It’s just a 3-minute walk to both the metro and tram stations, so you can reach the city center and main tourist areas within 15 minutes very easily. The place was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were clean and of good quality. There were also useful amenities like soap, shampoo, and even laundry detergent, which made the stay more convenient. Thank you! It would also be helpful if the Wi-Fi connection instructions were clearly visible, perhaps on a small card in the room. This could be especially useful for older guests. One day, as I was feeling quite cold, I asked for an extra coffee and was willing to pay for it, but unfortunately it wasn’t provided. I think having such options available would improve the experience. The room was a bit cold, and I couldn’t quite figure out how the heating system worked. However, since there were two duvets and I was staying alone, I managed by using both and didn’t have any major issues.

• Johannes49 (8/5): Prima appartement voor 2 weken - Goede locatie om met het ov de stad te bezoeken. Faciliteiten perfect. Af en toe rooklucht van de gang die onder de voordeur door het appartement binnenkwam. Handdoeken worden alleen bij een tussentijdse beperkte servicebeurt a 35 Euro vervangen.
• Lazar (9/5): Safe choice, no mistake - The deal was easy, the initial information was respected. The accommodation is clean and tidy. It is located in an excellent location (just a few tens of meters away from the metro station U1) in a nice and pleasant neighborhood. The door has an excellent and simple security system, so losing the key is not an option. Well worth the money paid and I would definitely choose the same accommodation again, all in all a very positive experience and highly recommended. The shower cabin is not very spacious, so it was somewhat difficult for me to get in and out of it.

• Irene (3/5): Purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. - Il locale è luminoso e la posizione è ottima per i mezzi pubblici e i supermercati nelle vicinanze. All’arrivo ho trovato alcuni moscerini in casa e le stoviglie non erano pulite: molte erano visibilmente sporche e ingiallite. L’acqua calda è limitata a pochi minuti, il che rende difficile fare una doccia completa: bisogna aspettare a lungo tra una persona e l’altra per avere di nuovo acqua tiepida. Ho provato a contattare il proprietario più volte per segnalare il problema, ma purtroppo, dopo averlo comunicato sia sul sito che per telefono, sono stata ignorata. Anche la pulizia generale lasciava a desiderare: asciugamani sporchi e con capelli, lenzuola con macchie, e solo due rotoli di carta igienica presenti (uno già iniziato), nonostante fosse garantita. La porta della doccia era danneggiata e dal lavandino proveniva un odore sgradevole e persistente. Inoltre, l’appartamento si trova sopra un ristorante, quindi può risultare rumoroso, soprattutto nelle ore serali.

• Pao-Chang (8/5): Great location, spacious room, and very comfortable bed - Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is extremely convenient, only about a 4-minute walk from Reumannplatz station. The check-in process was very smooth; you receive a code in advance and can easily access the building. There is also a lift, which is a big plus. The room itself is very spacious, and the bed is genuinely comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and there was plenty of natural light during the day. In the evening, the area was quiet, so I slept well. There are just two small points where I think there could be some improvement. First, a desk lamp would be very helpful. For someone working remotely in the evenings, the lighting at the desk is a bit limited. Second, while the shower worked perfectly, it felt a bit narrow, and you need to turn sideways slightly to get in. That said, everything functioned well. All in all, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would still recommend it, especially for the location and room comfort.

• SANDRINE (8/5): Super séjour dans la ville de Vienne - Nous sommes restés 6 nuits la semaine de noël à 5 personnes et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très grand et propre. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme avec pleins de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Les transports tram et métro sont aussi accessibles très rapidement sur la ligne principale U1 qui se rend dans le centre de Vienne. L'hôte est très réactif lorsque nous avons des questions ce qui est plutôt appréciable. Rien. Le seul appareil à rajouter serait peut-être un micro-onde.

Az ajtó záŕja persze az elektromos kóddal nem nyílt. 1 órát kellett csetelni aztán 3 hivás után sikerúlt megszerezni a fizikai kulcsot az apartmanhoz. Ez elég béna.

• Radu (7/5): It was fine - The apartment was modern and clean. Location was excellent, a few minutes from the tram stop, metro and supermarkets (there's a Lidl nearby). Check-in was very smooth, all the instructions were received in the app. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was making a very strong and strange noise which was very annoying. I signaled the problem to the owner, but it was not fixed. Also, the heater in the bathroom was not working either (it was out of order). The bathroom overall was very small. Limited hot water, as it gets heated in a water-boiler. When the hot water in the boiler is finished, you have to wait another hour or so until new water gets warmed again. We were 2 people and we could barely shower one after another - the second one always ran out of hot water. Also, the walls are quite thin, we could hear noise, music, etc from the neighbours - especially in the mornings.
• Helene (2/5): Smartes Türschloss als Sicherheitsrisiko? - Das Apartment an sich war toll, nur der Eingang zur Dusche sehr eng. Am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts sprang das smarte Türschloss auf einmal auf. Wären wir nicht im Apartment gewesen, hätte das Schloss vermutlich stundenlang offengestanden. Da wir direkt die Batterien entnommen hatten und fortan den normalen Schlüssel nutzen konnten, haben wir nicht nach potenziellen Notfallnummern geschaut, aber dem Vermieter direkt Bescheid gegeben (ein Dienstag gegen 14:30 Uhr). Antwort kam am nächsten Morgen um 8, sie bedanken sich für die Meldung, schauen sich das umgehend mal an (vermutlich die Videoüberwachung und die IT-Systeme, zumindest nicht vor Ort). Einige Stunden später kam die Nachricht, dass wohl versehentlich vom Techniker über die Steuerungsapp des Türschlosses das Schloss geöffnet worden sei, niemand sonst auf die Tür zugegriffen habe und somit kein Sicherheitsrisiko vorläge. Keine Entschuldigung des Vermieters. Finde ich ganz schwach, so etwas darf nicht passieren. Wäre das nicht passiert, hätte es von mir vermutlich 8/9 Sterne gegeben. Aber so hätte jeder an unsere Sachen kommen können, der Zugang zum Hausflur hatte, da die Tür wirklich offensichtlich einen Spalt offenstand...

Sarebbe comodo anche un forno microonde. Ben servito di stoviglie e utensili da cucina L'ingresso al palazzo per l'appartamento è sporco e decisamente poco ospitale. Ma non so se questo possa dipendere dal proprietario. Combinazioni per accedere all'appartamento che non funzionano bene...questo crea molti disagi fino a quando non si capisce bene come fare. (Da ripetere molte volte... )
• Marynochka (8/5): - Особенно понравилось, что персонал очень быстро отвечали и реагировали на мои вопросы. Вежливо и позитивно - это сделало мой отпуск ещё приятнее. В квартире достаточно чисто, опрятно, есть всё необходимое. Была пара мелочей (не работал полотенцесушитель и шумел вентилятор в ванной) и быстро в моё отсутствие пришёл мастер и, что смог, исправил (вытяжка стала тише работать, но полотенцесушитель, похоже, не удалось быстро починить). Это не повлияло на моё общее впечатление - даже наоборот: как быстро отреагировали и спокойно организовали ремонт - спасибо Вам! Особенно понравилось расположение дома относительно остановок транспорта - легко добраться в любую часть города. Наверное сверху живёт семья - иногда было похоже, что там несколько весёлых детей, что любят бегать))

Der Herd war leider kaputt, dies hatte ich dem Support am zweiten Tag, als es mir aufgefallen ist, gemeldet, leider fand ich keine Lösung für das Problem, innerhalb von 2 Wochen, entsprechend konnte ich nicht kochen. Eine finanzieller Ausgleich wurde auch nicht angeboten und es hieß immer nur, es würde sich um das Problem gekümmert werden. Leider nicht sehr erfreulich ://

• Johanes Narasetu (8/5): I don't mind paying an extra 5€ per night had they installed a pull-up bar in this perfect apartment - Ideal apartment to stay in Vienna! I like that the instructions were clear as long as we have an internet connection on our smartphones at the place. But more than that, the apartment was excellent and well-placed. Definitely will book here again. Nothing actually. But I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a pull-up bar installed in the apartment. That way I don't have to look for a callisthenics park.

Shops, Turkish and Balkans restaurants close to the place made stay easy to maintain own breakfast in the morning. Appartment is one of the bigger ones. Washmaschine was nice extra. Design could be a bit more staylish as all most every furniture were new and missmatched.

• Kornelia (1/5): Schlechter geht es nicht - Finger weg! - Nichts Die Wohnung und das Treppenhaus waren nicht sauber. Die Gegend ist für alleinreisende Frauen nicht zu empfehlen. Am Abend ist der Strom ausgefallen - kein Licht, kein WLAN, keine Strombox zu finden, niemand erreichbar. Ich musste bei Dunkelheit in ein Hotel umziehen. Der Anbieter hat mir am nächsten Tag die Rückerstattung zugesichert, ich habe sie bis heute nicht erhalten. Der Support von booking.com hilft auch nicht weiter. Finger weg, schlechter geht es nicht!

• Nicole (8/5): Everything You Need - The apartment was the most well equipped of any of our stays in Europe. It was spacious and very clean. The support staff were courteous and dealt with issues promptly. Very close to essentials- supermarkets, public transport and eateries. The lock system was a bit temperamental. Staff were very supportive.

• hilal (9/5): - konumu muhteşem , hertarafınızda lidl var her yere yürüyerek gidiyorsunuz ve sessiz . havalimanına ulaşım çok rahattı , viyananın ulaşım ağı çok iyi ve harika bir yerde her yere otobüs tren var. ben yürümeyi sevdiğim için pek de kullanmadım . pek bir şeyi yok rahat güzel bir yerdi yine geleceğim viyanaya ve muhtemelen yine aynı yerde kalırım.

Bonne literie Le quartier est excentrée mais le métro permet de rejoindre la plupart des attractions sans correspondance. Le + la fire TV quand on est pas bilingue en allemand! La douche !!!! Beaucoup trop petite pour un adulte de plus d’1m70. Et à côté de ça, il fallait au moins 1m80 pour atteindre le câble permettant de fermer les volets le soir. Quartier bruyant la nuit et assez moyen quand on voyage seule.

• Mouad Lfath (10/5): - I went to Vienna to participate in a conference. It was my first time in this beautiful city. Initially, when I was trying to locate a place to rent during my stay, I came across a multitude of offers. Although several offers appeared promising in terms of quality, none of their prices were as encouraging as this one. Scrolling down the list of the facilities that the property had, I knew it would make for a comfortable stay during my time in Vienna. As soon as I entered the studio I rented, I was truly impressed to discover that it looked exactly as it was shown in the photos. The studio was spacious, and I did not feel cornered at all throughout my time there. The kitchen had every utensil I needed, and the host was kind enough to leave me some coffee capsules, sugar, and laundry detergent. The bed was spacious and highly comfortable. The sheets were clean, and they emanated no foul odor. The bathroom was clean too, and it had everything one would need for a relatively short stay, including a hair dryer. Overall, the cleanliness of the place made me feel comfortable and at home in the Viennese setting. Notably, for someone who, like me, is a researcher, what I appreciated the most was the high-speed internet. Research and presentations always require modifications, oftentimes ones that are made toward the end. A weak internet connection would have made it quite troublesome for me to attend to this. The inside aside, the studio's location made my stay al the more pleasant, as there were many shops, stores, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood has all manner of shops, stores, and supermarkets one would need for groceries. Furthermore, I really appreciated the presence of Metro (U-Bahn) and tram stations just a few meters away from the property. I had no difficulty circulating the city because of this convenience. To say all in a word, this place is wonderful. I highly recommend it. The door had a nuki lock. The lock would unlock either by using the Arbio website or a code that the host gives you. The former method is highly impractical, as your phone's battery might die. Upon using the code, the lock mechanism emitted a sound, yet the door frequently remained immovable. I would need to keep shaking the door until it would somehow end up opening. Many were the times I felt I would spend the night in the corridor. However, this should not overshadow the many merits of the property. I still enjoyed my stay. It was marvelous.
