• Viktoriia (8/5): Not bad, but I would like to update the renovation a bit - Very hospitable hosts, enough dishes, parking and location, there is a place to park the car and a bus stop nearby, they allowed us to check in early, for which we are very grateful I'd like a little more cleanliness and some renovation work in the bathroom. When I shower, water constantly leaks, causing the laminate to bulge. Because it's a basement, there's little airflow and no ventilation.

• jaquelina (10/5): Amplia casa a 3 minutos de la playa - La propiedad es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Tiene todo lo necesario, y es muy amplia. Barbara, es súper amable y está pendiente de los huéspedes. Tener la parada del Tranvía a la vuelta y el Mercado a 2 cuadras al igual que la playa le dan una ubicación perfecta. No hay nada para decir realmente.

• Simona (10/5): Thank you for making me feel so welcomed, Barbara! - Great stay at Barbara! Everything was in good condition, communication was smooth, Barbara is a kind a welcoming host. The area quiet, with everything: tram, supermarkets, restaurants, beach and sports facilities in short walk.

As it is half-basement you will enjoy super privacy,no one ever will look at you,like whole building for you.Humidity collector and conditioning helped when it rained and we needed to dry clothes.Kitchen fully equipped, lot's of dishes, microwave. As we stayed 7 days with small children, vacuum cleaner and some more towels would be perfect, because beach is so close and full of sand 😁It is more like suggestion.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Good location: two big grocery stores just around the corner, tram station 1 min walk (the tram goes straight to Alicante port/city center/ shopping mall and beautiful San Juan Beach. Albufereta beach is nearby, about 5 min on foot. There is everything for a comfortable stay in the apartment. Barbara is a very nice and helpful host. Check-in was fast and smooth.
