• Erya (10/5): - Big apartment with all kinds of facilities. Close to the bus stop, also not far walking to the city center area. The host is super nice, always answering timely and giving us recommendations for visiting Malaga.

• bo (5/5): Ok för mig men fru o dotter åkte hem två dagar tidigare på grund av lgh standard - Området är ok men 25 min gå till närmaste strand, 30 min gå till tåget Malaga centro, Det fanns ingen Ac i sovrummen bara i vardagsrummet vilket det skall vara enligt Andalusisk lag som säger det skall finnas ett kyl och värmesystem i rum för att uppfylla kraven på godkänd uthyrningslicens. Säkerheten väldigt låg inget safe som skall finnas, endast en 1kg eldsläckare bör vara minst 6 kg, inget gaslarm, trasiga klinker framför kylen lätt o skära sig i fötterna, kakel på väggen håller på ramla ner. Hela lägenheten är väldigt sliten och behöver renoveras. Vi lyckades slänga ett nyckel set i soporna vilket var illa av oss, värden sa då att åhh då måste jag byta lås vi hade då innan sagt vi ersätter nytt nyckel par, byta lås behövs såklart inte utan bara göra nya nycklar som vi också gjorde själva. Han gjorde tyvärr ett försök få oss betala nytt lås åt honom! Vi har ägt bostäder i Spanien själva tidigare och letar nu nytt i Malaga så vi har hyffsad koll på vad som gäller, och har 45 år + i byggande av bostäder mm.
• Asia Adam (6/5): - The apartment was good, and the location was good but not in town centre as he said, you need to take a bus to city centre, anyway we've enjoyed our stay, Don ignacio was a good man, he show us everything we need, and concern about everything that happened to us, anyway that's all I can say. Thanks Don ignacio. There's renovation work at the place so in every morning the workers makes noise and drilling the walls up to 15:00h in the afternoon so you cannot relax in the apartment in morning, anyway because of Don ignacio who's asking us about everything there we manage to enjoy ourselves, however the apartment sofa need to be change thanks.

• Mark (10/5): Comfortable apartment for our week stayover. - The apartment was clean and comfortable, everything we needed including all kitchen appliances, large screen tv, a/c in living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Host Ignacio was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was ok for our stay. N/A

• Dim (5/5): Passable - We needed two separate working spaces for remote work during our visit, and the apartment provided this. It's a full three-bedroom apartment with desks and good soundproofing between rooms. The location was convenient - about 20 minutes walking to both the beach and city center. We significantly underestimated how worn out the facilities would be. While we saw some signs in the photos and read comments about aging, we didn't expect to find extensive cracks throughout the bathroom sink, cracked cups, broken and rusty toilet door lock, and paint peeling off walls around windows. I was always struggling with water temperature control - it was either dangerously hot or too cold. Overall, the apartment felt more abandoned than simply aged.
