- Elisabeth (1/5): Poor cleaning with strain of hair in the bed, sofa and cupboards. Poor quality of bed and bedding. - I have paid 150 Euro as a deposit to the owner as a security for the owner I have paid a security deposit of 150 euros to the hostess which was to be refunded. However, the owner has not responded to my question as to whether she has refunded the amount. This is in addition to a very high weekly rent of 718 euros! I have been very careful about the apartment and barely used the kitchen. The fact that a cupboard door has come loose cannot be attributed to me but is due to poor quality of cupboards and is the owner's responsibility for maintenance.I have taken photos that shows large holes from screws, which shows that it is wear and tear.
