• Susan (9/5): Great apartment with a view in the best location - The location was superb. The apartment was very roomy for us as a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is a little dated but that was not an issue as it was very clean. Great hairdryer supplied too. Balcony area was fabulous with a wonderful view. Nothing 😁

• Markham (8/5): We're going back! - Similar to previous reviews the location is conveniently between the beach and the main road. No traffic noise inside. 70 challenging steps to the beach but you got used to the promenade/beach. Morning sun on the balcony lasts till lunchtime. Not had better kitchen facilities and the sea view was a lovely bonus. We have booked to go back in September. The Sofa Bed when used as a sofa is a little uncomfortable but not a problem.

Apró hiányosságok: kétszeri javítási kisérlet után is napi 24 órában csöpögött a wc tartály, nem tökéletes a figyelem a hosszútávú vendégekre: pl. wc papir, szemetes zsák,leveshez merőkanál és egyéb konyhai eszköz hiánya,bonyolult, kissé hangos klíma.
• Grażyna (8/5): - Bardzo dobry materac w w podwójnym łóżku sypialni. Blisko plaży i deptaków. Apartament był czysty. Dobry kontakt mailowy z administratorem. Za mało naczyń i sztućców w kuchni. Przy 3 osobach trzeba było ciągle zmywać ręcznie. Zmywarka jest ale w tej sytuacji nieprzydatna.
• Josef (9/5): - Lage ist ideal, direkt am Strand, Tiefgarage im Haus, Restaurants, Bars kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe. Aussicht von Balkon war schön. Wir konnten sogar den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Küche war gut ausgestattet, Betten waren bequem. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit Vermieter über WhatsApp, alle Infos wie man ins Haus kommt wurden zugeschickt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Nur eine Reserve Toilettenpapier vorhanden, mussten paar Rollen einkaufen. Keine Seife und Duschgel.
• Anna (9/5): Great location with a nice view - Perfect location, nice view, parking, great spot Lack of essentials like salt, sugar, washing liquid, to few tee spoons, cups, plates, bowls, it costs little but makes a huge difference when you don’t have to buy a whole bottle or kilo while travelling, just an advice how to enhance the experience for the guests;)
• Antti (9/5): Great apartment with nice view - The location was good and the view from the spacious balcony was great. The apartment is big enough for two. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. We received good instructions upon arrival. We asked for another duvet cover and it was delivered to the apartment the next day. Free parking is a nice bonus. The soundproofing between the apartments is quite poor.

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, very pretty , clean flat. Excellent view from the terrace. The parking place in the garage is very useful. A lot of clean towel. No noise, even it is in the middle of everything. The beach is about 50 meters. We could not get help when the garage remote control ' s did not work. We have to solve the problem alone. No toalet paper at all, and so we bought a lot . But these are small things, we enjoyed the stay. No pool. In the summer time could be missing. The bed could be bigger, it has enough place for one.

• Jason (10/5): Best stay I ever had!!!! - Everything! In the flat there is tranquility, and it's just 8min walk to beach, restaurants and supermarkets all around. The condition of the flat was better than any 5 star hotel I been, and I been in a lot of them, condition of furniture as new and everything as clean as it can get, can't recommend enough, I will repeat next month for sure ! And underground private parking provided. This been the 1st apartment I hired, I always been in 5 star hotels, but after this visit I find it much better than a hotel, even though I'm a tourist I don't like seeing tons of tourist around creating noise and queues, and price is unbelievable for what you get! There is nothing I did not like.

• Daria (8/5): Very clean and decently furnished apartment with a nice sea view terrace in a fabulous location. - Self catering unit so a breakfast review is not applicable. The location was great and the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished and Alberto, my contact was most helpful. Close to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as being ocean front. It was a short walk to the wonderful miles long oceanfront paseo as well as to the bus stop which provided access to all the key areas in both directions. There are some real bar and restaurant gems just below and a little to the west. Bacchus’ Terrace for tapas is not to be missed where we loved the hospitality and delicious treats provided by Santiago and his lovely wife Simona. Her homemade raviolis are mouth-watering! Happy hour and tapas at La Nueva and The Dizzy Donkey were also great with the latter having the most extensive cocktail list we’ve ever seen as well as a 7 page gin menu. Who knew there were so many options and the drink presentations are like nothing you’ll see anywhere. For afternoon beers, great soups and sandwiches as well as some very light hearted abuse from the hilarious Roberto and delicious baked goods by his wife Judith, visit the Seahorse Cafe on Ave. Alay, just a 10 minute walk east from the apartment. I found the tub/shower configuration to be odd and very treacherous for getting in and out. I had to go and buy a rubber bath mat to keep from slipping and falling. I highly recommend that you add some non-slip decals to the tub bottom and/or provide a bath mat. The 1/2 door design allowed a lot of water to escape when using the shower no matter how cautious I was at trying to prevent that. I ended up with a flooded bathroom floor after each shower. It would make a lot more sense to have a full sliding door or just replace the half door with a shower curtain. I also found the kitchen to be in need of a few things. I had only 2 wine glasses which is probably the result of prior guests’ breakage that were not replaced. I also suggest you provide a more standard coffee maker, such as an electric drip type appliance. There was a weird stove top contraption that appeared to be a bottom up percolator which I had no idea how to use and the Internet failed to yield any assistance in that regard, probably because I didn’t know what to call it! Luckily my friends staying in the adjacent unit had a very nice espresso /cappuccino maker so they took care of my daily coffee needs. I also found the actual stove top operation challenging but that is because I’m not familiar with the induction style and this one baffled me to the point of having to search the brand on the Internet to find an English YouTube video showing how to turn it on so I old heat some soup! Perhaps an operational manual would help future guests or perhaps I am the one who is challenged!

• Rachel (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay with everything to hand - The accomodation was in a great location near to the beaches,restaurants and buses . It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and see the sea and watch the boats. The facilities in the apartment were excellent .The bed was very comfy.The hosts were patient with us as we are not tech savvy and needed some help with some of the online forms and access arrangements.

The convenience of being so close to the seaside made spontaneous beach outings a daily occurrence. Missing paper towels.

• Anete (10/5): Fantastic apartment with great seaview - The apartment is perfect. Ideally located, super clean, spacious, comfy, and the seaview from the balcony is unbeatable. You have everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. The self check-in was easy and smooth, and the underground parking garage is a big bonus in that area.

Would have liked some English tv channels, or Netflix available. Also a 2nd set of bedding for a 2 week stay, as although there is a washing machine, it's difficult to dry it on a small drying rack.

• Judith (10/5): A spotlessly clean modern apartment right in the heart of the action - A spotlessly clean, modern groundfloor apartment that contains all the amenities you need for a short or long stay in Benalmadena with the bonus of free parking and a gorgeous partial seaview from the balcony. The location was central to the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, main road for buses etc., so you don't have to walk far to access everything you need to have a great holiday. It's surprisingly quiet inside the apartment so offers a great retreat from the hustle and bustle at then end of the day. It was like a home from home and we loved it. Nothing
