• Tarek (5/5): الشقة دون المتوقع، في حي رائع في اشبيلية، ومدينة رائعة - المطبخ جيد جدا مع تجهيزات كاملة لإقامة طويلة. التعامل مع المضيف كان سهلا وبسيطا وهذا شيء نشكره عليه. الحي جميل وفي حي قريب من مركز أشبيلية لا تبدو الشقة في الواقع كما الصور. رائحة سيئة في المكان والشقة، نرجو إصلاحه. الصوفة قديمة لم نستخدمها.

• Madge (9/5): Fabulous property in an excellent location - The location was perfect and close to all the main attractions. The courtyard was so cute. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Tipps für Restaurants, Gewürze, bequemes Bett, ideale Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt war super, immer direkt Antwort bekommen. Wir können dieses Appartement sehr weiter empfehlen! • Pamela (8/5): Buono per soggiorni brevi - La posizione era perfetta: nascosta nel cortiletto non si sentono molto i rumori della strada ma appena esci ci sono tutti i bar e ristoranti ad un passo. Il check in molto semplice e veloce, tutte le informazioni vengono fornite in maniera dettagliata. Essendo al piano terra l’appartamento era molto umido e freddo e i muri presentavano delle crepe causa umidità. Era presente un deumidificatore ma non aiutava molto e il telecomando per il riscaldamento non funzionava. La porta della doccia in bagno non si chiudeva bene e ha causato spesso allagamenti… La pulizia non era delle migliori e c’era solamente un cuscino a testa disponibile. I cuscini alternativi presenti nell’ armadio non sembravano abbastanza puliti da poterli usare.

• Behroz (7/5): - The location and the layout of the flat is amazing. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was also good. It smelled very damp in the flat every time we reentered the flat. Also keeping the windows and door open to air was not sufficient to loose the damp smell. The wall behind the coach was also wet. We assume thats where it was coming from. Next to the toilet was always a little bit of water. Even after cleaning several times. Coffee machine was not working.
• Marija (8/5): Amazing location - The location is amazing and the apartment is well equipped. The hosts were at disposal. The smell in the apartment was very stale, there was no coffee, at least two capsules as a welcome, the couch was stained and the bed was small for a couple with a kid.

• Cindy (10/5): Wonderful location to enjoy the Triana neighborhood but also easy walk to the historic area. - Wonderful location in Triana near the Mercado and no stairs. Beautiful entry area. Very comfortable bed and furniture for my 6 night stay. I arrived early and they let me drop off my suitcase early and then was able to check in early. I think it is managed by a company and there were a lot of instructions to enter the property sent to me by phone in advance. It just seemed more complicated than every other place I have stayed in Europe.

• Lara (9/5): A little oasis in the bustle - This apartment is exceptional value for money! Everything is so clean and modern. It’s very comfortable and plenty of space. The outdoor courtyard gives a feeling of extra space and a lovely welcoming home when returning. It’s ideally situated with many lovely restaurants close by and the food market. And all the main attractions are just a short walk over the bridge. However inside the flat it’s completely quiet at night! Just perfect.

The location and cleanliness was great - we met some locals at the tapas bars nearby and were - The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment felt bright and spacious. The windows opened up to let a nice breeze through. The kitchen was great for simple meals and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was incredible and quiet with lovely restaurants, bars and coffee shops. An easy walk over the bridge and we were along lovely river paths and many sights and attractions. The check in was very easy. Our hosts were great to communicate. A recommendation to hosts would be to add a second mirror in the apartment and a laundry drying rack. There is a dehumidifier in the unit which was great as it was incredibly humid while we were there.
• Pawel (7/5): Nice apartment. Bad electronic service - Perfect location. Close to everything. Very quiet. Nice Triana bars around. Fabulous patio/corral - full of plants. Comfortable apartment, good bed, hot shower. Nice furniture and efficient kitchen equipment Numerous emails about registration - so easy to bombard you with automatic email so that the guest felt all the time guilty that did not register YET! Very unfriendly application - it was not possible to finish all registration before payment (so: more email and repeated filling in the data). The electronic key for doors was very unreliable - imagine being tired and standing in front of doors trying to „push the handle and turn right” (according to what’sup instructions). Sometimes it worked after 2 tries, sometimes after 7…awful experience.

• Karen (9/5): Fabulous apartment, perfect location. - The apartment was spotless and beautifully presented. Well laid out with all amenities. The location was perfect. Many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk within the old area. Yet it was very quiet through the night. The Cathedral and Castle area was only a 15-minute walk across the river. Nothing.

• David (10/5): Misterhost Triana Patio de las Flores - I liked the layout and facilities, the fact that I could be independent. I could have food in the fridge, so mornings were relaxed, and I didn't have to go anywhere to have breakfast. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars, food market and a supermarket close by. The centre of town isn’t far away, but Triana is quieter at night, which is nice. The apartment is in a gated area filled with plants, which is lovely. I can't think of anything I would say I didn't like.
• Neil (6/5): Loved Seville but the apartment was a disappointment. - The apartment was self-catering. Utensils were generally adequate but initially, there was only one dining knife and one tall wine glass. This was soon corrected after a phone call to the hosts. The host team were easy to contact and always helpful. There is no view from any of the windows and the only patio or balcony to sit and enjoy the evening or relax, take in the sun, or read a book, was a common patio shared by local residents and their washing lines. OK, maybe we got the wrong impression when booking the apartment on Booking.com and every other aspect of the holiday met our expectations.
• Juliet (10/5): Loved our stay in Triana - Although Triana isn’t in the busy hub of Seville, it is a perfect spot to be based for five days. The apartment was perfect for our needs, the wifi was fantastic, and the kitchen very well supplied. Great to have a washing machine as well! We were very comfortable. Having many restaurants nearby, plus the market, means you’re never going hungry. We were also surprised by two incredible religious processions that took place while were there. Nothing, although it’s worth noting that you will need a mobile phone with data to be able to access the property.
• Delina (6/5): Nice place for a night or two - The apartment has good location - walking distance to the historical center. It is well equipped with all kitchen amenities. The host send us an access code to the door so we shouldn't worry about keeping the arrival time. The place is in a patio so it's quite. There is a parking near by. The apartment is very dark and almost without natural light. It is in a small patio without direct sunlight. The access is directly from the patio so if you open the window covers everyone outside can see inside. Apart from that the windows are very small and don't give enough light, especially in winter time. So at 8 o'clock in the morning you don't know if is day or night. The access is with a code (not key) which is great if it works properly. This one doesn't. It usually takes 4 or 5 tries until this mechanism works, and that's after you get used to it. Initially when we arrived it took around 20 minutes to get in the first time. The near parking is expensive.
• Elaine (9/5): Perfect location in Triana and felt like a home from home - We loved staying in Triana for our 4 night trip to Seville. This lovely apartment is only a few steps from Triana market and just around the corner from the famous Puente de Isabel so all the attractions of Seville are within walking distance. There are numerous tabernas and restaurants in the neighbourhood (we particularly recommend La Botica across the road; superb food and friendly staff). Despite all the local amenities, the property was very quiet and a perfect retreat for siesta time. (Also very amusing to come out in the morning and see people trying to take photos of "our" patio through the private gate; apparently it's part of a walking tour). We'll hopefully be back again in the not too distant future! We liked everything but keep in mind that Triana isn't really a "late night cocktail bar" kind of neighbourhood so depends on what people want. (There are however plenty of them just across the bridge!)

• Steve (10/5): Seville 2023 - The property was in a gated community in the heart of the city. Very close to bars, restaurants and a market. All amenities were close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A delightful place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of a few days in Seville. There were no negatives.

• Jade (8/5): lovely small apartment, had everything you could need for a short stay! - Lovely traditional setting outside the apartment, had everything you could need. Central location A bit of confusion getting into the property and finding the keys, was expecting someone to come and meet us as we didn’t realise it was a contact free check in - they did send us a video on how to get in but we missed that bit so our own fault but a lot of back and fourth with the host to try and find the keys. The cleaner was still there when we arrived - it was fine as we wanted to head out anyway but it did feel a bit chaotic.
