David (9/5): Very comfortable and clean apartment with stunning views - Fantastic location with stunning view of the mountains. Great deck to enjoy the view. Very clean and tidy throughout, easy walking distance to train station, town, and supermarket. Washing machine and dryer appreciated. For those arriving by foot from the train station, it would’ve been really helpful to have a paper map available as well as some brochures on walks and activities in the area, rather than just relying on an app. It was also tricky to find food as we arrived on a Sunday when all shops were closed, but the train station had some food available. In the apartment itself, it would’ve been nice to have had some soap, washing powder or liquid, and perhaps some coffee. Pillows were not supportive enough. Just a few thoughts that might be helpful.

Sandra (10/5): - Perfekte Ferienwohnung für eine Auszeit in Garmisch: neuwertige, moderne, ruhige, gemütliche, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem riesigen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Albspitze. Sogar Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen usw. Wohnung liegt ruhig aber trotzdem fußläuig (1km) zur Stadtmitte von Garmisch mit Bäcker, Supermärkte usw. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus immer vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller nutzbar. Sehr toller Service und Hilfsbereitschaft: Anruf extra am Anreisetag, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bevorzugt angeboten, telefonische Erreichbarkeit war gegeben. Top!

Christine (10/5): Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - Der große Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage war optimal.
Julia (10/5): Topmoderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick in die Berge - Super schönes Appartement mit tollem Ausblick. Ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Schnelle Reaktionszeit vom Büro und freundlicher Kontakt. Alles da was man braucht an Ausstattung. Es wird wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt, allerdings gibt es nur Behälter für Bio und Plastik in der Küche. Kein Behälter für Papier oder ein Restmülleimer im Bad. Also schwierig umzusetzen.
Aline (10/5): - New, spacious, super bright and cosy, we loved our stay. Everything was exactly like in the photos. The location is especially great if you wanna ski and don’t have a car, just walk a few meters and you are at the lift.
Marina (10/5): - Excellent location for ski-lovers, close to Hausberg slope. A giant terrace, cozy and modern interior, stunning views. Pillows are not super comfy, but it's a subjective thing.
