• Ahmed (5/5): Average - Location is good. Access is good as well. First of all the Lighting inside room is very poor. It’s kinda cause of headache, as only 1 of the 4 ceiling lights working, no bin inside the room. No amenities in washroom. Kindly work on it and make sure the lightings and everything works properly. • Daniela (1/5): Never stay here! BEBUGS, DIRT and MOLD!!! - The accommodation had a shared bathroom which we did not know from the description on Booking. It looked like it had never been cleaned - the dirt and mold were everywhere, the whole accommodation was disgusting, truly disgusting. We were afraid to touch anything. The neighbourhood was not good too, if I went there as a woman alone, I would be truly afraid to stay there and it was not nice even with a man by my side. Our room was nothing like the pictures and it was the tiniest place I have ever seen, just a wardrobe, one bedside table and bed. No table to eat anything or so. The whole place was stinky all the time and we could hear everything from the other rooms. But the worst was the dirt and even BEDBUGS!!! Please, never ever stay here, just don't do that to yourself. This accommodation has spoiled our whole trip, it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Never more.

• Puspita (6/5): Pleasant - The location, staff and room was okayish given the price. The room is warm comfortable and good but clean rooms will be preferred by any. Our room was not clean. The drawers had rubbish in them. The shared bathroom was a pain as we had to wait for quiet a long time which is a discomfort and overall it was messy, smelly and unclean.

The room looked good at first glance but after the first night we were bitten by bedbugs. We found many bedbugs!!!! These rooms should be immediately removed from the offer on Booking.

SONDERN DAS APPAREMMENT WIRD GETEILT MIT AN - NOTHING!!! - Hello, we went to the booking accommodation last night. The place was not what we thought it would be. The place was a room including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. It was a shared accommodation which was not written in the ad (false publication) we left at the same time. We took a more acceptable hotel to replace our stay. We are requesting a refund from the host. Very disappointed with the start of our stay, and the lack of professionalism on the part of the host when we wanted to contact him. Never answering our calls, always on combox. We can also send you photos of the location. - On top of that the accommodation had a very bad smell and all the furnitures were filthy and messy - They never write back and they never pick up the phone!!!!!

• Isabelle (5/5): Passable - We stayed for eight someone came once to clean up the appartment. The bath was clogged. When we arrived the bathroom was full of hairs and black marks on the floor. The joints of the bath were mouldy. There is no dining table or chairs but the kitchen had an oven and an electric hob. We had to eat sitting on our bed. The building is dirty and the lift is out of order.
