• Zoe (4/5): - Easy to check in The toilet bowl was slowly leaking water, which caused the bathroom to smell very bad. The bidet was also leaking water. Contacted the person in charge regarding these issues, but they completely ignored the feedback and took no action. What is more concerning is that a deposit was charged at the start, despite them being aware that these issues already existed in the property.
• HASSAN (2/5): Not recommended - Easy to collect keys Slow response host! Took a few days to receive the refundable deposit (only received after chasing everyday)

• Sh8nn0n (2/5): - Surrounding area is quiet and there are restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. The toilet was leaking dirty water, the living room air conditioning was not working , and the Wi-Fi offered as part of the booking was not working. Therefore, TV was not working either. Zero channels.
• Shiok (1/5): This experience is still haunting us. - Nothing except the building location. Musty, mouldy, dirty property. Aircon not working. Wifi not working. Toilet bowl leaking with urine water after every flush. We moved out after 1 night, and owner agreed to refund us 5 nights, but only DISHONESTLY refunded 3.5 nights. Owner lied to me that booking.com calculated the refund amount which wasn’t correct and also cancelled my booking as though I have not checked in. Felt scammed.
