• Dams (3/5): - Der Aufenthalt entsprach in wesentlichen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche ist hier nicht vorhanden, sondern lediglich ein Gäste-WC. Ein als Schlafzimmer ausgewiesener Bereich ist als offenes Galerie gestaltet, ohne Tür und ohne Rauchmelder. Das Bett hier bestand aus einer einfachen Palettenkonstruktion und war wenig komfortabel. WLAN und Fernseher waren wiederholt nur eingeschränkt bzw. zeitweise gar nicht nutzbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Unterkunft in unserer Abwesenheit betreten, ohne dass dies vorab mit uns abgestimmt wurde. Im Anschluss kam es daher zu Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Kaution und haltlosen Vorwürfen. Zudem waren umfangreiche Hausregeln sowie zusätzliche Regelungen (z. B. zu Zutritt und Verbrauchskosten) erst vor Ort über einen QR-Code einsehbar und nicht bereits im Buchungsprozess transparent dargestellt. Auch die Kommunikation war insgesamt wenig lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt weicht die tatsächliche Ausstattung und Abwicklung deutlich von dem ab, was anhand der Beschreibung zu erwarten gewesen wäre.
• Tilen (10/5): Prijetno, urejeno, prostorno in čisto. - Zelo prijazno osebje, bližina avtobusne postaje in odlična aplikacija javnega prevoza hvv, ki nam jo je predlagalo osebje. Zelo čisto in urejeno, prostorno, možnost uporabe vrta. Vse je bilo ok.

• Valentina (9/5): - Casa molto ben arredata, spaziosa, vicino a fermata del bus. Host reattivo e accogliente. Casa pulita, moderna. Stoviglie limitate nel numero (necessità di lavarle ad ogni pasto per il pasto successivo). Pentole limitate. Assenza di bagnoschiuma e shampoo.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Das Haus ist ideal für Familien und als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge nach Hamburg. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

• Kirsten (10/5): Familietur - Virkeligt pænt og rent og meget imødekommende vært. Fuldt udstyret hus med god plads. Der var lidt længere ind til centrum end vi lige havde forestillet os, men der går busser lige ude på hovedvejen og det var virkeligt nemt!

• Renate (8/5): Keurig schoon huisje - Keurig schoon huisje. Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustige omgeving. Mevrouw is heel vriendelijk. Een aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe. Denk aan wiebelige stoelen, hele dunne kussens en vaatwasser, waar wat roest in zit, door afgebroken stukjes. Werkt verder wel goed. Verder alles keurig in orde.

• Susan (9/5): A nice quiet place, perfect for families. - We were a family of 6 adults. 2 couple and 2 singles. This house suited our needs very well for the 3 days we spent in Hamburg. It was nice to have a patio to sit and have drinks in the evening, while we planned our next day. After a long travel day, the very friendly homeowner met us at the house and got us settled. Nearby, we shopped for some groceries and drinks and stocked our fridge and relaxed for a quiet evening. The neighbourhood is nice for walking, and we enjoyed our morning walks to get a cappuccino and pastry. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay, and we would return. There is a parking spot, but was challenging to back into the spot with our large van. We managed, and with an average sized car, it would have been easier. The towels were clean but showed their age and could use replacing. We ran out of toilet paper and could not find replacement, so we purchased some at the nearest store.
