• Nicola (10/5): - Clean spacious apartment. Excellent location. Fab communication with host for ease of access. There were a lot of mosquitos inside the apartment. Appreciate these get everywhere but we spent 2 hours killing 14 of them after a restless first night. Sprays were available but this could have been done prior to arrival. Only then were we able to enjoy the property.

• Igli (3/5): - The apartment was very clean. The problem was that there was a smell of mold in the air, probably from the presence of mold in the toilet. The toilet didnt have a key from the inside. The owner made a mistake and gave us the login info for another apartment, then took a long time to answer the phone until we could find a solution to enter into our apartment. The bed in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable.

• rosalia (6/5): Buena ubicación si antepones los 25 min. andando al centro a zona tranquila fuera de aglomeraciones - La comodidad de estar en un apartamento en una ciudad Falta actualizar detalles ( parking 25 e. dia,). Conservación de la instalación: parquet astillado, falta de cubiertos como cucharas postre café, copas de vino, sillas casi rotas, sofá incómodo y con manchas, cada noche teníamos que subir a un 3o sin ascensor con la linterna del móvil porque no había luz en la escalera, paredes con restregones de roce o de mosquitos que, por cierto, hay una barbaridad, no sé si es un problema del apartamento o de toda la ciudad, que el anfitrión podría mitigar. Y a mi parecer "contacto 0", me parece algo frío cuando te alojas en una casa extraña, eso sí, mucho antes de llegar la hora de salida ya estaba el saco con el cambio de ropa en la puerta de entrada sin una simple atención de cortesía

• Nina (9/5): - Good location, clean apartment and had everything we needed. Parking was free on the street as we were there on the weekend. We had to pay for Monday. The host was upfront and clear about that. Would be nice to have some cleaning products, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent, especially as it's mentioned in the description as being provided. Host was abrupt when we asked about this and told us to go to the supermarket and buy our own.
• Mjm (9/5): Apartamento luminoso y agradable para visitar Florencia. - Apartamento muy amplio (salvo el baño que es muy pequeño) con mucha luz y con muchos detalles decorativos.Tiene bastante menaje. Las camas son bastante cómodas así como las almohadas. La facilidad para el check in sin tener que depender de horarios. En la zona hay bares y restaurantes para comer y cenar bien. No tiene ascensor y en los alrededores solo se puede aparcar en zona azul (bastante cara, por cierto). Se tardan unos 20 m andando hasta la Plaza del Duomo. La tasa turística (6€ persona/día no incluida en el precio) nos pareció muy elevada.

The pillow sheets were dirty on Both bedrooms. I gave only 7 stars because of this. It is very important to have clean sheets and the dirt was very obvious so who left it Like this didnt cared.
• Andrew (10/5): Good choice - It's warm. We were in December, the heating was working fine. The water pressure is good, the water is hot. The mattresses are firm, sleeps great! Inside there is everything for cooking. Washing machine, dishwasher. To the city center 12-15 euros by cab. There's a big supermarket nearby. Quiet at night. There were no problems with parking. The lack of an elevator may be an inconvenience to some.

Apartment was modern very clean excellent facilities.host was extremely helpful. Nice bars and restaurants in the area Nothing except being on 3rd floor and no lift but this was explained in the confirmation

• Alejandra (10/5): Absolutely perfect apartment in Florence! - Amazing apartment! beautifully decorated, roomy, comfortable, full of natural light, and very well equipped; AC, washer, dishwasher, nespresso and complementary coffee pods :) Located in a very safe area, about 20/25 min walk to the main attractions. We walked every day and loved it. We parked our car on the street and paid street parking (make sure to read all signs before parking!) We communicated with the property manager via WhattsApp and was really smooth. She was super helpful and attentive. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommend this apartment :) Nothing to complain since we brought small carry on luggage, however keep in mind the apartment is located on a 4th floor with no elevator.

• Rashad (8/5): Very good! - Located about 1,3 km from the city centre, with free street parking, but I used paid parking at night (it was my choice). Duccio met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. There were 1,5 rolls of toilet paper for our family of 4. The shower is very small. The apartment needs some paint.

• Ann (8/5): A great place to stay - Very clean. A lovely apartment. It’s a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of the city. Just a few little things - none of which spoiled our trip. The safe didn’t work and there was a dishwasher but no tablet and no cloths/brushes to wipe or wash dishes by hand.
• Reshinaa (10/5): Comfortable homely apartment - Lovely home with lovely and comfortable beds. And the really modern and nice shower. We enjoy our very short stay at the apartment. We unfortunately had delays with our flight and we arrived just after 9pm which meant we had to pay late arrival charges. Which we completely understand however because we only had the property for less than 12 hours, it did add to our overall cost and didn’t work out to be the best value for money compared to getting a hotel next to the airport. However the apartment itself is very lovely and comfortable and we did enjoy our stay thoroughly.

• Darcey (6/5): Pleasant room but misleading information on booking and unhelpful host. - Spacious apartment and good location for walking into main centre of Florence Parking advertised as free - ONLY free if you want to risk a parking ticket from the police as we were told by the host. Host not very helpful when we asked and pointed out that it says free on the booking - we were told we either have to pay at the meter, find a parking garage or try our luck and get a ticket. Tainted our checking in process and our first day in Florence.

• Edward (8/5): Gallery Art Apartment provides a convenient location for visiting Florence - The condo was well located about 1.3 miles from the city center, with free street parking. It was easy to drive too without having to deal with pedestrian zones, etc. We were able to find free parking on the street in front of the condo. The host met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the condo. The condo is on the 4th floor. The beds were American full-sized. The kitchen and bathroom had nice finishes. This condo missed the mark on "attention to detail". There weren't any bed linens for the sofabed, no clothes pins to hang wet laundry, there was 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for our family of 4, no coffee pods for the machine, no sugar, etc. Luckily there are grocery stores closeby to buy these items. Also, the shower stall is really tight.

Shower was small. The apartment was on the third floor. The hosts were really good at communicating. We are young and mobile.😀the kitchen, bedrooms and longe room/ dining was a good size.
• Sandra (9/5): Would recommend! - The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The host was prompt upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated as we were very tired from travelling. It's located in a residential area and so it was nice to be part of the neighbourhood (i.e. daycare next door). We found the location to be quite far from most of the sights but still we walked everywhere, so nothing that serious. It is located up 4 flights of stairs so this could be a concern for some people. A few refreshments and snacks available to guests upon arrival would be a nice touch as the market in the area wasn't open when we were finally able to go find food. There aren't a lot of markets/stores/restaurants in the near vicinity so be prepared before heading back to the apartment later in the day! Having said all this, it should not be enough to deter anyone from staying here - it's just meant as a "head's up".

The place was very clean and walking distance from the city center. There's also lots of food places and grocery stores less than 10 minutes away from the apartment! If you're looking for a place to stay in Florence, look no further!! Had a great time here Nothing, the place was great :)
