• Karolina (10/5): - Everything about the apartment was wonderful. It’s gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. I felt completely at home during my stay. The only issue was with the sofa bed. There was a quilt provided, but no proper bedding or bedsheets, which made it uncomfortable for the person sleeping there.

Empfohlen auch - Es war sehr schön und bequem eingerichtet, sauberkeit war auch okei. Wir waren 5 Leute und es war wirklich sehr gut für uns da es auch sehr gross war. Es war sauber jedoch konnte besser sein.

• akhvlediani (9/5): - The flat has very good vibes. It was very clean ans tidy and stylish. Kitchen fully equipped. Beds were clean and very comcortable with orthopedic mattrasses and pillows. 30 min walk to duomo. Tram stop nearby. Two supermarkets nearby. Checkin was easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. The coffee machine was out of order. The heating system made noise at night that was very uncomfortable. The host told us to turn off the heating to see if it worked but we did not manage to do that. Water leaks through both shower cabins and we had to clean the floor afterwards. Only one tablet was provided for dishwasher. The bedroom upstairs is less private as it has a glass partition wall.

Spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with a perfect location and fully equipped with everything you might need. The level of equipment and attention to detail is truly top-class! 📍 Location The location is very convenient. The tram No. 9 stop is nearby - you can reach the main train station directly without transfers. The metro station is just a 10-13 minute walk away. There are many small shops within walking distance, as well as a large PAM supermarket - everything you need is close by. 🏡 The Apartment There were 4 girls and 1 guy staying, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Having two bathrooms is a huge advantage for a group. There is plenty of space, and everything is well thought out. A special highlight is the amazing terrace, from which you can even catch a glimpse of the Duomo ❤️ We would especially like to mention: a complete set of quality kitchenware impeccable cleanliness not only in the rooms but also inside all the cabinets very comfortable mattresses and orthopedic pillows excellent quality bed linen - we slept deeply and felt fully rested attentive service - all our questions were answered quickly and kindly If we come back to Milan, we will definitely stay here again. • Milena (8/5): - Duży, przestronny apartament z fajnym tarasem. Bardzo dużo miejsca. Dobrze doposażony. Dobra lokalizacja. Sofa w salonie była połamana, zmywarka była zepsuta lecz właściciel powiadomil nas o tym wcześniej i zwrocil 20% kosztów wynajmu. Zamrażarka była cała pokryta lodem, najwidoczniej ktoś wcześniej jej dobrze nie zamknął. Także śmietniki były wypełnione śmieciami i nie opróżnione. Łóżko w sypialni w jednym miejscu było zarwane lecz nie stanowiło to dużej przeszkody w spaniu. Popracowałabym trochę nad czystością ponieważ w wannie było pełno „okruchów” i włosów a na lustrze widoczne plamy od pasty do zębów. Poza tym wszystko było ok.
• XIN (9/5): - it's a new apartment, so the electrical appliances, furniture, and other facilities in the apartment are all new, and the size of each space is just right. It takes a 30-minute walk to reach the Milan Cathedral.

• Kateryna (10/5): Дуже сподобалось! - Чисте, сучасне та затишне житло. Великі та комфортні ліжка. Персонал- неймовірний. Легка комунікація, допомагали у вирішенні усіх питань. Хороше розташування - 25 хв пішки до собору Дуомо або ж 7 хвилин до метро. Великий плюс, що є два санвузла. В квартирі є усе необхідне для проживання. Мінусів немає, все чудово!

• Gesine (9/5): Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Mailand - Tolles modernes Appartement, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die sehr schöne Dachterrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es schon zu kalt war.

• Selina (9/5): The property is very comfortable, with a nice view and a sunrise, recommended & will come back again - The property is beautiful, good location with a walkable distance to the Duomo and Navigli District. It is easy to find public transportation; we can easily find the station for the tram, the underground and the supermarket. Very clean and comfortable. Good quality of mattresses and pillows. The roof terrace is a gem. Have a nice view and the sunrise! Hopefully, we can manage to book a longer period stay at this property and spend some time on the roof terrace on our next visit to Milan. Minor defaults need to be paid attention to, as the coffee machine is out of order, the downstairs toilet has no lights, and the upstairs' small bedroom air conditioner did not work or needs to be reset. The freezer door was open itself because it's time to defrost.

• LOREDANA VASILE (10/5): Great trip with friends - Un apartament primitor, curat cu absolut tot ce aveai nevoie. Nu a lipsit nimic. Un mare plus ar fi acela ca era pozitionat intr-un cartier linistit si foarte aproape de Duomo la 30 de minute de mers pe jos, aproape si de mijloacele de transport si la 15 minute de mers pe jos de statia de metrou Crocetta. Un alt mare plus ar fi acela ca erau foarte multe restaurante, cafenele in zona si magazine de unde iti putea face cumparaturile necesare, de exemplu pentru micul dejun cum a fost un cazul nostru (recomandam magazinul Conad foarte bine aprovizionat). Terasa superba de unde se putea observa putin Duomo-ul, un loc linistit unde puteai savura un pahar de vin si unde puteai sta la povesti impreuna cu cei dragi. Ne-ar fi ajutat foarte mult ca ora de check-out sa fie ca la majoritatea locatiilor, macar ora 11:00. Ni s-a spus clar ca trebuie sa eliberam la ora 10:00 pe motiv ca o sa vina doamna de la curatenie la ora respectiva si ca trebuie sa eliberam. Nu a existat deloc flexibilitate privind ora de check-out.

Good location - could walk or get the bus into the center. Liked the kitchen facilities - modern and had sufficient contents to use during our stay. Liked the coffee machine. Loved the balcony. Only 2 toilet rolls between five guests was a bit risky. The stairs were quite narrow and the childgate was needed to avoid accidentally falling in the night. Downstairs shower didn’t work properly.

• Milica (10/5): Comfort and clean apartment with perfect rooftop and great location! - Location was great! Not just for Bocconi University but also we had supermarket near, garage for parking, cafe for coffee and croissants. And 20 minutes walk from city center and marvelous Duomo. Everything was perfectly clean, rooms big enough, small terrace for the mornings and the terrace rooftop was extraordinary. Bathrooms (2 hairdryers were great) and kitchen well equipped, coffee capsules included for fresh start! Wardrobe as part of one room was enough for most things from our luggages. Also I did not experience more comfortable bed especially pillow, which was crucial for good rest, since we had really short time each day for sleeping. Communication with host smooth and with very useful information at any moment. All five of us are more than satisfied. There is nothing, the place is really amazing!

• Ergys (10/5): Just perfect: highly recommended - Stayed at Bocconi’s Nest in February 2025 for three nights. We were six persons (3 couples). The staff were very responsive, friendly and professional. The location is one of the best you can find in Milan, for that money. The apartment has enough space (two floors); two bathrooms and a kitchen. It is almost new, with all the things you need for a wonderful time in Milan. The apartment is exactly the same (maybe better) as you can see in the photos provided in the booking. Just a small detail that could have been provided in the general information video, is the opening of the main (yellow) door. There is a button behind the post boxes that opens this door from inside when you want to go out of the building. Nevertheless, we asked the Staff via WhatsApp and got informed immediately.

Air con and TV’s Niggles include, shower dispensers not working, no tea towels, master bedroom had a glass partition, as a wall that limits privacy, bathrooms not en-suite and one located downstairs. Access on arrival was an issue due to faulty key box. No problems after. The freezer door was frozen open and needed attention.

The agency staff was very friendly and helpful The water in the kitchen sink drained very slowly – that should have been mentioned. Unfortunately, there was some mold on the bathroom walls. The large rooftop terrace was not directly connected to the apartment, so we didn’t use it. However, it was one of the reasons we booked the apartment. The check-in process was a bit tedious – I’ve experienced easier ones. On top comes the very bad parking situation - would not recommend to travel milan by car.

• Matias (8/5): Good value for a group trip - The apartment was super comfortable and modern, in a very nice building. It has a great living room, a nice balcony, a d very big kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. The communication was great and they even allow us to leave our luggage before checking in. The location is a bit further from Duomo than expected. You have to walk 10 mins to a metro station and take it a couple of stations so I wouldn’t say it is close. They need to fix some things in the flat, for example the toilet seat in the top floow was a bit wobby, and we found several things in the kitchen that needed to be cleaned before we use them. There were also some sheets in a bed that were not sparkly clean.
