• Santiago (8/5): Small but perfectly functional apartment. Extraordinary views and excellent swimming pool. - The apartment, although quite small, was very comfortable and was reasonably appointed. The views were extraordinary. The sofa bed was not stable.
• Michaela (8/5): Comfy and easy stay - Sure! Here's a more polished and natural My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. I usually stay in Patacona or Malvarrosa, but this was my first time in a complex like this, and it was a great experience. Diana was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout. She even allowed us to collect the keys earlier in the day, which was very convenient. While the key pickup is done at a different location, it only took me about 15 minutes by bus. Since EMT buses allow free transfers within an hour, it only cost a single ticket. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped. The air conditioning works great in both the living area and the bedroom, essential in the summer heat. The shower is excellent, with multiple spray settings, and the balcony is a lovely spot to relax in the morning or evening. The pool is a good size and never felt too crowded, although there is a one-hour break in the afternoon when the lifeguards are off duty. There's a Consum supermarket about an 8-minute walk away, which was really convenient. There are minor signs of wear and tear here and there, but nothing that affects functionality or aesthetics; you barely notice it.

• Marek (10/5): Very nice apartment with beautiful view. Very close to the Patacona beach, gym club, restaurants and tapas bars. - Perfect location, very close to the Patacona beach. Many restaurants, tapas bars around, fitness club 50 meters from the building. Beads comfort should be improved
