• Evitusiks (7/5): Labi - Diezgan plašs 1 istabas dzīvoklis, tuvu centram. Viss nepieciešamais atrodams dzīvoklī. Bezmaksas parkings. Bezmaksas parkings gan atrodas citu māju pagalmā. Vannasistabai nepieciešams remonts. Gultas matracis ir šausmīgi izgulēts un mīksts, nav iespējams izgulēties, jānomaina. Skaņas izolācija slikta. Ārdurvis sagādāja problēmas, nepieciešama nomaiņa. Dzīvoklis varēja būt tīrāks un gultasveļa/dvieļi jāatjauno.

• natanatali (8/5): - Без контактное заселение. Парковка во дворе. Было достаточно мест для парковки. Квартира понравилась. Просторная. Как на фотографиях. В квартире было тепло - отопление. В квартире было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Квартира находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от Старого города. Практически всё понравилось. Немного не удобная раковина в ванной комнате- для нас немного низкая. Это из-за того, что пол в ванной комнате выше, а раковина осталась на прежнем уровне. И первое время мы спотыкались из-за того, что пол был выше в ванной комнате, а в коридоре ниже. Надо быть внимательнее.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Удобно, чисто, комфортно - Огромная благодарность за прием! Чисто, уютно, на кухне есть всё необходимое, вкусный кофе из кофемашины. Удобное расположение, недалеко от жд вокзала, но на тихой, спокойной улице. До центра пешком прогулялись, попали на рождественский праздник. Рекомендовала бы друзьям.

• Natalja (9/5): - Легкое заселение. В квартире было чисто, уютно и мы нашли всё необходимое. Приятным бонусом был вкусный кофе из кофейного аппарата. Хотя дом реновирован, звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Были слышны разговоры соседей.

• Kait (9/5): - Hubane ja kodune. Kõik vajalik olemas ja siis veel lisaks nii, et oli mõnus õhkkond ja kodune peatumine. Ainuke asi, mis isiklikult minu jaoks 1 punkti maksimumist alla võttis, oli dušikabiini suurus. Suuremad inimesed sinna väga ära ei mahu. Mul isiklikult läksid käed iga pööramisega kraani pihta ning lükkasin veel tempi paigast ära. Aga see tõesti oli ainuke kitsaskoht minu jaoks.

I kept the windows open. The street noise can be heard, also windows closed, but not very much. The windows are towards two streets.

Ienākot apartamentos ieslēgta gaisma, fonā skan mūzika, sajūta, ka esi gaidīts. Traucējoši kaimiņi, gan augšā, gan blakus. Dzirdamība no kāpņu telpas liela, jo ir vienas durvis. Vilšanās par vannas istabu, tur nepieciešami tehniski uzlabojumi. Virtuvē nebija apgaismojums. Varēja būt mazliet tīrāks, paklājs ar putekļiem.

• Matthias Stephan (9/5): Great Stay – Comfortable Apartment with Excellent Location - The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Its location is perfect – just a short walk to the old town and all major attractions. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking is available right in front of the house, although it can sometimes be a bit tricky to find a free spot on the private grounds. Overall, a lovely place to stay – we would happily come back! Bathroom not any more on the newest standard
• Matt (7/5): It is a nice flat overall - It is a nice quiet flat. About 10 minutes or so walk from the centre of town. The bed was quite hard (gave me a bad back). The shower cubicle is very small.

Ilmselt on inimesi, kelle jaoks raiskamine on glamuurne, aga on ka teisi, kelle meelest on imelik, kui toas on tuled jäetud põlema ja muusika mängima, kuigi seal kedagi ei ole. Prügi läks kõik ühte kasti.

• Ieva (6/5): Comfortable Arrival - The place was okay overall, but I didn’t feel it fully lived up to the price. That said, I appreciated the easy check-in process, and the music and lights being set on arrival added a cosy touch. The location was really good since it was easy to walk to main attractions by foot. The shower has seen better days. It’s a small apartment in a very tightly packed block, so I found myself being extra cautious not to disturb the neighbours (with two small children).

The owner was incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to reach the place, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were both effortless and convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the thoughtful touch in the kitchen — since we arrived very late and didn’t have time to stop at a shop, it was such a lovely surprise to find coffee, oats, and dates waiting for us. It made for a delicious porridge in the morning and really made us feel at home. Overall, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you for such a warm and pleasant experience — we would absolutely stay here again!

• Katharine (9/5): easy and nice place to stay in Tartu city. - Conveniently located near university and town centre, but in a calm residential area. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything worked and was clean, we could make breakfast in the kitchen. The bed was big and quite comfy. It was nice and warm and bright in the apartment. The bedsheets smelled a bit like they took slightly too long to get dry, but it was not so very noticeable. There was some noise from the apartment above, but living noises, nothing out of the ordinary. Needing to specify the time of arrival and leaving felt slightly difficult because we wanted to be a bit flexible, but it worked out fine.
