WC (1/5): The toilet and bathroom were dirty, and the bed was not clean. - Location. Cleanliness was not satisfactory, and the staff did not respond to the issue with the washing machine with tumble dryer. We mainly booked this stay because it included a washing machine with tumble dryer, but in the end we were unable to dry our clothes.

They also provide basic utensils for cooking. And we love they have washing machine. The self check in process also very easy All good

The aircon was leaking water, the bed in the unit only capable for 4 persons and another person need to sleep on the floor although mattress is provided but still not comfortable.one of the pipe in the bath room is not working.Lobby is very warm without aircon.

Ireni (4/5): Ok, don't expect much - The location is ok, walkable to Pavillion, but traffic at peak hours is undeniable for Bukit Bintang area.The room sizes are ok. The place is good for those who may not need to spend time in the hotel, who don't need tv and is a heavy sleeper. The property owner give fast response, really nice in response and provide support in urgency manner. The bed is so-so, the TV box doesn't work and the WiFi keeps dropping out. The sofa has an odour. The iron didn't work but too late for me to get a replacement as I was about to check out.

Nizar (1/5): Dirty, old, horrible and nightmare stay!!! - Nothing The worst stay i had ever, the apartment was so dirty old full of cockroaches, blanket are so dirty. The cleaner always come in and open the door with no permission and he did not knock the door as well, this is disrespectful and unacceptable, he is very rude shouting at us when i have asked him whether he finished the cleaning, apartment smell was insect medicine spray and i have infant, that caused us lots of problems. I would say lastly this it was a horrible stay, if time comes back I would not book this property for sure.

Susan (1/5): This apartment was privately owned and NOT by Dorsett. Not like was advertised on your website - Nothing at all was likeable. The apartment was disgusting, and the owners had the cheek to ask us for a holding deposit incase we damaged anything in our stay. The whole apartment was damaged and should not be rented out. This was a privately owned apartment LVL 7 apartment 10 and did not belong to the Dorset Hotel next door. The breakfast facilities had poor kitchen utensils and not even glasses for a drink. There were no power points in the kitchen to boil the jug and had to use the lounge area for a powerpoint. READ BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION. BUT WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. Apartment Lvl 7/10 was nothing like was advertised on your website. From the moment we arrived and there was noone to meet us, to collecting the key from the letter box where the lock was broken. Seeing all the outstanding bills in the letterbox, but nothing prepared us for the state of the apartment. We tried to call our contact person Carol but the phone number didn't contect. The person who i could message was in China so she couldn't help us when we complained. The apartment was filthy, mould on the walls and ripped wallpaper and stains everywhere. The furniture had food and stains also, so we didn't want to sit on any of the chairs. The bedding consisted of a doona cover that didn't fit the doona correctly and was hanging out, the sheets were very thin and balled up. The bed had no mattress protector and the mattress itself was threadbare and torn all over it. Plus a massive stain was over the side of one of the mattresses. The towels were very very old had stains and holes. The bath mat was a torn up piece of old towel, and the tea towel in the kitchen was the same. The curtains were broken and 1/2 hanging off the hooks. We had to stay the night as we couldn't get a hold of anyone from bookings until the next day. We had bite marks on us all the next morning. There was no balcony like advertised , plus we paid for the bigger apartment so we could have more room, but it was the smaller apartment. What a drama trying to liaise with bookings when we finally found a Malaysian phone number to contact them. As we couldn't speak Malaysian I had to ask a stranger to interpret the phone message to get through to complain. This was a nightmare, considering i had my elderly mother (85) with myself and my daughter this was a once off final holiday for her and we spent all of the first day trying to find somewhere else to stay and taking to bookings.com. We received a refund quickly, great, but to a credit card that no longer existed.
