• Manuela (9/5): Moderne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail - Super nette Gastgeberin, hat uns mehr Zeit für den checkout gegeben, saubere Wohnung, komplett renoviert, modern eingerichtet. Tram Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür , man ist in 25 Minuten am Dom. Erwartungen wurden insgesamt absolut erfüllt.

Окрема простора спальня з достатньою кількістю місць для зберіган - Просторі, комфортні апартаменти за розумну ціну, прекрасне місце розташування. Можливо не трохи не вистачило місця для того, щоб повісити верхній одяг в коридорі і не нести його в спальню, і трохи більше місця для зберігання речей в кухні-вітальні. Але то дрібниці. Raccomandato! - Appartamento ristrutturato in modo perfetto, accogliente, estremamente pulito, dotato di vari servizi per rendere il soggiorno confortevole, compresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Letto comodo, molti asciugamani a disposizione. In cucina si trova acqua, sale, zucchero e prodotti di pulizia. Molto silenzioso. L'host Nicoleta gentilissima, ospitale, disponibilissima. Posto auto gratuito proprio sotto casa. Raccomandato. Lo stabile deve ancora essere ristrutturato da fuori e nell'androne l'edificio non si presenta al meglio. Ma presto si faranno i lavori. Tre piani di scale senza ascensore possono essere uno svantaggio per chi ha problemi di mobilità.

• Luca (9/5): - Pulitissimo e silenziosissimo. Parcheggio gratuito. Caffè e acqua minerale omaggio. C'è perfino la lavastoviglie. Una lampadina sul comodino sarebbe utile, e anche un wifi migliore. Attenzione che non c'è ascensore.

• Daniela Laura Arjones (9/5): Amazing staying in Milan!! - Loved the apartment! The view from the balcony, beds really comfy and bathroom was incredibly nice! The whole flat was very clean!! Host is very warm and kind. 100% recommended!!! Apartment building has no elevator.

Nicoleta ci ha aiutati con nostro figlio che in autonomia ha raggiunto la casa prima di noi perché eravmo su due voli aerei differenti. È stata come una mamma. Grazie Nicoleta! In verità tutto è impeccabile, mancava solo qualche posata in più ma la biancheria era in quantità più che sufficiente

La caldaia in cucina dove è situato il divano letto è molto rumorosa, non permette un sonno tranquillo ed adeguato al terzo ospite. L’immobile non dispone di ascensore e l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano.

• Yaksh (8/5): It was wonderful :) - It was a very nice apartment, super clean and with all facilities for kitchen and WiFi. The host was super nice, and explained everything perfectly. She doesn't know English or any other language, but she made a perfect effort to use voice based google translate which gave perfect explanation of the house rules, facilities etc... Would definitely recommend all my friends travelling or visiting Milan. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator/lift in the building. It could be little difficult if carrying heavy luggage. For us, we travelled light, so it wasn't much of inconvenience for us.

• Roberto_Paradiso (10/5): Appartamento nuovissimo, silenzioso e confortevole. Host da 110 e lode! - Nicoleta è una proprietaria veramente eccezionale. Gentilissima e disponibilissima. La struttura, in una palazzina degli anni 40, è stata ristrutturata da poco. Tutto nuovissimo e molto funzionale. Eccellente pulizia e silenziosità della stanza (considerate che a canto c'è una struttura per studenti fuori sede e sabato sera hanno dato una festa: Se non avessi aperto la finestra del balcone non me ne sarei nemmeno accorto). Posizione buona per stare in zona Politecnico Bovisa, per il centro città ci sono i mezzi (tram a pochi mt). Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada. La consiglio davvero e soprattutto tanti complimenti a Nicoleta! Si vede che ci tiene!!!

• Tanja (9/5): Hat alles gut gepasst! - Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, elektrische Rolläden und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit elektrischen Geräten ausgestattet, es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine mit vorhandenen Kapseln. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, die Räder können im geschützten Innenhof abgestellt werden. Parkplatz für das Auto war schnell in der Nähe zu finden. Man bekommt, wie zu erwarten, etwas vom quirligen italienischen Großstadtleben mit, es war aber wesentlich ruhiger, als ich erwartet hatte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns nach sehr kurzfristiger Buchung schnell vor Ort getroffen, um uns die Schlüssel zu geben und alles zu zeigen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden😀 Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die nicht wirklich gestört haben (viele Raumdufterfrischer, was ich persönlich nicht so mag, andere mögen das), die Treppen ins vierte Stockwerk sind gut machbar, sollte man aber wissen, falls man ein Gehproblem hat oder viel schweres Gepäck.

• Miguel (9/5): excelente alojamiento en las afueras de Milán, pero muy bien comunicado con el centro - cómodo y funcional y la anfitriona muy amable y tuvo detalles muy agradables con nosotros. todo muy nuevo y limpio dentro del apartamento no tiene ascensor y falta ‘algo’ de cubertería y vajilla.
