• Edijs (5/5): - Atrašanās vieta bija ļoti laba, blakus gan metro gan tramvajs , tuvu parks un arī Doma laukums. Askētiski apartamenti, ļoti askētiski. Nav neviena dekora , dizaina lietas vai glezniņas. Virtuve ļoti nabadzīga , nav pat nažu ar ko sagriezt augļus vai desu vai sieru....

Brak czajnika na wodę, zbyt mała kawiarka do kawy (tylko na 1 filiżankę), 3 zestawy kosmetyków przy 6 wynajmujących. Wyposażenie kuchni niewystarczające. Obiekt zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. Niektóre meble nie nadawały się do użytku, a nawet zagrażały bezpieczeństwu. 3

• Nigmet (1/5): It was not a pleasent stay. I would not recommend it. Not worth for the money. - No explanation , need to figure out usage of aircon water heater , and fridge was off when we arrived at the property . Kitchen cabinets were smelly .The shower head does not stand still. Sofa was old and dirty.
• Marija (1/5): The pictures of the listing are a lie - The location My first extremely negative experience. The apartment photos are not true - for example there is no toilet seat. The apartment is very dirty, like cheep motel dirty, the freezer is moldy on the inside, but the worst part is there is no air conditioning in the apartment and no hot water in the shower :/ it was so nasty all around that when I checked in after a hard day of work at 6 pm, couldn't use the restroom, the shower and had to lose sleep at 35° weather because no air conditioning - I had no choice but open a claim with booking, find another hotel and leave early. Of course I have photos and videos of the apartment. The property is obviously not responding to me not to booking so I've been given some kind of a symbolic credit from Booking but not the actual reimbursement so I will highly suggest you stay away from this property.

• Yingxin (10/5): Great value for a short family stay - Great location, good value for a family stay. Easy communication with host and fast response. Clean and tidy apartment.
• H (9/5): Property close to Attractions - The property is located close to the attractions. It was an easy walk to the Duomo and Castello Sforzesco. The metro and buses were also close by. The Air-Conditioner in the property works very well and can cool the room quickly, which is nice especially coming back from lots of walking on a very hot summer day. The instruction provided on the email to check in did not work but we were able to get a hold of somebody very quickly and managed to get in. There doesn't seem to have enough pillows for 6 people.
• Madi (7/5): Great location, only for a night stay - The location is great, around the corner from the main gate of Castello Sforzesco, nearby the metro, Cadorna train station, and ideal for walking around the main attractions. The property management was greatly helpful and the communication impeccable The flat is quite old, with outdated furniture and quite poorly equipped.

• Jeremy (7/5): Great location but the absolute bare minimum provided in the apartment. - Great location, right between Brera and the Castle, perfect for Milan Design Week Expensive and very basic inside - the absolute bare minimum is provided. Low quality furniture and fittings. An iron but no ironing board.

• Vivienca (5/5): Good location, but facility can definitely improve. - Spacious for our group of six people and plenty of storage and a mudroom to take of our shoes which is very helpful. Heaters and windows are good too. Location is great — walking distance to the castle and cathedral. Kitchen has limited utensils, cutleries, bowls, dishwasher soap and lacking kettle!! It was very hard to cook and coordinate meals with minimal utensils. The hot water is also very limited with a smaller boiler, could only have 2 showers and then have to wait for 6+ hours for the water boiler to return to normal — very inconvenient. There are some stains on the wall too which isn’t nice. The host is semi responsive, sometimes left at ‘read’.

• Sudeep (7/5): Great location but dated property lacking maintenance - Location was amazing! Right in central Milan. 15 minute walk to the Duomo and adjoining areas. Check-in: entering the premise for the first time is fraught with issues as they make you press a button on the intercom at the outer door and then click a link on your phone, but that doesn’t work. We had to call the manager to let us in. Don’t know what would have happened if they were not available. Shower: shower head was broken and kept falling off. Seems like this has been the issue for a long time since many others have reported the same. Hot water: ran out of hot water after 5 minutes of shower and then there was no more hot water until next morning. Contacted manager but no response. Amenities: were bare minimum and really dated
• Jack (10/5): Great location and good amenities. - Great location, lots of space and good amenities such as a full kitchen and dining room. Also having a key for the front door of the building gave us good independence to come and go as we pleased Could’ve been cleaner there was footprints up on the roof and high on the walls somehow but it wasn’t much of an issue
• Tucker (6/5): Great location, very basic apartment. - Excellent location. Apartment adequately equipped if slightly dilapidated. No explanation for how to dispose of rubbish. This is a necessity for families staying multiple nights.

• Maria (1/5): untrustworthy group of hosts - We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, we had left a pair of sunglassess behind the cleaner found them and the host told me that she would send them, after many calls and many messages they couldn't be bothered to send me the glasses even though i said I was going to pay for the courier, they then told me that they lost them.

• Elena (8/5): It’ good for short staying in the Milan - The location is very good. There are so many restaurants near the apartment and close to the heart of Milan. There is no teapot and coffee machine. It’s impossible to cook because there is no dishes. It’s necessary to paint walls.

Confirmed for baby's cot weeks in advance, messaged ahead would be arriving with overtired baby, yet no cot supplied until much later. Dirty bathroom, large hole in shower screen. Absolutely minimal kitchen utensils, no kettle. No instructions re hot water service or removal of rubbish.

• Dorothy (7/5): Easy stay with a great location - location is great and easily accessible from the Cadorna station which makes airport commute extremely easy. the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe to walk around apartment is described as cozy, it was not cozy but it meets expectations for a quick stay in Milan

The shower wasn't great and we could have used instructions to tell us the water heater had to be switched on. The beds are OK but the pull out was broken and the lighting is very harsh. Also in the bedroom with the 2 single beds we couldn't get any converter plugs into the sockets so had to charge phones in the sitting room
• Yirong (6/5): good location but the apt not worth the price we have paid. - good location but the apt is a little run down. The folding bed was collapsed during the midnight. and the owner told us to repair it next morning, unfortunately nobody came until end of our trip. good location

• Taypen (8/5): very nice place and location staff are very helpful - nice and easy to get to and very spacious glass window in bathroom so you can be seen by other guests
• Jose (7/5): Good - Well located, large and well equipped apartment shower head was broken which made hard to handle the water pressure and avoid creating a mess in the bathroom. The second room did not have its own aircon but the main one was enough, with the only disadvantage that it took a while to cool the second room.
