• Citlalli (6/5): Agradecemos las atenciones de los hosts, sin embargo buscando habitaciones al querer movernos encontré hoteles al mismo - Queda accesible caminando (30min en adelante) a los principales monumentos y cerca de un metro, lo único que si se va a viajar en tren a otros lugares, si queda como a 1hr (en metro y caminando) de Termini. También está en una zona muy accesible a lugares de comida icónicos y locales. La habitación está espaciosa para llegar a dormir y si necesitas toallas extra puedes tomarlas directamente, ya que no es hotel, si no un departamento con habitaciones cada una con su propia privacidad, si solicitas limpieza de la habitación es sin costo extra La limpieza de la habitación se realiza cada 3er día y aunque en general la atención de los host fue muy amable, inicialmente solo se tenía jabón corporal como amenities, ya posteriormente a solicitarlos nos agregaron shampoo. Cuando llegamos no hubo nadie que hiciera check in, tuvimos que estarnos poniendo de acuerdo para el dia del pago, entendemos fue por causas extraordinarias, pero afectó la percepción ya que no se nos dijo nada. Si bien siempre hubo en el desayuno galletas, pan, queso y jugo, no pudimos hacer te ya que el 1er dia que abrimos la tetera para colocar agua, la tetera tenía una nata de suciedad en el agua, asi mismo la cafetera estaba llena de agua pero desconocemos desde cuando estaba así, y posterior a ver la tetera ya no nos dió confianza comer ahí aunque la lavaran. Otro punto es que tienes que lavar los trastes que utilices. Finalmente lo que menos nos gustó es que nos dimos cuenta que alguien entró a la habitación a colgar ropa para secar en el balcón del baño un día en el que no tocaba que hicieran limpieza, únicamente fueron a dejar la ropa que no estaba en la mañana cuando salimos, aunque era ropa como de cama, nos pareció falta de privacidad ya que nunca se nos informó que alguien entraría a la habitación que cerramos con llave, más porque repito, no hicieron la limpieza ese día, ni siquiera la basura se llevaron para justificar el haber ingresado

Pe masa si scaunele din balcon a curs vopsea macinata de igrasie de la balconul de deasupra. In bucatarie era foarte frig si nu erau solutii de incalzire. Plita din bucatarie nu functiona.
• Krzysztof (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. - śniadanie raczej monotonne, ale większych zastrzeżeń nie mam. Położenie obiektu - idealne. Niestety ogrzewanie w części wspólnej obiektu było słabe. Po prostu było zimno. O ile pokój można było ogrzać klimą, to łazienki już nie. To jedyne uwagi.

In een straal van 4á5 km. kan je alle bezienswaardigheden te voet bereiken, tenminste als je graag wandelt. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame gastrvrouw. Iets verouderde maar zeer goed onderhouden kamer met balkon. Toffe badkamer 👍👌 Slechts enkele kleine bemerkingen. Ontbijt zeer sober. Beperkte keuze aan brood en beleg. Als je wat anders wil, moet je het zelf gaan kopen. Geen service bij het ontbijt, zelf alles afruimen (afwassen). Geen contact met de host en handdoekenservice/kamerreiniging enkel op aanvraag.

Grei kommunikasjon med vertene etter hvert Verten bør opplyse om at bruk av "WhatsApp er ei forutsetning for å bestille. Frokosten kunne ha vært bedre og slett ikke hva som er vanlig i Italienske B & B. Med minimal innsats kunne den ha vært mye bedre. Badet/ dusj trenger vedlikehold selv om det ikke var dårlig.

Davide et sa sœur Jada nous ont contacté avant notre arrivée pour le check-in et ont résolu un petit problème de suite. Le B&B est très agréable. La chambre spacieuse avec une bonne climatisation. Une salle de bain où il fait très chaud, mais la température extérieure en est la raison. Juste un bémol sur les rideaux qui ne sont pas occultants. La cuisine étant ouverte et disponible à toute heure certains résidents ne respectent pas forcément les autres qui peuvent dormir. Nous avons été réveillés à 6h du matin par des personnes qui prenaient leur petit déjeuner et pensaient être certainement xhez eux... Je recommande vivement ce B&B Chaleur dans la salle de bain Rideaux non occultants.

• Dan (10/5): Perfect!!! - Our host were outstanding and very helpful, the room was located in the center of everything we wanted to visit, and right around the corner from all the food. It was a fantasic visit and the room could not have been better. Cant say a bad thing.
• Dianne (7/5): Great stay in Trastevere, very central location to local restaurants. - Fantastic location and quiet even though it’s in the heart of Trastevere. Loved the little balcony. Comfy bed. Shared kitchen had no cooking utensils and ‘Italian’ breakfast was all long life prepackaged food. Deluxe was really just a double room with ensuite and balcony.

• Vanessa (6/5): Ok for adults - Great Location, we could walk to all touristic places. The bedroom was comfortable too. The kitchen is not available, we were not able to cook. We were traveling with a toddler and we need to cook sometimes for the kid, but it was not possible here. The breakfast is very poor, no fruits at all, no eggs, no possibility to cook. Not recommended for families with small kids here.

In front of the apartment you have Cafeteria and everything you need. The hosts are more than helpful and communicative, I can't wait to visit Rome and Trastevere again. • Sandrine (9/5): Perfect location, comfortable and very nice staff, but prepackaged breakfast a real disappointment - the location was very convenient, giving easy access to many of the main historical points in Rome. The immediate area (Trastevere) is super nice to hang out and walk cobblestone streets; The main avenue the appartement is located on is modern and has no character. A disappointing constrast to the small streets just around the corner. The apartment was spacious and comfortable though. Breakfast was mainly manufactured, plastic wrapped food. Very disappointing on that stand point and aside from a cup of coffee, I never had breakfast there.

• Margrethe (3/5): Not worth the price, not recommended - Location Given the price I had to pay for this room for 5 nights that’s is the biggest disappointment I ever have experienced when traveling, I would even call it a scam. I payed €250 /night, and it was at least five times too much. I have traveled a lot and also been several times in Rome, and this is not the normal price range. The owner also tried the old trick of saying “my credit card machine doesn’t work, can you pay cash?”. Probably to avoid tax or fees, which confirm their honesty (no need to mention; the machine magically worked when I refused to pay cash). It was a simple standard B&B. There was no service what so ever, not even was my litter emptied these 5 days. No cleaning, no changing of towels. The walls were thin and you could hear other guests easily. One morning I was woken by someone coming or leaving at 5 am. The next morning I was woken by people talking loudly in the kitchen, so not possible to sleep in (I suspect this was people working there, which even makes it worse) I had the “Deluxe” room. The add says «garden view» but it was more a view of the neighbors roof, the “Bathroomproduct” was a bottle of cheap shampoo, probably forgotten by a former guest… There was no “sitting corner” as the add said. And the “Italian breakfast” was nothing my Italian friends would even give to their worst enemy! No fresh fruits, vegetables or bread/ pastries, only the cheapest and processed products wrapped in plastic that can stay on your counter for weeks. The “juice” was basically water and sugar (“30% juice from consentrate) and no Italian would eat that “cheese” that was presented. This could be ok as a low budget place if you are 20 years old and the price was around 50 euros a night, but not a place worth 250.

Nothing fancy but it good We would have loved some more comfortable seats on the balcony. The breakfast is not great, we knew this in forehand, so not a disappointment but it could be easily improved. The mattress felt a little bit used, but we slept fine.

The property is actually a flat with 3 ensuite bedrooms with a shared kitchen and does not really offer breakfast apart from coffee and a few shortbreads. We actually had to buy our own breakfast and we had to clean the kitchen after use. The toilet flush stopped working and it was fixes the next day so for a whole day we had to use a bucket to flush the toilet!
