Daniela (8/5): - Untere Wohneinheit sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vermieterin sehr nett und darauf bedacht, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
Moritz (1/5): - Leider kann ich diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es öfters kein warmes Wasser. Zusätzlich sind regelmäßig die Sicherungen herausgeflogen – teilweise sogar bei normaler Nutzung von Haushaltsgeräten. Das hat nicht nur gestört, sondern auch Unsicherheit verursacht, da man ständig damit rechnen musste, plötzlich im Dunkeln zu stehen. Auch die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Besonders in den kälteren Monaten war das sehr unangenehm, da die Wohnung einfach nicht richtig warm wurde. Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass wichtige technische Mängel nicht ausreichend ernst genommen oder dauerhaft behoben wurden. Zudem ließ sich die Wohnungstür nicht richtig abschließen. Für den gezahlten Mietpreis war der Zustand der Wohnung absolut nicht angemessen. Ich würde mich definitiv nicht noch einmal für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Jenny (8/5): Schöne Wohnung - Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Frau Nele. Sie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit viel Lesestoff und Informationen. Wahrscheinlich war ein Gast vor uns mit seinem Haustier in der Wohnung. Ich hatte an meiner Kleidung leider lauter weißer Haare. Die Reinigungskraft müsste ein wenig genauer sein.
