• Rachael (7/5): Comfortable enough for 3 nights, no longer. - Location, size, somewhat comfortable. WiFi didn’t work / not properly connected to router. Towels old, bathroom tired. No hot water in kitchen. Not enough hangers in wardrobe. No towel to dry dishes.
• DEVRİM (4/5): It was not what I was dreaming of :(( Be careful about the room your are hiring ... - The location of the room is very nice. Room was big enough and was equipped enough. Here is the disappointing part. When I made the reservation for two people, the only picture of the room I saw was the one that we all see on the main page. There are others as well but the room pictures were not clearly pointed with the capacity of the rooms in the selection menu.. It is the same bright, arched ceiling photo on my booking approval sheet as well. But as noticed when I arrived, I was told that it was not a room allocated for two people. When I was making the booking, it was my dream to stay there and with that motivation we were supposed our celebrate our 30 engagement anniversary. But when we arrived, we found ourselves in a claustrophobic room in which we can never ring up the curtains to understand weather outside because the walls of other building were couple of meters away. So we always had to use the indoor lightning instead of any sunlight. This was a whole frustration. I was ready to pay the price of the other room but it was told that it was not available. Any how, I was already thinking that I had hired the arched room at that price...Then why did I pay so much for seeing the walls of other buildings where I could have paid less for a similar room located couple of streets away from the Piazza :((( So so upset...

• Gloria (8/5): Es un buen sitio, ubicado en un lindo sector. - Es bonito, camas muy bien, espacioso, cocina bien dotada aunque no la usamos. La ubicación muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y zona turistica. Bonito el sector. No era claro que era el ultimo piso y sin ascensor. El baño de la alcoba principal es incómodo y en 3 espacios diferentes. Mucho ruido en la noche, si bien queda en un muy buen sector, eso mismo hace que esa calle es muy transitada y ruidosa. La llegada fue demorada, no teníamos claro lo del check-in previo y estuvimos cerca de una hora esperando en la puerta para poder acceder.

• Diane (9/5): Fantastic apartment in a beautiful city. Central to everything. - Location was excellent, right in the city centre with easy access to attractions, shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. The property was beautiful with original stone work. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It had two bathrooms and a kitchen with all the main amenities so we could make meals which worked very well for our party of 5 people. A great addition would be a tea pot 😀 Master bedroom is right next door to Main Street so there is noise as you would expect being central. However we bought earplugs which worked really well. The other bed areas were not affected by the noise and were very quiet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift so not ideal for all. I personally didn’t mind as we traveled with light luggage and I welcomed the exercise.

• Ana (9/5): Piso muy céntrico - El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, muy cerca del centro y a 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren. La habitación principal tenía una cama cómoda y armario amplio con luz. El sofá-cama del salón era cómodo también. La cocina tenía de todo, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera italiana y el resto de utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Nos dejaron un par de botellas pequeñas de agua, sobres de café, aceite y sal para poder usar, que agradecimos mucho. Pero hay un supermercado cerca y muchos restaurantes para comer/cenar. El baño tenía bañera y ducha, y estaba equipado con secador y jabón de ducha. Nos tocó el apartamento “Ronald” y lamentablemente no tenía vistas a nada (en el anuncio vi que tenían vistas a una plaza). Además, por las mañanas entraba mucha luz, sobre todo en el salón, por lo que despertaba a los que dormían en el sofá-cama muy pronto.

• Karen (7/5): Beautiful apartment close to everything - The apartment was very nice, when I spoke to the apartment managers about issues they addressed it promptly. The apartment was quiet and close to everything We had issues with the heating and hot water this was fixed but then broke again the next day. I was in a cold apartment after an icy shower, not ideal.

• Tiberiu (5/5): - The location was good. The toilet was faulty and wouldnt flush, and the hot water wasn't working when we arrived. The host was good with communication and organised to have it fixed, the toilet still wasn't fixed though, not the properties fault. Also the upstairs neighbour was stomping around at all hours and disrupted our sleep a lot. The pillows were also uncomfortable.

• Julie (8/5): - Location is fabulous, right in the heart of Florence, along the street from the Duomo! Master Suite is very large with beautiful ceiling! The staff are very friendly and informed about the apartment, they answered the phone both times we called for information and for confirmation of our stay. We felt very safe and secure. Nothing. I would note, I am traveling with young men who were able to carry our luggage up the stairs, the apartment is up a few stairways.

• Astrid (4/5): We visited Florence frequently and I would not book this apartment again. - We booked the apartment for its location. The apartment is dated and small. Bed and sofa beds were not comfortable and pillows not great. And it took us five (5) flights of stairs to go to and from the apartment. That might be fine if you are young and fit but older people could really struggle on the hard cement stairs. There are no lifts in the building.

Het makkelijke contact met de verhuur organisatie was erg makkelijk en snel. Doordat het midden in de stad is gelegen, was het ‘s avonds, midden in de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend erg lawaaierig. Oordoppen waren een uitkomst.

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, buena calefacción y estéticamente es un piso muy bonito Cocina equipada con lo necesario para una estancia de turismo Es verdad que lo avisan y yo era consciente, pero no hay ascensor y es una tercera planta alta, de casa antigua, complicado para grupo con niños , gente mayor o carrito bebé La habitación principal da a la calle y hay mucho ruido de madrugada, nos despertamos varias veces. Es gente borracha y nada tiene que ver con el alojamiento, pero es incómodo Al llegar no teníamos sábanas ni cubre edredones, todas las camas sin hacer. Llame y mandaron a alguien enseguida disculpándose varias veces, por lo que su respuesta al incidente fue buena

La habitación principal es preciosa, la secundaria es más sencillita pero correcta. Todo bien, de hecho tuvimos un problema con la caldera y nos lo arreglaron enseguida. Es un 3-4 sin ascensor.

• Isabelle (6/5): Logement très bien situé mais à l'accès difficile - L'emplacement exceptionnel L'accès très difficile (3ème étage d'un bâtiment ancien sans ascenseur accessible par un escalier très raide et étroit, qui correspond à au moins 5 étages d'un immeuble standard), un appartement sombre (1 seule fenêtre par pièce avec des vis à vis obérant toute intimité, salle de bains aveugle), mal ventilé (odeur de renfermé...) et mal insonorisé (notamment voisins au dessus déambulant à toute heure avec des talons et déplaçant des meubles), avec un équipement minimal (chasse d'eau dysfonctionnelle, oreillers plats et durs, cuisine peu pratiique). Une information claire en amont du séjour sur l'accessibilité de l'appartement (impossible pour des personnes âgées ou handicapées) et de l'immeuble (existence d'une double numérotation des bâtiments dans les rues, rendant difficile l'identification de l'adresse) serait indispensable pour éviter la déconvenue des locataires....

• AMANDINE (8/5): Superbe - L’emplacement est fantastique, à deux pas du Palazzo Vecchio, du musée des offices. La grande chambre est superbe Vous logez en plein centre historique. Le reste de l’appartement n’est pas très lumineux, et il faut être en bonne santé pour accéder à l’appartement ; il se situe au 3ème étage mais les étages sont hauts, c’est plutôt l’équivalent d’un 6ème étage. Ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous mais c’est à savoir si vous voyagez avec une personne âgée.

• Elizabeth (9/5): We are dreaming of returning to this incredible apartment in an amazing location - it was our favourite accommodation in - This was our favourite accommodation in our whole European trip! The location is incredible - right in the heart of most of Florence’s best attractions and so close to incredible eateries and shops. The view is stunning and the apartment is so spacious and clean. Great shower too! We wished we could’ve stayed for a whole week and are dreaming of returning. Carrying suitcases up all those stairs but we knew we would have to do that and it’s worth it to stay in such a beautiful old building with an amazing view!
• Jose Carlos (8/5): Great location and good exercise going up and down the stairs - The location is supreme and the flat is quite nice. The main bedroom is amazing and both bathrooms very nice. The flat and especially the living room sofa was full of long black hairs. Frankly a bit disgusting. Also under the mezzanine beds there was a lot of potato chips from the previous tenants. Also in October the flat got very cold and we had problems with the heating. Bring slippers! The stone floors are ice cold!
• Lee (10/5): Perfect location to explore the best Italian city. - Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Just 5 minutes from the Duamo and 5seconds from the square. Serenaded by fantastic street musicians in the evening. Apartment perfectly equipped for a stay in the city, and so central you can just pop back for coffee and a sit down whenever you feel like it. Nothing, it was great. Maybe some ground coffee in the kitchen for when you arrive!

Complete keuken maar 1 (bed) bank en niet nog 2 makkelijke stoelen. Wc spoelde moeizaam door. Bij beschrijving staat weliswaar 3de locatie maar eerlijker zou zijn 6 hoge trappen. Ook het huisnummer kan duidelijker omschreven worden.

• Chrystal (10/5): Fantastic palazzo on the Piazza della Signoria - There is no location better than this apartment. 15 minute walk to traun station, 5 minutes to the Duomo, 1 minute to Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi. We had plenty of room in the apartment, the bathrooms were comfortable. We loved being there! The staff even helped us when our plane and train were late so we could get in. I have zero complaints but if I had to mention one thing it would be to maybe have a fan in the bedroom. The air con isn't that great.

Huge bath and rainforest shower. Room in the entry hall for suitcases. Kids liked the sofa bed - which was set up for our arrival. Coffee machine, decent kitchen. Huge table if you have mates over. Instructions on location unclear, though could have been google maps. Owner sorted it over the phone and opened building entry door for us remotely on arrival. We didn't realise until after booking but this is on the 3rd floor with six flights of stairs to reach the apartment door. Suggest you pack light or store your suitcases elsewhere.

It was spacious, clean, and definitely value for money. The location was perfect—very central and walkable to major tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. The building has no lift, which might be difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Pedestrian zone in city centre means drunk tourists shout in the street until 3 in the morning particularly during the weekend. And you need to like street musicians (opera, rock, jazz) ibtil 11 pm... Only remote contact with personel. All streamlibed to cut costs for operator. Implies bureaucracy for client begorehand - read instructions to access appartment VERY carefully ahead.

• Nic (8/5): The location was good .. - The location was great for accessibility to the town square, shops and restaurants. I think it would be a great idea to be able to have the code to the locked box a few hours before arrival, there is no Internet between the bottom of the stairs and the top which made it tricky. The noise ! The main room at night .. all through the night was loud. We stayed 2 nights and our first night sleep was terrible :( Also there was no washing facility which would have been handy. Also the fridge was leaking onto the kitchen floor, the showers were only warm - didn't get very hot. And the stairs .. there is about 60 stairs to get up to the apartment which was a bit of a mission with all our bags.

• Susanna (6/5): Pleasant stay - Pros 1. Located right in the heart of Florence. Everything was in a close proximity. 2. The customer service was excellent. Even though we had a leak in the ceiling, they took care of the problem right away. 3. The kitchen was well equipped. Cons 1. The apartment was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator 2. We had a leak in the ceiling in the middle of the night and had to wait till the next day to fix it. But they offered us an alternative right away but due to the floors and amount of luggage, we decided to stay.

Very spacious for our family of 5. The apartment is in the heart of Florence and regrettably it is very noisy in the beautiful bedroom. Such a shame. Also the roof in the lounge leaked(!) both nights.

The shower sprays water under the door which could be easily remedied with a seal that covers the small gap between the door and the floor. If only using the shower at half strength, then no leakage and it is still an excellent shower.

Lots of loud street noise at night, mattress is hard, pillow too soft. Hard to find - it’s the green door next to Tissot. Needs tongs and spatula in kitchen.
• Ana Gabriela (10/5): - La propiedad es linda, con una arquitectura espectacular. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro de Florencia a pasos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Lo único es que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 5 niveles de gradas.
• Alaleh (10/5): An unforgettable stay in a beautifully designed property with an amazing location and fantastic service! - The property was very clean and comfortable, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. The staff was extremely responsive. The location was unbeatable, the interior design was stunning, and everything was perfect. There were quite a lot of stairs, but with everything else being so amazing, it didn’t bother us at all.
