• Martin (9/5): - La ubicación muy linda La habitacion con la cama matrimonial es muy baja, no entra una persona parada. No me gusto que me cobraran aparte del alojamiento la limpieza y tampoco un monto por si se rompe algo OBLIGATORIO.
• BARBARA (7/5): - Több metróállomás is közel van - 10 perc séta -, a környéken van sok élelmiszerbolt és kocsma, a környék biztonságos, nyüzsgő, de egyben nyugodt is, a ház csendes. Tetszett, hogy a konyhában volt papírtörlő, mosogatószer, még kávé, cukor, só és bors is, ezeket nem kellett venni. Nem tudtuk, hogy még mosogatógép is van, és mosógép a fürdőszobában. Ezenkívül volt a fürdőszobában kis tusfürdő és sampon, ezeknek is örültünk. Nem tudtuk, hogy szuterén, vagyis alagsori/pinceszinti a lakás, kicsit sötét volt emiatt és hűvös, a kiülős rész pedig emiatt nem túl hangulatos, de nem volt vele gond. TV-ben lehetne több csatorna (külföldi).
• Larisa (6/5): - On the positive side, I appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped, which was very convenient during my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation was far below expectations. There was a lot of dust and lint on the floor, as well as hair, and the walls were very dirty. The overall condition of the room did not meet acceptable hygiene standards. In addition, I specifically requested an invoice because this stay was for business purposes, but I have still not received it. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate your prompt response regarding the missing invoice. Best regards
• Rallo (9/5): - Ho alloggiato 4 notti in questo appartamento con la famiglia (figli adolescenti) a inizio Aprile. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la zona molto carina e servitissima (edicola, minimarket, pasticceria, alimentari gluten free, negozi di vario genere, diversi locali per fare aperitivo subito nelle vicinanze). Ottima anche la possibilità di muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi. L'appartamento è confortevole, dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e macchinetta per il caffè tutto in perfetto stato. Troverete all'arrivo anche qualche pastiglia per la lavastoviglie, qualche capsula di caffè e il detersivo per un paio di bucati. Ignacio (che ci ha fornito le chiavi all'arrivo) è una persona molto gentile e alla mano. Per completezza di informazioni non posso non segnalare anche il disguido che abbiamo avuto all'arrivo ma devo dire che l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento ci ha fornito assistenza fino a notte tarda rispondendo rapidamente. Se mi capitasse di tornare a Barcellona risceglierei volentieri questo appartamento. All'arrivo in appartamento (quasi le nove di sera) siamo stati avvisati che lo stesso presentava qualche problema: le luci del bagno e della sala non erano funzionanti e l'acqua calda assente. Questo purtroppo ci ha causato subito molto traffico e impedito di rilassarci, fare una doccia e un giretto in zona all'arrivo. Siamo stati impegnati con interventi tecnici per tentare di ripristinare l'acqua calda e messaggi all'agenzia e alla persona che ci ha dato le chiavi fino alla sera molto tardi e la mattina successiva. Fortunatamente le luci hanno ripreso a funzionare dopo poco e l'agenzia si è attivata subito dopo la segnalazione scrivendoci fino all'una di notte per capire come meglio intervenire per l'acqua calda. Il tutto si è poi fortunatamente risolto il giorno successivo con la sostituzione del boiler. Altro piccolo disagio: il divano letto dove hanno dormito i ragazzi non consentiva di fermare le lenzuola quindi si sono trovati spesso scoperti (con temperatura al piano basso decisamente più fresca che non al piano superiore).

• Pieter (7/5): In orde, maar ik zou het niet aanraden - De locatie is uitstekend. Dichtbij winkels en bezienswaardigheden Schimmel in de douche, kapotte koffiemachine, afwasbak kan je niet afsluiten, geen warm deken voor de slaapbank.
• Bertrand (7/5): Séjour agréable dans un quartier sympathique. - Emplacement, proximité des commerces et transports en commun. Logement récemment rénové mais avec certains matériaux un peu « cheap ». Accueil en personne avec une personne sympathique et claire dans ses explications. Entresol entre rez-de-chaussée et niveau moins 1, donc une légère odeur liée à un peu d’humidité. Pas d’aération vers l’extérieur pour la partie salle de bain et WC. Couchage de la partie haute avec plafond un peu bas, donc attention à la tête. Faire attention, surtout la nuit, car plusieurs marches.
• Kiril (5/5): Didn’t like it, wasn’t comfortable. - 1. strong smell of mold and dampness, It is extremely stressful to have to say the exact time of arrival at the property otherwise there will be an additional charge. However, we stood in front for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and open. Good location, very Nice neighbours..
• Edyta (7/5): Flat in a cellar. High additional fees. - Location was fairly good. The person who welcomed us very friendly and helpful. The apartment needs redecorating - dirty walls and mold stains on the shower are a no go. Apart from that the apparents only window gives to a tiny patio which is closed of by high walls from all of the sides. We realised the apparent was in a cellar only after arrival. Check in after midnight cost us +50 euro which I find excessive. Additionally a 25euro was taken as a deposit for possible damage. As no damage was made I expect it to be returned.

• Emma (9/5): Das Viertel war sehr schön es hat alles gepasst - Lage und Ausstattung waren gut Wasserleitungen etwas laut und die Decke im schlafbereich sehr niedrig.
• Luigi (8/5): Bella la posizione e funzionali le dotazioni interne - La posizione, le dotazioni Io spazio esterno, in camera da in piedi si batte la testa, se si è in 4 l’aria condizionata infastidisce chi dorme in salotto ma senza fa troppo caldo in camera.

• Milos (10/5): The piece of paradise in middle of Barcelona - We like everything. Good location. Very good apartment, especially for couples. Terrace is between the buildings but gives you feeling that is only your partner and stars there... 😉 Around us were many "Plaça" where are you could buy breakfast and enjoy in morning sun or drink Sangria and enjoy in the evening time. Perfect equipped kitchen who wants to cook. Nearby are several shops, recommendation going to Supercor. Also Sofia as our host provide us all needed information including Google map with local verified restaurants.
• Antonio (10/5): Very pleasant and convenient - Host meet us and hand deliver the keys. Very Renzo was very friendly. Need more hooks to hang cloths, in bathroom and outside.

• Konstantina (9/5): Everything was great! - The apartment was very cozy and big for all 4 of us. It was near (8 minutes walking) the metro station and several bus stops. The neighbourhood was quite and beautiful.

• Daniele (2/5): Very poor - The location Hearing people from the floor above going to the toilette every time, no roof space in the bedroom, had to bent down as the height was only 1.7m, ask a question about the TV as the kids wanted to relax after the trip but never got an answer
• Henrik (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Barcelona - The apartment is clean and very well equipped, it has everything you need. The accommodation is in a great location, a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The Sagrada Familia can be reached in 25 minutes on foot. The place was quiet, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We had a lovely host, Agustina, she was always available on phone and she gave us tips on where to go eat, to drink.

• Emily (7/5): Good - Good location in Gràcia. Well furnished. Nice patio. Easy checkin. Bed was uncomfortable. The loft is warm and would benefit from a fan. The knives in the kitchen were dull.
