• Julia (5/5): Great location shame about the apartment. It could be great. - Quiet. Very close to High Street Kensington. Location gorgeous. Shabby. Curtain in living room won’t open or close. Sofabed filthy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Needs an upgrade. Wifi plug broken, told that someone would come and fix it but after 6 days no one came.
• Jackie (7/5): the place was very clean, beds comfortable, baths and showers in good working order needs some TLC - I did appreciate the video sent prior for me to download so that i was familiar with building and how to proceed to the location and entry. upon arrival a window was on the floor, startling at first but as the are older, and thankfully no one was in our closets, yup we checked. it was visible to see that if left up it was not secure in the track and fell out. I notified the owner and he indicated he would have maintenance come and fix. in the meantime I was the one who put it place and secured the locking of the window for the night. We noted the night only one side table lamp in one of the rooms & it did not work, notified owner of that as well. We note some TLC in kitchen with cupboards drawers needing a good glue to hold the corners up.

• Eleni - Effrosyni (9/5): A perfect stay — clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, in an excellent location. - We had an excellent stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. Great location, close to transport and shops. It comfortably accommodated our family of five, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine with dryer, and ironing board. WiFi and Netflix worked perfectly. Highly recommended. Not applicable. It was perfect.

• Chye Hong Sophia (5/5): A stay for its good location - Location of the apartment was great, there is a provision shop near by that opens early and opened till late. There're nearby pubs and eateries and if you're a fan of Dishoom, it's practically round the corner. It is also near to High Street Kensington and 8-10mins walk to the train station. Like it that the station is on the Circle Line, where most of the attractions are, so it's really convenient. Host was also friendly and gave clear directions along with photos on how to get to the apartment. The apartment could do with additional amenities, a shower head that is descaled, tap that works.

• Michelle (10/5): - Loved this place so much! The location is great , super quiet and convenient to everything , shopping , grocery, a coffee shop , pub and mini mart literally within crawling distance (I did not crawl but if you had to you could !) There wasn’t anything I did not like
• Keith (8/5): Secure apartment in a great building in Kensington - A great location in Kensington. A great apartment. Not exactly home. Could use of few extra touches.
• Pike (8/5): Walking distance to Hyde Park, cafes, restaurants, shopping, High Street Kensington Underground - Location! Safe, gated, community within walking distance to multiple cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the High Street Kensington underground station. Highly recommend Dishoom & High Street Market Kensington for amazing eats! Arriving with kids after a red eye flight from Atlanta to locate the key at a different location. The mattress in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable with nightly metal springs in our backs. The shower is the master bedroom was very finicky- either freezing or piping hot. The washer/dryer combo heated up the entire place and ruined my daughter’s brand new clothes. For what I paid in USD- it was $500 nightly and for the lack of comfort was not worth the price tag. Even in pounds, the place was still $400 nightly. London gets HOT in June! 86 degrees on our last day and we were sweating even with windows/doors open and fans on.

• Daniel (10/5): Fantastic stay - Great location to stay with family, it is just off the High Street Kensington do all shopping and lots of restaurants close to Hyde park and science museums
• Silvia (8/5): Very good - The appartment was clean and perfect for the 4 of us (family). A bit more equipment would have been helpful ( e.g. kitchen towel...).

• Rajat (9/5): Excellent location, look, comfort and value - Spacious sitting-dining area with nice window views. All kitchen equipment in place. Plenty of storage space. Short 6-8 min walk from the tube in a good central location. Very accommodating host. Please keep some extra toilet and kitchen rolls, and some salt-pepper. We had our own tea bags and coffee sachets so that was ok.
• Vanessa (10/5): We‘ll definitely come back - Everything was perfect, the apartment was clean and tidy, very spacious and calm. Just a short walk to High Street Kensington, lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Some more lamps in the living room would make it even cosier.
