- David (7/5): Un sitio ideal para disfrutar pero quizás con buen tiempo - La ubicación y la cantidad de elementos presentes en el hogar La potencia de luz que hacia imposible tener todas las estufas encendidas y poder cocinar al mismo tiempo
- Rosario (10/5): Encantados con el piso y sus vistas maravillosas - La situación maravillosa cerca de la playa y de tiendas ,supermercados ,y bares El horario de salida es a las 11 de la mañana y no puedes aprovechar el día Pero se entiende que claro hay que limpiar para la entrada de otros inquilinos
- Isabel (5/5): - La ubicación, está cerca de la playa y de la zona de bares. Los colchones son cómodos, es un piso amplio. No habían limpiado el piso, nos encontramos restos de los anteriores inquilinos, por no entrar en detalles. El sofá está hundido, necesita un cambio. Los utensilios de cocinas necesitan renovarlo.

- Carlos (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y que era un piso grande La limpieza en general. Estaba todo sucio, desde el menaje de cocina hasta el suelo, que estaba lleno de pelusas y de arena de playa. Es un poco lamentable que algo tan esencial sea lo que falle.
