fujisaki (2/5): - 建物自体は新しかった事。チェックインが16時なのに掃除が終わっておらずチェックインが出来たのが18時頃。2時間もチェックインが出来ず最悪でした。無料駐車場があり、利用すると伝えていたのに駐車場スペースにゴミや物が散乱してあり駐車出来ず、近くのパーキングに停める羽目に。わざわざ無料駐車場がある施設を選んだのに、駐車料金も余計にかかるし、建物の目の前にもゴミが落ちているし、2度と利用しません。
Gordon (2/5): A disappointing stay made worse by an owner who shows no customer care. - 10mins walk to station We stayed in 4 different Airbnb and this place is by far the worst! First off, the owner chased us for passport copies months in advance, then disappeared. When we arrived, property wasn’t ready until 5:30pm despite a 4pm check-in. Inside, we were met with eight different “fine if you don’t follow” rule signs, old furniture, plastic on the walls, bare ceiling lights and only one toilet in a three-level home. It claims to accommodate eight people, but several of us had to sleep on floor mattresses and no extra blankets were provided. The owner clearly doesn’t care about customer service—when I requested an extra blanket, they said someone would bring one but no one ever arrived. Outside, rubbish bags from previous guests were torn open with garbage spilling out. Overall, extremely disappointing.
高山 (10/5): また利用したいです。 - 静かな住宅街の中で安い駐車場も近くにあり快適でした。寝心地も良く熟睡できました。シャワーヘッドが大きく気持ち良かった。特に無し。
