hissen. Tre vinglas till lgh för totalt 6 personer. Vi lämnade våra väskor på grannhuset då vi kom innan 15.00 lite svårt med koder etc att komma in o hämta dem igen.

• Savko (9/5): Nice city brake in a beautiful Rome - Location was great. Appartment was in an old building, realy nice. Gave as italian vibes.Staff was super helpful and replied very quickly. 2 hairdryers. Plenty of towels. Plenty of space( 4 adults and 1 child ) We really enjoyed. Tiny lift. Only 2 people can fit. Toaster and kettle could be changed. But it wasn't a big issue.

• Suanne (8/5): Overall, the accommodation was good for the age of the building. - Location was excellent close to all sites. Lift was interesting and appropriate to the age of the building. The terrace/outdoor area needs some maintenance and cleaning.
• PiggyK (9/5): Few days in Rome - Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and oven. TV in bedroom and lounge. Clean and centrally located. Good easy communication with host. Only a minor comment - A lot of stairs which was fine for us but just as a note that it would have been difficult if our parents had been with us as originally planned. There is a working lift ( 2 person only ) for part of the building plus possibly a stair lift too but I can't confirm that it works as did not see it in operation.

Nice organize kitchen . - The property is located in the heart of Rome on via nazionale next to the La Repubblica metro. Too many steps to climb and few times the elevator broke down . Do to peoples fault unfortunately

• Anna (7/5): Good - The location. Good connected to the various strategic places, grosseries and shops. The appt was good equipped, air conditioning and washing machine were very much appreciated. Elevator was on 1st floor and too many stairs which made the carrying of the luggages uncomfortable. The big terrace was nice but it could have been cleaner and better arranged, more flowers, plants fewer weeds.

• Ekaterina (5/5): Nice apartment BUT consider the difficult stairs and don’t come in winter because the heating is very poor. - The location is fantastic! The terraces must be lovely in summer. We stayed in January and it was hardly ever more that 17C (62F) in the apartment, because the people who manage the apartment always turned off the heating remotely after a while, saying that the temperature, according to their monitor has reached 25C (77F). We really suffered from cold and it has practically ruined our trip. In short DON’T GO THERE IN WINTER. And have in mind that in spite of the fact that there is a lift, there are many difficult steps to reach the lift and also many steps to reach the top floor, because the lift doesn’t go all the way up.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - The Penthouse was ideal for our short trip to Rome. During our three days, we found the location was great for getting to all the attraction on foot or by the metro. The property is part of a larger building of residences and a hotel.. There is good security. Checking in was easy. The atmosphere is peaceful despite being close to the bustling city. Whilst basic, the property has everything needed. The beds were comfy. Should also add that communications with the managing agent were excellent throughout. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for short breaks like ours. Property is a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment in the bathrooms.

• Amy (10/5): Great space, great location, quiet too! - Loved having 2 terraces. The location was great. Each sleeping room had it's own bathroom, perfect for 2 couples. Could have used more small plates, and regular size drinking glasses. A clean kitchen sponge would have been nice.

The upstairs bedroom needed a mirror and the upstairs bathroom was very tired and needed updating. The grout in the shower area looked very grubby.

• Deborah (5/5): Loved Rome , great location but disappointed with overall standard of the apartment . - Great location , easy access to train station and attractions ( if the metro was open ) Tired , the outside area was dirty and run down , dead plants and old . No Air con in 2 nd downstairs bedroom , meant it was as hot as an oven and had to sleep on sofa bed in living room instead Outside gate lock was faulty and we could not get in the property late at night which was stressful . Eventually got in … couldn’t contact emergency number . Broken ironing board n clothes pegs missing but reported and replaced next day with a travel ironing board and new pegs . Downstairs toilet flush was faulty . Stairs to access the property were understated , so it did not suit us ,, and was unexpected . Would we stay again , NO .

• Susanna (8/5): Great overall location. - Location was great, close to restaurants and grocery markets, and close to touristy sites. The amount of stairs just to get to the elevator was difficult with strollers and luggage. And then there were more stairs after getting out of the elevator. The elevator was tiny could only fit two people, or one person with luggage. The fridge opened the wrong way and the bathroom faucet needs attention as the flow was measly.
• Joanne (10/5): Fantastic location, lovey accommodation, well presented, and very helpful, friendly Hosts. - The accommodation was spacious, clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The furniture is very clean and well presented. The air con in the lounge and upper bedroom works really well. There are two terraces, one off the kitchen and another larger one off the landing before the front door. The location was fantastic, very near a metro station for ease of getting around the city. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach on WhatsApp. They arranged taxi transport to/from airport and were able to amend this when our flight was delayed. Would recommend this as a lovely place to stay when visiting Rome. Some of the items in the kitchen were missing, such as there was only one wine glass, however when mentioned to the Host they came and brought more immediately the next day. There were a couple of other things missing (eg sink plug) but we managed without these as they wer only very minor. One bedroom has air con, but the bedroom off the lounge does not, therefore needs to have the door open all night to benefit from the air con in the lounge, which works really well.

Proximity to bus, metro, and train station were excellent and made getting around a breeze. Water pressure in a couple of areas could be improved.
• Nagia (10/5): Highly recommended! Great place to stay - Amazing place! Plenty of room and very convenient and close to many attractions! The host were prompt to respond and were very helpful No elevator all the way to the fourth floor. You have to take the stairs twice, first set of stairs to the first floor elevator then again from the 3rd floor elevator you have to walk to the 4th floor.

• Lydia (6/5): The stay did not meet the expectations nor reflected the status quo of the apartment depicted on booking.com - The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access. It's situated in an Italian-style building that adds a charming touch. The apartment was in very poor condition. The fridge was dirty and freezer drawers are broken and duct-taped. The downstairs shower had a water leak, and lights were flickering. While the main areas were clean, the cupboards were sticky inside, the glasses were dirty, and the coffee machine still had water in it and full of calc. There was mold in the bathrooms; both upstairs and downstairs. The terrace was dusty with no rotten greenery or shade / umbrage being provided in 40+ degrees weather despite the advertised pictures which was the main reason for booking the place. Communication with the host was difficult; they were either unresponsive (20+ hours later after follow-up) or responded very late. We were not allowed a late check-out, and at 10:30 sharp, someone rang the bell insisting we leave, even though we needed just 10-15 more minutes. The apartment felt unwelcoming and was definitely not worth the money.

The duplex was comfortable, clean and even had shampoo/shower gel etc. The location was fantastic, with a 20m walk to the colosseum. Price was very reasonable given we booked quite last minute. The apt was on the 5th floor and although there was a lift up to the 4th floor, there were a fair few stairs up to the lift and then again up to 5th floor. This is absolutely fine but with a 2 year old it was a little tricky with the pram. Otherwise no problem at all.

• Jac (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable. Had everything I required (fridge, tv, cups, plates). Some 2 or 3 minutes walk to Republica metro station (e.g. for traveling to Vatican or some other locations). For me also close enough (20 min walk) to various Rome historic attractions. Bonus for me: a very good gelato, almost next doors, and those did seems be natural (i.e. I think there was no artificial colours, etc, yet I am not expert to tell, just having a bit of experience) Those are minor and/or easy to fix by rental company, yet it was: 1. One of the two bathroom shower broken (water pouring along shower house, nothing from shower head) hence all had to use one of the two showers. 2. Winter time, heating instructions received at check in, being inaccurate/incorrect (but this was corrected over phone call a next day, yet the first night was quite cold inside) 3. beware of electric kettle in kitchen. Plastic lid has tendency to open itself during boiling, resulting in one occasion that automatic kettle switch off was not operating (causing sauna in kitchen) - just make sure to check after 5 or so minutes. 4. terrace at kitchen could not be accessed, a key was matching the lock, but was not possible to fully turn it to unlock metal terrace gate. (there was also a second larger terrace, access ok; some chairs, hammock quite broken - not a problem for me as most of my time spent touring Rome)

• Shanna (7/5): Good - Good location. Close to Metro. Owners accommodated our early arrival, which was very much appreciated. Property is hard to get to if you have a lot of luggage. You can’t take the elevator the entire way. Also, a lot of the patio furniture was broken and pretty beat up.
• Sally (7/5): Pleasant apartment, which could be better presented, in an excellent location - Excellent location close to Termini railway station and to metro station. The roof terrace was lovely for sitting and eating out on a warm September evening. Dishwasher and washing machine both very useful. There are some very good restaurants near by and a useful COOP supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. This is a very well designed apartment but it is poorly maintained, little things like a thermostat coming out of the wall, shower attachment broken, new large fridge freezer in the kitchen forced into a space too small for it, damaging the cupboard above it. The terrace furniture was shabby and dirty, the large umbrella/sun shade was broken and several of the chairs were also broken. The plants had been allowed to die. Better empty containers than sad, dead plants. Inadequate supply of glasses, only two matching wine glasses, no tea towels, cooking utensils or oven glove. We could not find the ironing board, despite being assured that it was there. The joining instructions were not easy to follow, we were told that someone would meet us at the apartment, but not told how to find the apartment, which is on the fourth floor, up a particular stair case, in a very large building.
• Julie (7/5): Nice Apartment but.... - Nice apartment, lovely bathrooms. Convenient location with good shopping in the street. Fridge needs to be defrosted and the oven cleaned. Terrace was nothing like the photos. Plants were dead, furniture was old and the floor was dirty. We had to move the dining table to be able to see the television. Bedroom televisions did not work. Despite the apartment having two bedrooms, only one bed was made up. We were two women travelling, we are not a couple. Staff had to come to make up the second room. We didn't know that we would have to walk up two flights of stairs. There is no one to help.
• Deborah (6/5): Great location, big apartment, poor service - Great location. Most of the main sights are within 10-15 minute walking distance, as is the central train station. The apartment is very spacious and has lovely outdoor area. There are a lot of stairs. You need to walk up a flight before you get to the lift and the lift doesn't take you the whole way up, you still need to walk another flight at the top. Having travelled through 5 cities in 10 days, I must say the customer service for this accommodation was poor. They didn't respond in a timely manner to messages, they didn't make up the second bedroom as they assumed we'd only be using one (we weren't, it was a mother/daughter trip), there was also no toilet paper in the second bathroom and no spare rolls in the apartment. The back and forth about the issues was unnecessary, they tried to say it was my fault for not telling them in the booking notes that we'd be using both bedrooms. If I only needed one, I would have booked a one bedroom apartment.
