• Anatolie (3/5): I'd never rent an apartment from these people once again. The situation itself was frustrating but the way they &quo - The apartment itself is great in terms of the location The owner and personal are not great. They were helpful initially but then the experience was terrible. We took only 2 days off to visit certain concert and see Venice so we didn't have that much time there. We agreed to check-in at 4 PM (as per rules it should be ready at 2 PM) because of our flight which was fine. But then, all of the sudden 20 minutes prior our arrival to the apartment they said the cleaning is not ready due to unexpected issues with cleaning company. I understand - it happens but nobody even tried to help us with the solution. Basically, the behavior was - "yes we are sorry but it is what it is". They said everything will be ready in 2 hours (6 PM), eventually we were able to check in after 22:00. Nobody prioritised solving the issue and we just waited until all other apartments will be finished per schedule to get to our apartment. It ruined the first night out total 2 nights in Venice. And the worst part hasn't even started - first of all, when we met at the apartment to leave our luggage, nobody suggested the compensation so I had to initiate the conversation by myself. They said - oh yes, that's the option, of course and that she will initiate the refund process tomorrow (Sunday). That was the agreement. On Sunday, they said that person in charge is not working so they will do it on Monday. On Monday, they said they are waiting for person in charge and after I followed up (after the check out) they just stopped replying in WhatsApp. After that, I wrote them on Booking but they said I had to initiate it via Booking. There was no option to do that via Booking so basically they just scammed me because they said they will do that on their end and didn't do anything. After that, they even stopped ignoring in Booking Worst experience I've ever had. While the apartment is close to city centre, the owners do not care about people they accommodate.
• Robert (9/5): Very comfortable stay in bright and airy apartment. - Very comfortable stay, lovely and well appointed apartment. Bright and airy with lots of windows. Washroom is very nice, unfortunately, shower drain can be quite slow resulting in pooling.

The butchers and green grocers nearby were friendly and provided the best steak, burrata and tomatoes we have ever eaten for my husbands birthday meal. We felt safe in the area at night and it wasn’t noisy despite being in the centre of Venice. The bed was comfortable and the appartment was well equipped and we were very impressed with the fresh ground coffee and stove top espresso maker. We contacted the property owners a week before arrival to check it was ok to collect keys at 2pm and they confirmed via email and WhatsApp but unfortunately the owner didn’t meet us till 2.40pm …we were very tired as had an early flight and no sleep and wanted to get rid of our bags and rest. the owner apologised and said the other owner was ill hence the delay but we would have appreciated contact prior. The next morning we were cooking lunch and the electric went off in the apartment. We were unable to blow dry our hair or finish cooking and eat our meal so we had to leave the apartment and eat out. I believe the owner hadn’t put money on the meter. We could not get the television to work but we didn’t need it. 31 steps up to the apartment.
• D.šejbl (9/5): nice apartment in the heart of Venice - nice apartment in the centre of Venice, equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, bathroom with shower, wifi working well, helpful owner, close to San Marco, we used vaporetto for 3 days (recommend to visit the islands Burano, Murano, Lido), lot of restaurants everywhere bed was too soft for us and we do not like one big matress for 2 people but this might not be problem for others

• Peter (10/5): We have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. - Everything about this property was perfect. The location was ideal, in a quieter area with all the facilities and high-quality restaurants nearby. It's about 10 mins from San Marco and Rialto, and 2 mins from Arsenale to get ferries anywhere in Venice. Chiara was great, very helpful and provided us with some great tips on where to go and the best ways for getting about town. There is also a really useful information pack, with recommendations and tips as well. If you struggle with stairs, be careful it's a long staircase, but Chiara helped us with getting our luggage up them too, and hey, this is Italy, stairs are their thing :D. This is a highly recommended place to spend some time in Venice.
