La ubicación, ya que todas las calles de la ciudad están destruidas y es casi imposible circular en auto. El alojamiento está cerca del aeropuerto pero alejado de los lugares de atracción.
• Nathalie (10/5): 10/10 vacation apartment! - What a superb vacation rental! This apartment surpassed my expectations. I appreciated how accommodating the host was! Everything inside was clean, functional and well organized. This rental also is located in a valley so I got wonderful breezes through the screen windows at night, so I didn't need the A/C :) Just my preference. I loved the safe location and privacy! I would highly recommend booking with this rental company! Gratitude!
• h (9/5): Everything was very comfy and the location is near to everything. - Ms.Kim was very informative and kind. This had nothing to do with the place but the roads in Antigua are bad. In entire stay and drove around the island there was maybe only 2 completely smooth roads that we drove on.

• JOYCELYN (10/5): Short stay. - The apartment was spacious, clean and bright, the host Kim was friendly, warm and very inviting. There was no local stores near by, it can look a little remote especially at night.

• Anique (10/5): Book your stay it’s worth every single penny.😊 - I loved everything about this rental !! And what made my stay even better was the host Kim. She was lovely and made sure that I was set to have a smooth stay. What got me most was how big and spacious inside the apartment was which is a plus for me. DEFINITELY WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN. No bad comment…the place is beautiful.

• Anna (9/5): Good stay close at the airport - I needed to stay somewhere close to the airport, this was an excellent choice. Apartment is very spacious, shower has hot water, wifi works well, and it was clean. Ms Kim was very helpful and kind!
• Bettina (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen! - Sehr freundliche Betreuung, sehr sauber! Nähe zum Flughafen ideal Lage ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt ohne Auto nicht so günstig . Das Nahe Kieswerk ist etwas laut.
• Aninga (5/5): - The place was clean and quite. We had some issues with the type of accommodations booked and what we were told when we reached there. We booked for Two adults and a 8 year old and was told we have to pay additional for the 8 year old. That left a bad taste with me cause our search did state this and we booked the optionto suit. Anyway we where given the option we originally booked which included two bed room which was good after that. Not sure what the first option was about. But will not book there again. Did not like the attempted dishonesty. Location not that great.
• CHONAI (10/5): Excellent stay for our family - The hostess was super friendly and took us to the Epicurian which is a large grocery with all kinds of premade food. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked great! We took 2 rooms and they were right next to each other. We also parked right in front of our rooms, The apartments was a little difficult to find using google which led us to roads that are not connected. Otherwise, once we were there, the host showed us the way around and also made recommendations for us for places to visit.

• Quantin (1/5): Not worth it - Large Tv was broken. Booked 2 beds but there was only 1. No extras not even a drying rak or soap for dishes. No blankets or extra bedding. Was difficult to cook. I do not recommend.
• Maryna (9/5): We found it best place to stay overnight between flights. - Hostess is an amazing lady with New York impeccable English and super positive attitude to life. You will no doubt enjoy communicating with her! You will get all the attention you need and all demands will be taken care of. Then rooms are super spacious and ceilings are high. Accommodations are not super new, but definitely have a good maintenance. We were staying already second time and didn't have any technical issues with any equipment. Only tiny shelf for toiletries in a huge bathroom.

• Michelle (9/5): Awesome place and accommodating host Kim. - No, breakfast per se but, tea and coffee were offered. There were stove, refrigerator and microwave to make my own meals which I utilized.i also utilized the Laundry. The location was a bit far from where I had to conduct my business but, I liked the quite neighborhood compared to other places I previously stayed. Noise of the running water in the back. The maintenance guy cutting the grass at 6 woke me up one morning. I know it’s a work in progress but, completion of the parking area would be the icing on the cake with making this Airbnb perfect.
• Martina (1/5): - Checkout is 11. Why is Kim calling my phone prior to 11 AM to inform me she’s coming up to check the room? Excuse me. Please put that you expect checkout before 11! Then pretending to mop and make noise outside the door. Ma’am!! I didn’t want to stay a minute after 11. I was packed and ready. Never again!!! Go to hell man.

• Ruqayya (8/5): spacious apartment close to airport - Close proximity to the airport so good for a short stay if you have a connecting flight Kim( the host ) was very accommodating and made my stay very comfortable Large spacious one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen Plenty of natural light Bathroom window needs blinds for more privacy
• Maryna (9/5): Its the best choice in the vicinity of the airport! - The best impression made communication with the host! Kim is just a hospitality star! All requests were accepted and taking care of with her unique fun approach. All the rooms are enormously spacious, new (as of May 2025), well air-conditioned. Place around is pretty green and generally quiet with some exceptions. The only complaint about facilities concerns bathroom. Those are small details: - there is no proper shelf for toiletries, - towel hangers and curtain hanger were not fixed properly and falling down. Noise. 1) From a bedroom side during the day there was pretty loud noise from some factory plant. 2) Then early morning (7 to 9) somebody cleaned their cars with pressure washer right in front of the hotel. Don't know how often that happens. 3) Taxi drivers parking in front of the hotel can stay there for half an hour with music turned on at the volume of disco club.

The apartment was very spacious and exactly what I needed when travelling with kids. The location was perfect and the area very quiet. The host was available to assist with queries and navigation around the Island. Lovely Lovely accommodation !!! There was nothing I didn't like it was the perfect accommodation. No faults.

The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and a large balcony that provided stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place—it was spotless upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others! While the apartment was generally comfortable, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and it was frustrating when trying to stream or work. The air conditioning unit in the living room was quite noisy, which made it hard to relax in the evenings. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient—there were limited spaces available, and I had to park quite far from the apartment on several occasions. I also noticed that the shower pressure wasn’t as strong as expected, which made it a bit less enjoyable. Lastly, there was some construction noise nearby during the day, which could be disruptive for those looking for a quieter stay.

• Arshad (9/5): A Smooth Visit - The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern with a home feel. It is keenly located close to the airport and the city. There are many local street food spots as well as the usual fast food joints within a 10-minute radius. However, a vehicle is definitely required to be able to move around at your convenience. I was accommodated with both an early check-in and late check-out which i was extremely grateful for. The GM is very welcoming and understanding. Would 100% recommend.

Kim is really friendly and - The property is super spacious, very modern, clean and comfortable. It is also near to the airport. The only downside is that the property is a bit further in from the main road. So you would need to get a taxi or hire a car to get around and to get food.

• Olli (9/5): Good value for money, friendly service, car only location - Very friendly service, clean and spacious, good value for money. The location is not near anything (which we knew to be fair), so if you book this apartment, book a car rental as well.

• Corkyh (8/5): Perfect for transit - We were only there one night, and it was a good choice for use during transit as we had an early flight, it is a 10 min drive to the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Our arrival flight was delayed but we received a warm welcome, even though we were late. Our apartment was huge. We had access to Netflix. The bottles of water provided were appreciated. Very minor things that would have been useful were scissors in the kitchen, instructions how to light the hob and I couldn't find a hairdryer in the apartment. All small stuff. I wouldn't stay for a vacation, but I'd definitely use again when transiting between islands.

Poinciana will be my temporary residence, once I am in Antigua. I highly recommend the property and the host is even nicer. It is away from major supermarkets, but no problem, the Kim will ensure you get what you want.
