Guest Reviews
- NIKOLAOS (5/5): Not very good!! - The view from the balcony was wonderful and the interior was vibrant!! the outside area is neglected..the elevator is scary, very old and dangerous
- Bork-Enos (10/5): Absolutely fabulous property! I’d definitely recommend it for a central location, great view & welcoming staff - Fabulous location, great communication, incredible patio. Could have used another mirror besides the bathroom

- Niko (10/5): A penthouse with a panomaric terrace in a great location. -
- scott (10/5): Communication with staff was superb and the actual accommodation 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to return. - Location and just the overall experience of staying in a luxury property. Balcony and views exceeded my expectations. Nothing
- Rosemarie (10/5): Our stay was fantastic!! - This place has the most amazing view and history..down below is where Julius Caesar was killed! The bathroom and kitchen are all new and in good working order. There is a smart tv and wifi was fine. Love the terrace and there is a wash machine but no dryer on the terrace. That was a huge help. Love the restaurant downstairs and the convince of the nearby grocery store! I am not a fan of small elevators and the elevator is old but maintained every few months but I am claustrophobic. I think they could add better bed pillows and a couple of wine glasses.
- Olga (10/5): -
- Dominique (9/5): - Le lit devrait être changé
- Raul (10/5): Perfecte. - La localització és immillorable. L'apartament és còmode i ben arreglat. Les vistes són impressionants, a menys de 100 metres de la Cúria de Pompeu. L'atenció d'Alessandro al fer el check in va ser excel·lent.
- Alexandra (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Rome - Great view, good amenities, close to public transport and supermarket
- Julie (9/5): Wonderful location - The location was wonderful-close to bus stops, taxi stop, grocery stores, and landmarks. The view was exceptional!
We almost didn't want to leave the terrace and breathtaking view. The washing machine was very helpful. We had saved for a once in a life-time extended family visit to Rome. The greeting upon arrival was rushed and nothing was written down. This would have been helpful along with a map of Rome. For an extended stay such as ours, a welcome bottle of water, biscuits, coffee pods, extra toilet paper, etc., would have been greatly appreciated.
- Mariann (8/5): We really liked the apartment, we would definitely come back there! - The location of the apartment was very great, the main attractions were walking distance. The terrace of the apartment was very large and had a very beautiful view. There is a very good breakfast place under the apartment building if you don't want to cook yourself. We missed a large mirror in the apartment and a third warm blanket, which was there, but its condition was not so good.
The terrace was so beautiful, but the furniture there could have been a little better.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (8/5): Great location apartment with amazing views of the city - Great location apartment within walking distance of main sights. Great communication from the company.
Clean well maintained apartment with amazing views. Comfortable beds and terrace furniture. Shops and resturants nearby. Secure building and good sound-proofing so quiet at night. Great having washing machine meaning we could pack light Some of the terrace furniture needs updating. Although we used it, the terrace felt a little neglected and could be so much more with those views! An outdoor sofa type seating in the shade would be perfect.
- Clayton (10/5): The place is great for any duration of stay! - The location was perfect and the place was also wonderful. The terrace is splendid as well. I would stay here again anytime! Il posto era veramente splendido e il luogo era anche perfetto. Spero di tornare!! Everything was great!
- Nicholas (10/5): Magical - Centrally located
Great view
Spacious
- Sharada (10/5): Best location in Rome- with an even better View! - The place is very well
Kept, super clean, the shower was great- and most of all the view was just the cherry on top! The beds were not comfortable, particularly the main bed. I understand that fold out beds aren’t going to be the best, but my kids slept on it. However the pillows were so thin and floppy- no matter how many you tried to combine- it was uncomfortable.
- Alexa (8/5): Beautiful apartment with a few quirks. - The location of this penthouse is perfect and makes Rome very walkable (most tourist locations within 30 minute walk). There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk, with the best restaurants in Trastevere just 15 minutes away across the River Tiber. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and has a beautiful view, one of the best in Rome. The terrace is expansive and wraps around half of the apartment with views from each side. The apartment has private laundry facilities, an elevator (old and small, but reliable), a comfortable (albeit smaller) bed, additional pillows and blankets in the closet, decent WiFi, and relatively responsive hosts. The hosts set up private transfers for us very quickly to and from the airport, and gave us a list of restaurants to try out, all of which we tried were delicious! 1) At least 2 of the 7 days I stayed, there was some sort of electric repair being done on the building that seemed right behind the bedroom wall. It started at 0730, and there was no heads up about this from the hosts, so sleeping in was not possible. This is not on the hosts, but perhaps knowing the building schedule for repairs would be beneficial to warning clients of possible disruptions to their vacation.
2) Though the terrace was beautiful, the furniture provided on the terrace is abysmal. The terrace is also mostly uncovered, which may be the reason. Recommend some wicker furniture and perhaps a tent or gazebo on the northern side of the terrace so guests can enjoy the view more.
3) Bottle of Chianti was on a chest when I arrived, but I imagine this is for decoration only as there are no wine glasses provided.
4) No washcloths (typical of many places in Europe—bring your own!) or floor length mirror in the apartment.
5) There are steps to get to the lift that take you to the penthouse. If you have mobility issues, this will not be a good fit, but most of Rome would not be unless you are in a hotel.
6) You are expected to take out your own trash and clean your own dishes. While this is not necessarily negative, as this is not a hotel, taking out trash is a bit more of a chore in most places in Europe than say, the USA, as you are expected to separate your trash (paper, plastics, compost, other waste, etc). The trash bins are a short walk across the street. However, for the price per night, I would have expected this to be included with any cleaning fees.
7) I requested late check out the day prior and was approved without any additional fees, but the late checkout was not communicated across the crew. A man, who I assume is part of the cleaning crew, entered the apartment after the normal checkout time and I had to let him know of my late checkout. Likely my fault as I requested it too late, but just a note.
- Haim (10/5): Super recommend penthouse in the middle of Rome - The view.
It was an amazing penthouse located at prime location with an unforgettable view of Rome.
And the management staff of the property Mrs. Loredana was very kind and helpful with many tips and booking support. The after 20:00 pm extra check in charge.
- Serena (8/5): Unique gem in top location with AMAZING terrace and view - Very cute place, all renovated, super clean with a stunning terrace and view. I would surely recommend it as a terrace like this in rome in such a prime location is rare and unique.
It has all the comforts, there are some steps at the entrance but it has a lift (old but it works). All well functioning and service was great - we asked for extra towels or earlier checkin and Gui and Weronica provided the best service. The couch cold be improved, I would add extra curtains or blinds to the window in the bedroom. To note that the bedroom has no door which was not a problem for us. They could add a few extra glasses, a couple of wine glasses for example, but overall the apartment is super new and functional. I would recommend it for sure. It’s cozy and it has so much light and a nice vibe.
- Sandra (10/5): The unbelievable views, central location, and beautifully appointed apartment make this perfect! - The Argentina Penthouse exceeded all of my expectations. The panoramic view from the huge wrap around terrace is something that my husband and I will never forget. The apartment was beautifully appointed and updated with the latest conveniences. Our host Weronika was so responsive and helpful. We worked with her and Alessandro, who met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us an overview of the area, as well as anything else we needed to know. I would highly recommend the Argentina Penthouse. Our memories will last a lifetime! We loved everything. We would not change a thing.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (8/5): Very good - We loved the location with the view over the city and the two terraces. AC worked very well and the apartment was super clean. The lift was very small and old but it worked fine.
- Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - The terrace is very big and the panoramic view is great. Loredana was very helpful with everything.
- Elena (9/5): Beautiful apartments with fantastic terrace! The view is incredible. Highly recommended. -
