• Macarena (9/5): Casona histórica - Me gusto mucho el lugar, por fuera se ve una casa histórica pero por dentro es moderna y tiene muy buenas instalaciones, está todo muy limpio. La cocina está muy bien equipada, solo agregaría una tostadora. El frente no se ve mucho desde la ruta como muestra la foto de la publicación y el acceso al estacionamiento está un poco escondido, deberían poner un cartel que se vea de la ruta, otra cosa que no está muy buena es que se nota que en muchas partes está en proceso de remodelación y hay varias maderas y materiales en el patio, no está muy arreglado el frente y patio. Otro aspecto que deberían aclarar es que no tienen recepción sino que se ingresa de manera independiente con un codigo de acceso que te brindan cuando haces la reserva lo cual se dificulta un poco si no tenés señal o wifi, en nuestro caso tuvimos que comprar algo en el mercado que está en frente para pedir wi-fi.

• Viola (1/5): Inakzeptabler Umgang - Sauber Erhielt beim Aufwachen die Nachricht, dass sie überbucht seien und ich gleichentags gehen müsse, trotz Reservation. Es ist Hochsaison, in der es kaum freie Unterkünfte und keine kurzfristigen Bustickets gibt. Ich landete buchstäblich auf der Strasse. Absolut inakzeptabel. Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal, das sich um Gäste kümmert (self check in). Alles ist via Chat. Als ich nach der ersten Nacht morgens auf die Toilette wollte, stand aber sofort jemand da, der die Bezahlung verlangte. Absolut kein sympathischer Ort und kein Stil im Umgang mit Gästen.

El alojamiento estaba infestado de arañas, yo dormí en la habitación N1 y habían más de 7 arañas, mas todas las tela de araña y huevos. Fue incómodo por las noches. Además de peligroso porque son arañas de rincón.

Tiene que ver más con los pasajeros ya que no hay mucha aislación de ruido y se escucha cuando usan el altavoz del celular y eso perturba el descanso.

The bathrooms are also very clean. The kitchen on the first floor is well-equipped. It's spacious, has many tables, and is very nice. However, the first and second floors are not connected, so you need to go up the stairs outside to get there. The WiFi was also good, and it was a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations.

Cuenta con estacionamiento y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de negocios, una Copec y la entrada a la playa, lo que resulta muy práctico. Destaco la buena disposición del personal para resolver dudas y su amabilidad durante la estadía. Una buena opción para alojarse en Ensenada. Como aspecto a mejorar, en algunas ocasiones se percibía un olor a baño, similar a desagüe; no era permanente y realizaban aseo todos los días. De manera muy personal, no me agradan mucho los insectos, y al ser una casona rústica e inmersa en la naturaleza, había varias arañitas o bichitos, algo que igualmente es esperable por el entorno.

Die Frau die dort wohnt und sich um alles kümmert ist sehr nett und gibt sich mühe Man muss eine Aussentreppe nehmen um vom Zimmer in die Küche und Aufenthalsbereich zu gelangen. Treppe ist nicht sehr gerade. Von der Küche dringt der Geruch in die Zimmer Küche war nicht sehr gut ausgestattet und einiges nicht sehr sauber.

Im Haus hat es unangenehm gerochen. Es gab zwei Toiletten mit Dusche für das gesamte Hostel. Am zweiten Tag war das Toilettenpapier leer und wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt bis wir abreisten. Die Toilette war leider nicht sauber. Die Eigentümer haben wir nie gesehen, nur per WhatsApp Kontakt. Bezahlt haben wir bei jemandem, der wohl immer nach dem Rechten sieht. Insgesamt wirkt alles ser vernachlässigt. Am Abreisemorgen ab es keinen Strom. Entgegen der Beschreibung auf booking.com gibt es weder eine Rezeption noch ein Restaurant. Ich glaube, was mal Restaurant war ist jetzt Gemeinschaftsbeteich und Gemeinschaftsküche. Um dorthin zu gelangen muss man das zweite Stockwerk verlassen und über die Außentreppe wieder ins Haus.

Pudimos dormir en una habitación privada y desayunar en la zona general. Los baños muy limpios. Aparcamiento privado en el local. Trato fácil con Patricia.

The place is simple but everything was clean. The dining and kitchen area is very dark. There was no one to talk to in person, everything is pretty much self service.

No sign on the front to find the place. No one there to check me in and show me around. This was the owners who had returned to the site but a shock for anyone not happy with dogs..
• Seraina (2/5): False advertising and poor conditions – a total scam - - This place is a total scam. Many of the advertised amenities are either non-existent or misleading. First, there's no Wi-Fi at all, which is a significant issue for international travelers who rely on data for work. The "shared kitchen" is essentially an abandoned coffee shop on the ground floor, more like a restaurant kitchen, and the only thing you can use is the microwave—definitely not the “coffee shop on-site” as promised. The “garden and patio” view is a lie. Our room faced either the noisy main street or the parking lot. The so-called “private beach area” doesn’t belong to the property; it's a 7-minute walk away along a busy road, and it’s part of a separate restaurant. When we visited, we were greeted by a dead sheep’s skull—hardly a well-maintained facility. There is no shared lounge or TV area, no tour desk, and no 24-hour front desk (in fact, there’s no reception desk at all). It's frustrating to see this place exploiting the high season and charging for services that don’t exist or are poorly maintained.
