• Vivian (7/5): Spacious, clean and renovated - Clean and spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Walking distance to most of the attractions. It is on the third floor without an elevator. It was tough for us seniors to haul all the luggage up the stairs. There was a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom drains. We had to open all the windows to get rid of it. Never met the host.
• Diana (9/5): - We really liked the apartment. It felt very new, almost as if we were the first guests. The location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. The only slight downside was the lack of direct contact with the owner. Communication was handled through WhatsApp by an AI assistant from Magno Apartments. On the positive side, it was available 24/7 and provided great recommendations for lunch and brunch. However, when we asked for a one-hour late check-out, we kept receiving the same automated response, which felt a bit impersonal.

• Αντωνια Τάνιου (1/5): Πώς ένα απρόσωπο κατάλυμα μπορεί να χαλάσει το ταξίδι σας! - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο και ήταν άνετο για 4 άτομα και καθαρό. Το κυριότερο για εμάς ήταν η επικοινωνία και η εξυπηρέτηση. Φτάσαμε το βράδυ κουρασμένοι και δεν μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε κωδικούς για να εισέλθουμε στο κτίριο. Πήραμε αμέτρητα τηλέφωνα, δώσαμε δεκάδες φορές τα στοιχεία μας και τα στοιχεία της κράτησης σε διαφορετικά άτομα που απαντούσαν, μας έδωσαν κωδικό που δεν άνοιγε τη πόρτα και τελικά μας είπαν ότι είμαστε έξω από λάθος κατάλυμα. Είμασταν έξω ως τη μια το βράδυ (τρεις ώρες) και τέλος έστειλαν άτομο από εκεί να μας ανοίξει. Φυσικά ήμασταν έξω από το σωστό κατάλυμα. Αυτό χάλασε κατά πολύ το πρόγραμμα μας αλλά και την ψυχολογία μας. Κοντεψαμε να κοιμηθούμε στον δρόμο. Απαράδεκτοι!!

• LucreziaD (9/5): Ampio e moderno appartamento in pieno centro storico - Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo ampio appartamento in pieno centro a Siviglia (a 5 minuti dalla Cattedrale) composto da tre camere da letto e 3 bagni. L'edificio si trova in un tranquillo e ben curato vicolo, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città e circondato da locali e negozi. Il check-in si svolge in autonomia e tutte le informazioni ci sono state mandate prima del nostro arrivo (è però importante avere internet per poter accedere). L'appartamento rispetta perfettamente la descrizione, con due belle camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno in camera e una camera con due letti singoli con bagno esterno. Spaziose, ben arredate e comode. L'ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura è ugualmente ben arredato e la cucina è provvista di stoviglie, lavastoviglie e macchinetta del caffè Nespresso. A completare l'appartamento un piccolo balconcino che si affaccia sulle graziose vie del quartiere. L'assistenza è molto efficiente: abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema con alcune luci e prese, tempestivamente risolto dai proprietari che hanno immediatamente mandato dei tecnici senza bisogno che noi fossimo presenti. Inoltre i moderni infissi insonorizzano molto bene l'appartamento dalla vivace (ma mai eccessiva) vita notturna del quartiere, che rimane una zona comunque molto tranquilla nonostante si trovi in pieno centro. Per noi è stato un ottimo soggiorno e se dovessimo tornare nella bellissima Siviglia prenderemmo sicuramente in considerazione un nuovo soggiorno in questa struttura. L'appartamento è in generale ben fornito, ma trattandosi del classico immobile per turisti, ha qualche piccola mancanza: avremmo apprezzato se al nostro arrivo ci fosse stata almeno una bottiglia d'acqua, giusto per avere il tempo tecnico di andare al market. Trattandosi di un appartamento e non essendo (giustamente) previste le pulizie giornaliere, sarebbe opportuno avere a disposizione almeno una scopa e degli stracci per delle piccole pulizie: ad esempio, dopo l'intervento dei tecnici abbiamo trovato un po' di normale sporcizia nei bagni, ma non abbiamo potuto provvedere alla sua rimozione.

• Liza (10/5): - We stayed end of Dec. It’s a perfect package for our short stay. Location: excellent, in a quiet lane but just few metres away from busy areas & main attractions. Host: Magno team been great - informative, facilitative & always in touch from days before we came until the day we left, not only on house related but other important information too eg parking, city attractions. Apartment: clean & nice set up, cozy, convenient for our family of 5. Thumbs up for the XL fluffy white towels; 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; 4 large TVs (1 in living room & in each room) - among features we consider luxurious for this stay. We like the modern approach to access building & apartment, convenient to us without hassle of physical key (provided internet available). It’s on 3rd floor without elevator but we knew this before we booked, not too bad relative to other upper units without lifts. Highly recommended.

• Inge (7/5): Geweldige dagen gehad! - Ruim en modern appartement midden in het centrum. Snel contact met de verhuurder via WhatsApp. Door de regen rioollucht bij de toiletten. Gemeld maar hier was niets aan te doen. Even een luchtverfrisser plaatsen om de ergste geur te verdrijven zouden we zeer gewaardeerd hebben…

• William (10/5): Just perfect in every way. - Location was perfect - 5 mins walk to the centre of town, immediate area awash with high quality bars, tapas bars and restaurants. 2 mins walk to the river. Apartment was spotless with numerous fluffy towels, shower gel, shampoo. Each of the three bedrooms is en-suite, with excellent showers, so no queueing for bathrooms! Televisions in every room - so no fights over channel selection. Comfortable beds and, in November, when we stayed, when it can get quite chilly, a great heating system in each room. Just a perfect place to stay. Local supermarket to stock up on provisions and a gigantic fridge/freezer to store them. But why bother when breakfast, just round the corner, is a cornucopia of pastries, sandwiches, etc? And great coffee!! I should add that, despite being a busy area, the double glazing provides an oasis of peace and quiet. I usually stay in hotels. But now I’m sold on apartments. Well……this one, at least. Not a problem for us, but the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no lift, so quite a hike up the stairs. Maybe unsuitable for elderly or disabled visitors. Though once inside, and the discovery of a roof terrace further up, makes the effort worthwhile.

• Tobias (10/5): Toplage – mitten im lebhaften Viertel und dennoch angenehm ruhig. - Sehr gute Lage, viele Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem war es ruhig. Jedes Zimmer mit TV, drei Badezimmer, genügend Kissen und Decken, AC auch vorhanden. Alles bestens. Man muss alle Gäste registrieren, samt Adresse und Nummer des Passes. Sehr mühsame Übung, ist aber nicht die Schuld der Unterkunft. Trotzdem: keine Registrierung, kein Zutritt zur Wohnung.
• ANDREA (10/5): Vivamente consigliato. - Appartamento nuovo e molto grande, tre camere e tre bagni. La struttura è moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione centralissima che permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni comodamente a piedi. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha offerto consigli utili per tour, attrazioni e ristoranti. Dovessi tornare a Siviglia non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questa struttura!
• Ka Yeung (10/5): Top! - De locatie! Alles was op loopafstand. Veel restaurants, bars en winkels in de buurt. Het dekbed was erg warm! Gelukkig was er airco. Door de levendige locatie was het soms wat rumoerig.

• Ludivine01170 (10/5): Incroyable! - L'emplacement est juste parfait, central, près de tout. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L'appartement est vraiment idéal et ultra calme. Nous avons apprécié que les 3 chambres disposent d'une salle de bain avec WC. Nous étions 3 amies et chacune a pu avoir son espace avec sa salle de bain. La literie est vraiment top. Des volets roulants à toutes les fenêtres, un vrai plus! Clim dans toutes les pièces, vraiment très appréciable. Nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement de manière autonome, c'est très pratique. Vraiment très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Rien!

• Marta (9/5): - Al apartamento es bastante amplio, tiene tres habitaciones con tres baños, que no suele ser lo habitual, además en todas las habitaciones hay aire acondicionado. Está perfectamente equipado y tiene tv grande en cada habitación. Lo único que cambiaría es la almohada, las que tienen son demasiado altas para mi gusto. Dejaría una extra un poco más baja. El edificio no tiene ascensor pero son 3 platas por lo que tampoco se hace muy pesado.

Little welcome Cava and a bottle of water would not be a bad idea ;). This is a Joke. Everything was good and way above Spanish standards!

• Zachary (10/5): Spacious, Central, and Exceptionally Hosted – The Perfect Stay in Sevilla! - The hosts were very friendly! I booked this property for one whole month. I participated in a study abroad program with my school and this apartment was perfect. Three bathrooms, three beds, and a pull out couch made the apartment spacious. I loved how close the apartment was with everything in the city. The hosts were communicative whenever we needed anything. The host checked in with us and asked what we needed. I would reccommend this place to anyone coming to Sevilla! I only have TWO things that would make staying here even more amazing than it already was. #1, the property is on the third floor of the building, so there is three flights of stairs. #2, the kitchen is not the BIGGEST, so cooking meals for large groups can be a bit difficult. I stayed for a whole month so having a larger kitchen would be better. The kitchen is still very functional and gets the job done no problem!
• Cliff (9/5): Spacious 3 BR with great location for Cathedral, Alcazar and Bullring - This spacious 3 BR apartment had a recent IKEA-based remodel. Most all is shiny and new. Dishwasher and washing machine were great! Beds were comfortable and it was wonderful to have showers with full doors so everything doesn't get we. WiFi had good speed too! Floor could have been mopped better. No elevator but we knew this prior.

• Ellis (10/5): Perfect stay - quiet but central - Spacious, sunny/ a lot of daylight, central location, clean - we had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms was a big plus. easy check-in and access without keys so everyone of us can enter and leave at any time. Within walking distance to most of the sights, quiet at night. Many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as supermarket/ Mini Market and other shops. No elevator (apartment is at 3rd floor). The bathroom sometimes smelled bad (drain).
