• Leonardo Raul (3/5): - La piscina comunitaria muy buena, la ubicación para el coche buena con buen parking, y la terraza bonita para cenar Tuvimos un problema por que había cucarachas, la llave de la piscina que nos dio no funcionaba por qué iba con código, el tema de las cucarachas encontramos varias, hablamos con el propietario y tras un toma y daca nos medio solucionó el problema. La cama algo incómoda porque tiene un colchón de muelles y luego tiene un colchón adicional fino, convendría cambiarlo

(8/5): Escapada a Fuerteventura - La ubicación, la terraza exterior donde se puede comer al aire libre con intimidad, la piscina muy limpia y bien atendida por el personal de limpieza de la misma. La limpieza en el interior del apartamento y las cucarachas que entiendo que son inevitables pero son insectos molestos y causan mala impresión. Mal atendidos los jardines exteriores.
• Annalisa (3/5): Locali sporchi e fatiscenti - La posizione Mi spiace per Mirko che è stato efficiente a risolvere alcuni guasti/intoppi, ma tutto l' alloggio (esterno ed interno) a mio avviso non è stato pulito da molto tempo: la palizzata esterna ricoperta di ragnatele, l' interno sporco, compreso nei cassetti (bagno e camera). Coprimaterasso macchiato, federe copri cuscini messe dal rovescio per coprire alcune macchie, materassino di un lettino esterno macchiato. Avrei voluto parlarne di persona con Mirko, ma non è stato possibile. Ho provveduto a mia cura a pulire il necessario. Avevo letto recensioni in cui si evidenziava l' arredamento un po' datato, che non sarebbe un problema, ma certe cose erano proprio malconce, zero manutenzione.

• 7ergio (8/5): Very good - I liked the location since it's closer to the big beach. Reaching the city center is about 30 min walk, but our goal was chilling under the sun and exploring nature. BTW you can reach the nearest volcano in 1 hour. The apartment is small but cozy. It was nice to stay there in January because it is on a sunny side and was warm enough. The area itself is very quiet. There are plenty of places at the pool. Also like the communication with Mirko. He was always ready to help Would be nice to have a simple set of things like salt, pepper, sugar and so on, and to upgrade some furniture

The Pool is by your doorstep and the beach 5 min. walk. Lovely bars and cafes on the seafront. Such a good value for money! • Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The host was helpful and met me when I got lost on route to property due to problems with my phone not connecting to roaming. The apartment has a nice terrace, good for chilling out when you get back after a day in the sun. The flat has everything you need and is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. There is also a pool, which is nice to cool off in. All was fine.

• Nazareno (10/5): Exceptional - Good location from the beach, and the sand dunes. Quiet neigborhood, easy to get to and from town. Very practical for all kinds of travelers. There was a lack of extra toiletpaper. The main light in the bedroom was not functioning. Some of the sunblinds were not functioning properly

• Isabel (9/5): Lovely apartment! Super friendly and helpful host - The host was very friendly, easy going and always making sure everything was ok. The apartment has everything you need, complete kitchen, clean. Close by you have the Campanario area where you can get anything you might need, also a few restaurants. Only if I’m being picky because again the place it’s lovely, super comfortable and well equipped. The shower it’s small and it was a little awkward. Also we were only 2 and it was perfect, 3 people would be good, 4 would be tight.
• Steven (9/5): Superb - Cosy apartment in a quiet gated community. we didn’t use the pool but it look very nice. the communication from Mirko was first class. He even collected us from the port and dropped us back the next day. apartment was clean and ideally located within ten mins walk of the main square. would be more than happy to return. Great value for money.
