• Pivaral (9/5): - Buena ubicación cerca del metro En general, se escuchan ruidos de todas partes, especialmente de la calle. Pero se entiende que no está en manos del propietario así que el resto de la estadía muy bien!!
• Veronica (6/5): - Kitchen was fully stocked. Supermarkets close by. Neighborhood was safe Bathroom is very very small. Bedroom 2 has no ac nor fan and was uncomfortable to sleep in. 2nd couple slept in the living room on the floor. Property listing should mention this as I was looking for a property that fully air conditioning. For the price I paid a fan should have been supplied.

• Veronique (8/5): Très belle accueil de l’agent. Appartement très propre avec toutes les commodités. - La division des pièces, la laveuse à linge et la proximité aux marchés et transports en commun. Les oreillers étaient trop dure et les portes étaient difficiles à ouvrir.

• Kenan (1/5): Bad - Wen we arrived to the apartment, they charged us a fee because we came at 23 clock at night. for a such expensive apartment, I do not see the need for that fee. The AC was not working, and we arrived with 2 small children. It took them 3 days to send someone to fix it, and we arrived 22 December, when it was really cold. The apartment was dirty, much smaller that in the pictures, everything was old, bed is really, really bad, its made of some kind of boxes. Toilet can hardly fit one person, and its really loud from the neighbours, you can hear everything. The cleaning ladies that clean other apartments make noice whole day, impossible not to get disturbed form them.
• Ivan (9/5): Pleasant apartment for traveling with the family - The apartment is in an excellent location near the metro stations and the main train station, easily accessible to the city center. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary appliances, even for a longer stay.

• Valentin (7/5): It’s ok but it could be better - The location is great, very close to metro and bus station. I liked the fact that has two bedrooms and the living room, functional AC and two balconies. The agent Sabrina who helped us with the check-in was very nice. For some people it could be very noisy because there is a school near the building. Unfortunelly, we found some bugs in the bathroom in the mornings and no one cares about that even if we wrote the agency on WhatsApp. We had to buy toilet products because it’s not enough what they offer if you are more people(we were 4) and stay more days.

The flat was in very good condition, had all of the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. So many shops, restaurants, and public transit nearby. We can't think of anything we didn't like.

• Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Bryan the Dutch, met us in person and explained us in details whatever we asked. We were in constant contact for whatever we need. Very close to metro. Nice neighbourhood. -
• Amir (7/5): Decent place close to Plaza of Espana - Location was good and close to the plaza The bed and the pillows were not good. Staircases were narrow and difficult to move up loggage.
• Maria (9/5): We enjoyed our stay! Thank you. - Near the metro, shops and restaurants. It’s clean and has amenities to cook food etc. Security is also good. A lovely apartment. Highly recommended! The narrow stairs and no home lift. Very difficult to navigate especially if you have large suitcases. There’s no bidet in the toilet as well.
• Munoz (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Accessible to public transportation, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, helpful agent, nice view/close to sights, reasonably priced It was only a little stuffy, but expected!
• Jenny (6/5): Good stay in central location. - Great location. Very secure property. Communication from Julieta was very good and she met us at the apartment when we arrived. Rooms were very tiny, bathroom very dated. It was very noisy at night and the light in the main bedroom glowed at night like a full moon.

• Laurentiu (9/5): A perfect choice if you want to visit Bacelona - The location is close to all facilities, bus and metro station in front of the building, train station (for connection to the airport at 10-15 min), shopping mall, supermarkets, minimarkets, many bars and restaurants nearby. At the weekend, the main street becomes pedestrian. Most of the points of interest in Barcelona can be reached on foot. Since the flight was delayed, I would have preferred to be able to get the keys from a locker/acces code without having to wait for an agent. The locker solution seems much more efficient to me. After 9 o'clock there is a late check-in fee. I had to take a taxi from the airport to be on time. Traveling by train from the airport would have been cheaper.

• Charlotte (9/5): Great little apartment ideal for families visiting Barcelona - Really appreciated the personal meet and greet from the letting agent. She offered lots of wonderful suggestions for eating, visiting etc for our family. The location was great, we arrived the night they closed down the main street for Christmas so it was a hive of activity, but quiet at night. Also appreciated the washing machine! The bathroom was a little on the small side but we've come to learn that's normal in Spain. It just took a little getting used to and making sure the toilet paper wasn't left out to get soggy!
• Saša (10/5): I will return back to this apartment again. That's enough.. - Location, connection with city centre woth metro lines and also buses. It was very clean and not noisy during day and night even there was structure building near. Nothing, all was more than ok..

• Radek (8/5): Adequate accommodation for the average traveller. - A good starting point for visiting Barcelona. Public transport near to house. Local agent has contacted us via whatsapp, keys handed over just in time. Surrounding noise, but keep in mind - you are accomodated in the city, near to metro. Bathroom has no window, so it could be ventilation issue. Double bed could be a little bit wider (understand there is small sleeping room, where can not be bigger one). You can hear ventilation from the yard through the closed window if you have weak sleaping.

• Виктория (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the metro, convenient location. The apartment is clean and cozy, has everything you need.
• Shinzo (10/5): It’s suitable for a long stay. - It’s close to Pl. España station. The room is clean and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry are well-equipped. I enjoyed crispy and fluffy pizza by the authentic oven. I ate it on the balcony with a nice view. No elevator.
• Enticknap (8/5): Great apartment for weekend break. - Great for weekybreak for family of 4 with two teenagers. Good size, very clean, well equipped, reliable WiFi, good TV, air con, good location near metro and Placa Espanya, lots of gorgeous bakeries on the doorstep too! Another comfy chair would be great when four people staying. Noisy street at front...we had to have window open at night as no aircon in front double bedroom. There is very limited space in bathroom too....tricky to sit on loo if you're over 5ft 8!! But really not much that can be done about this!!

• Rachel (9/5): Lovely - Lovely terrace to eat breakfast/dinner. Nice to be at the top of the building (I don't mind stairs). Area is a little out of the main tourist areas but I liked this and being able to walk through Park Miro and keep going along Consell de Cent through the city, from Eixample to Poblenou (this is a new green corridor being built by the city authorities). Did get some noise from the flat next door but I'm used to this in Spain and brought earplugs which sorted it.
