Ótima localização, fizemos tudo a pé. Sem nenhum ponto a reclamar, apenas ressaltar que a vaga do estacionamento como descrito, é realmente bem apertada.

Ottima posizione, vicina alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche. Istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento precise e puntuali. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, comodissimo ma stretto e di non facili manovre se non ha un'auto di piccole dimensioni.

• José Luis (10/5): Excelente atención - Muy cómodo, y confortable, cerca del centro y del casco antiguo,tiene todo lo necesario de una casa, además destacó la atención recibida en todo momento y el echo de poder entrar antes de la hora del checkin que es de agradecer. Hay un Mercadona muy cerca, y un parking público si se necesita dejar el coche. El apartamento dispone de plaza de garaje, apto para coche pequeño o mediano, en mi caso un Peugeot 5005, que es bastante largo, valoré no meterlo, aunque habrá modelos que si entren.

• Estibaliz (8/5): Muy buen piso y ubicación! - La casa es bonita y tiene todo lo necesario. La terraza es un plus! Ya informa que el parking que tiene es complicado...pero es demasiado complicado, muchas columnas, poco espacio. Y no solo al aparcar, incluso para bajar y subir es super justo. Si no tienes soltura conduciendo mejor busca otra
• Till aus D (9/5): Perfekte FeWo für einen Saragossa-Stadtaufenthalt - Wohnung ist groß und hell. Nach hinten hat sie eine kleine Terasse mit Schattendach. Die Lage zur Stadt ist nah und perfekt. Die Aussstattung war sehr gut. Schlafzimmer war groß und sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein Zentralheizung, mit der man die Wohnung bei Bedarf schnell warm bekommt. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist definitiv nur für einen Kleinwagen zu empfehlen!! Man muss 2 Stockwerke enge Kurven hinunterfahren und der Parkplatz ist dann der letzte Platz hinter einer sehr unpraktisch gelegenen Betonsäule. Besser den Wagen vor der Wohnung entladen (dort ist kurzes Halten möglich), dann den Wagen kostenlos parken auf der anderen Seite des Ebro entlang der Av. Jose Atares (ca. 10 min Fußweg).

• Josest03 (10/5): Todo genial muchas gracias - La ubicación esta a 8 min andando del pilar que tenga el garaje conectado al apartamento,,la calefacción, y todo los accesorios que tiene, el piso es cómodo tiene 2 sofás y 2 sofás que se pieglan una terraza enorme..la verdad que vuelvo en Marzo y lo volveré a coger Cambiaría las almohadas.

Bon emplacement à proximité du centre historique. Et supermarché proche. Seul petit bémol en famille : il faut passer par la.chambte pour accéder aux toilettes qui sont dans la salle de bain.

• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Clean and well-furnished apartment around 10 minutes' walk from the main sights in Zaragoza and there is a supermarket nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was good and he provided information on what to see in the city and suggestions for places to eat. Check in was easy, a lady was waiting for us with the key outside the apartment.
• Maria (10/5): A beautiful quiet & clean apartment, just a short walk to the old town of Zaragoza. A real hidden gem. - The apartment was in a very nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. It had everything we needed and was so close to the old town of Zaragoza. The host was extremely helpful and prompt with all replies. We loved our morning coffees at Horno Pasquier which was just down the road. Also a great supermarket nearby, Mercadona. I thoroughly recommend this place to fellow travellers
