- Adam (9/5): Nejlepsi ubytovani ve Špindlerove mlyne, ale... - Apartman jako takovy nema zadnou chybu. Prostorny, kvalitne vybaveny, ultra cisty, skvela lokalita, parkovaci misto, skladek, pristup ze strany apartmanu. Jakoze o takovem ubytovani se vam snilo. Doporucuji vsemi 10. Nic nemelo chybu! Apartman Je soucasti hotelu, ale hotel s vami nejedna stejne jak se svymi hosty. Problem byl na snidani, kdy mi proste nebyli schopni dat doklad za zaplacenych 1500 Kc za dva dny snidani a vymlouvali se na to, ze nejsem v systemu, apod. Kdyby rekli, ze se jedna o penize na ruku, nemam problem. A tak to i skoncilo, bohuzel. Zadny doklad sem nikdy nevidel a pani z hotelove recepce byla od te doby strasne neprijemna.

- Tomáš (10/5): - Velký, moderní a nově vybavený apartmán. Vybavení je neopotřebované. Prostorná koupelna s výborným sprchovým koutem. Každý pokoj má svůj vlastní balkónek. Dvě televize. Parkovací místo v garážích. Dvoje klíče k dispozici. Snídaně lze zakoupit na místě za 250,- Kč na osobu. Snídaně se konají v prostoru, který patří hotelové části objektu. Pouze naprosté drobnosti, které ani nebudu uvádět.

While it may sometimes be possible to book access to the spa for an additional fee, availability is limited. Access is determined by the spa’s opening hours and the demand from hotel guests, so it cannot always be guaranteed. So the pictures on here are misleading.

Brand new apartment, tastefully deviated and furnished, looks exactly like the pictures, every needed amenity, underground parking, private ski equipment room, always hot water, great location, beautiful view, access to spa for reasonable free, great breakfast for reasonably price, helpful staff, early entry, prompt answers to questions. Couldn't be happier. Nothing negative to report.
