Ka mel (1/5): Pas agréable - Apart la vue de la chambre et la connexion wifi on a rien aimé dans cette chambre c’était trop petit, pas de place où mettre le bagage, le lit trop petit et pas très confortable. Le service de ménage n’est pas disponible on dois se débrouille tout seul tout les jours pour maintenir la propreté car on nous a demandé de payer 40 RM par jour pour nettoyer la chambre. Le haute n’était jamais présent d’ailleurs on la pas vue pendant tout nôtre séjour de 5 jours il y’a toujours l’encombrement a l’ascenseur. Tout apart la vue et la connexion wifi.

Katrina (2/5): Terrible don’t go - There are only two good points for this property, the location is very good and the room has a good shower other than that there are no other positives. We booked a king suite with balcony for our recent stay in KL, let’s make it clear this was never a suite the room was tiny. The communication between the management company is bad we only received the key instructions after about 5 requests, they were flippant and arrogantly. When we arrived at the room there was no fridge ( we are in KL a really hot city), there was no safe for your valuables and there were no glasses!! Upon entering the balcony we noticed that one of the glass panes was smashed, ok it might be shatterproof glass but still a H&S concern. In the small balcony housing the aircon unit was dirty noodle cartons which had been left and not collected. The building is really, really busy and you have to queue to get in the lifts going up and coming down we had to wait for at least two turns before we could get a lift that was not full to the brim another H&S concern. The security who staff the reception area are ignorant and show no interest in their job. There is constant noise coming from the other apartments with raised voices and door banging and to cap it all on our last night some inconsiderate person came back around 0230 and proceeded to play loud music until 0600. Reading previous reviews I cannot believe that we stayed in the same place. This is the worst accommodation we have been in during our 6 month stay in Asia and do yourselves a favour do not book.

Paula (7/5): Good - Location was great. Walkable to malls, eateries and public transport. Great views of the city from the apartment. Was handy having a washing machine. Pool also had great views of the city. Instructions for key pick up were clear and easy to follow. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and the drains in one of the bathrooms absolutely stunk! The air conditioning unit in the living room kept turning off so struggled to keep the apartment at a nice temperature. The apartment also lacked hand towels and tea towels and although the apartment sleeps at least 5 (and there were 4 of us) there was only 3 bowls and no glasses just mugs. This is a busy building and at times the lift wait times were long.

Chulpan (8/5): Great clean apartment in a great location! - Nice, clean, well-equipped small 2 bedroom apartment. Nice view from the window. Great location - close to Petronas and two huge shopping centres. The pool and walking garden are great and spacious. The apartment is tight for 5 people even though there are enough sleeping units (2 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa and 2 foldable mats). The elevator and pool are crowded.

I like all, except it was just 1 bathroom only. But good for 2 persons. No filter for water to drink. I do not like the lobby smell, hectic and busy lobby. No mirror in second bedroom. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Not enough toilet paper. No hand towel.

Julian (4/5): The broken Balcony door was a really the deal breaker. - The location is perfect for exploring KL and the views are nice. Rooms are fine and clean and bed is comfortable. Process for checking was good. Our contact was responsive and solution oriented and even replied late at night. They really tried to help on the balcony issue and even helped relocate us to a different room when we had a problem with the balcony door. Really helpful. The view from the top is also fantastic and the sunrise was delightful seen from the pool. The balcony door cannot be locked or closed properly in our room. We asked them to fix it so mosquitos would not come in, and so that our insurances would not be voided due to an unlocakble room. The fix that was applied was to Tape a small metal hook to the side of the door. The door handle that was supposed to be there was clearly broken. A taped on "lock" did not work and the balcony door still slid open. We had to use hangers to engineer a method og making sure the door did not slide open. Further, should anything have happened regarding break ins or something was stolen, then the "lock" would not have been acceptable and would result in a voided insurance claim. I find that unacceptable for a place at this price and standard. Also to take the elevator down around 10 am you have to wait up to 20 min. That was a small inconvenience. Again, I am holding Axon to these standards as the place markets itself as a high end prestige place to reside. A high end place must have working locks on doors.

U.e (9/5): Superb - I like the view from the rooms and the facilities provided - kitchen area is great for light cooking, washing machine for clean clothes, tv and wifi for entertainment. Because there were times when we couldnt go out due to bad weather, we could stay in n the accomodation is very cozy for me and my baby. The pool with the view is great too. For shopping, Berjaya is nearby so u can just walk. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

The place had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment was also located nearby to Pavilion Bukit Bintang which was handy and a few steps to dozens of malls, restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too with the host. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
