• carolyn (10/5): A great pace to stay in Athens in a wonderful location. - This was a very comfortable apartment with two verandahs and views to the acropolis and other temples and important sites. It was beautifully decorated. A lovely place to rest after busy athens or tours. The location is excellent, close to every main attraction and metros. Highly recomended. Unfortuneately the stairs, but you cant help this. It is part of the building.
• Peter (10/5): Mittendrin! - Die Lage im lebendigsten Viertel von Athens Zentrum. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom schmalen Balkon aus sogar ein kleiner Akropolisblick. Nette Lokale gleich in der Nebenstraße. Das Appartment selbst ist nicht übereingerichtet aber alles da, was man braucht. Eine kleine Schwierigkeit mit dem WiFi wurde durch die Vermieterin in weniger als 10 min gelöst. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer sicher hilfreich.

The space is incredible, like a classic, grand Athenian home with massive rooms and soaring high ceilings that give it such a bright, airy atmosphere at the best location. ​The highlight, without a doubt, was the two huge terraces. The views of the Ancient Agora are breathtaking, and you can even catch a glimpse of the Acropolis! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the host was beyond attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. She even surprised me with a little gift.

• Maja (8/5): - Apartman je jako lijepo uređen, ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak i nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji! Jako dobar apartman s manjim nedostatcima. Tijekom našeg boravka nije bilo toliko toplo pa smo morale koristiti klimu i grijalice kako bi ugrijale apartman što nije bio problem, ali ručnici u kupaonici se nikako nisu mogli osušiti zbog hladnoće i vlage, nije pomogao ni prozor u kupaonici. Buka se dosta čuje navečer u apartmanu, ali nama to nije toliko smetalo.

• Piotr (10/5): - Lokalizacja mistrzostwo, wszędzie blisko. Wspaniałe tarasy z widokami. Bardzo czysto. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo szybka i klarowna. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, ręczniki mięciutkie. Bardzo polecam. Brakowało mi tylko dużego ostrego noża i miski ale to szczegóły.

• Aneta (10/5): Could not recommend more! - The apartment was incredibly well decorated. The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Since we made our own meals once or twice, we appreciated the kitchen with all the necessary supplies. We especially enjoyed the view of the Acropolis from the balcony. The host was very nice as well. The communication was always quick and accommodating. The host even offered to change our bedsheets and towels throughout out stay, which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Grace apartment and would definitely choose it again in the future.

• Christos (10/5): Perfect Stay – Everything You Need - After extensive research to stay in the Psyrri–Monastiraki area, this place turned out to be a perfect choice. The duplex apartment is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and feels like a complete home rather than just a room. On the lower level, there is a proper living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, as well as a small additional toilet, which makes the apartment extremely practical and comfortable. The upper level features a very well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and the apartment provides everything you might need: air-conditioning on both levels, iron, hairdryer, umbrella and all essential amenities. The highlight is the breathtaking view — from the bed I could see the Temple of Hephaestus and even the Acropolis. The host was outstanding: kind, welcoming and extremely helpful, offering early check-in and luggage storage after check-out. A perfect stay in every sense. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Personally, I did not find anything to dislike. However, it is worth mentioning that the building does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for me, but it could be inconvenient for guests with mobility difficulties, health issues, or for older people. Apart from this, I see no reason not to stay at this property.

• Federica (10/5): Great location with lovely host - The property is right where the day and nightlife happen, close to all the main historical sites, and offers a beautiful view of the Parthenon and the Temple of Hephaestus. The two terraces of the maisonette are an added bonus to this beautiful apartment. The host is lovely, proactive, and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I am ever back in town.

• Stacy (9/5): Don't judge a book by its cover - beyond the front door is an incredible stay in the heart of Athens - Location was INCREDIBLE! Easily walkable to so many places and having a view of the Parthenon and the Temple of Hephaestus was super fun when we sat outside on the upper balcony at night drinking wine and playing games after a long day of exploring. I must admit that coming from the States, whenever we see a neighborhood covered in graffiti we kind of associate it with not being in a good area, but boy - were we wrong! It was safe, lots of friendly and happy people milling about and the history and juxtaposition of being in a bustling urban metropolis surrounded by ancient artifacts was mind-boggling. We loved it! And the decor, the two-stories of apartment living...well thought-out! The only things we would have liked to have are washcloths for bathing and a Nespresso machine. We love lounging in the mornings before a long day of exploration, so having some coffee on the balcony (instead of having to go to a shop to get some) would definitely be welcomed by others I'm sure. We missed it...

Uitzicht vanuit het balkon op de Acropolis was een kadootje) Locatie van appartement lijkt misschien wat ruig, maar heb mij nooit onveilig gevoeld. eigenlijk niets
• Melanie (8/5): sehr zentral gelegenes Appartment mit tollem Blick auf den Tempel! - Die Lage war sehr zentral und die Aussicht auf die den Tempel war sehr schön! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr schlecht, zu wenig Besteck. Kochen konnte man gar nicht, zu wenig Pfannen und Töpfe, kein Backofen. Lift ist vorhanden aber war kaputt. Appartment liegt in der 3. Etage.

• IRENE (10/5): Chic condo in the heart of downtown Athens - The apartment is like the bachelor apartment of my dreams. Gorgeous modern decor, super spacious (10ft ceilings I think, couldn’t measure), nice contemporary bathroom fixtures. The host also hooked us up with treats to start our day and answered any questions I had very quickly. It’s less than 5 minutes from Thiseo station and 5 minutes from Monastiraki, and you will be spoiled for choice in terms of where to eat and shop.

• Marty (6/5): A good place for young and agile visitors but not at all for seniors due to many many stairs and inaccessible bath/s - On fairly quiet street just around the corner from the Psyri neighborhood bars, cafes and shops. Short walk to train station. The balconies were nice also. The gift basket of wine, snacks, and eggs and cheese were very very nice to have! The stairs were a real problem for us senior citizens. 3 long flights with light switches hard to find and which only stayed on briefly. There were no instructions for any equipment so we could not figure out how to turn on the stove top. We had a difficult time getting the keys to work, especially in the street level door which would be very stressful in an emergency as you are locked in. Also there was very minimal items in kitchen even if we could have turned on the stove. . We had to resort to cups of noodle soup and salad which was ok but space is very tiny for prepping any food at all. Finally, the bathtub with handheld shower was almost impossible for us senior citizens as it requires climbing over the end of the tub with no grab bars or way to feel safe. A good place for the very young and agile visitors!
• Kanykey (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, we would like to thank the host of the apartment, who agreed to check in us very late at night although check in time indicated between 15:00-18:00. We highly appreciate this. The location of the apartment was the best, although it is located at the street with Caffes and bars, it was very quiet. All historical places are very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment. We liked everything.

We were allowed to leave the bags at the apartment after check out which gave us extra freedom until we had our flight. Highly recommend to stay at this property. Thank you so much

• Patrick (10/5): Fantastic! - Lovely host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We were greeted in the evening, way later than we innitially planned to arrive because of flight delays. We were given a bottle of wine to greet us at our arrival and later in the week were given some snacks after our towels and sheets had been changed. The appartment was lovely and situated in a very central and convenient part of town with every important landmark within walking distance. Communication with our host was very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Athens.
• Marina (10/5): Next to where you'd want to stay in Athens; attentive/communicative hosts and comfortable. - My friend and I LOVED our stay. It was close to everything we wanted/needed to do. The apartment decor was sleek and modern which made for tranquil returns after big days of walking and exploring the city. The air-conditioning/heating unit was great to keep the apartment to the perfect temperature. We traveled in mid-late March and found the price to be a great value. The communication with the host was 100%. So appreciative for this stay as it added to the incredible experience that was Athens. I didn't necessarily like the graffiti on the exterior of the building since it wasn't a picture/mural of any kind but just random tagging and gave me slight feelings of discomfort upon arrival. But with fairness, the owners of apartments are not necessarily the owners of the entire building and therefore have no control over this.

• Kreszadló (9/5): A nice place for sightseeing - The location is close to everything what you would like to see as a tourist, so you don't need to you public transport. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. The are also some bathroom supplies (shower gel, shampoo). The owner was also kind and supportive. It is a big advantage, but on the other hand it's a bit disadvantage as well, that the location is so close to everything - the street is noisy even in the night too, but with an earplug you can sleep well.

• Annegret (9/5): We are in love with Athens ! - The location is perfect; you are in the middle of everything and nevertheless the flat has excellent, modern windows and electrical shutters and you don't hear a thing. All the important sites are walking distance; 5 min. walk to Monastiraki Square to reach the train to the airport. Direct Metro Line to Piraeus around the corner. Due to seamen strike we missed two nights and the host refunded some of the payment; exceptional nice also that she offered us a late checkout and did everything to make us feel at home. The apartment has 2 terraces !!!! with an exceptional view and has it's very own character. That we couldn't stay longer ! There is no elevator and the flat is located on two levels; no problem for us, but keep it in mind if you have a problem with stairs or a heavy suitcase.

One on each floor Fully furnished Very Spacious Walking up 3 Flights of stairs. No lift. I'm very fit and barely manage carrying 32kg luggage upstairs. Flat is a duplex and have stairs inside. More exercise :) Only two pillows on bed which was bad quality. A plus was one good pillow in the cupboard No blankets on bed, just a sheet to cover you No Shower. Only a bath with a handheld shower Bed is a bit firm 5/10

Lively neighborhood with lots to do and experience. Owner: helpful and friendly, helped us with everything, easy check in and available for anything. He left us a bottle of wine in the fridge and gave us a bottle of oil. Wonderful. View: stunning, terrace overlooking the acropolis and the temple of Hephaestus. Apartment: Beautiful, spacious, functional and with everything you need for an excellent stay. The two terraces are special. Price: Super convenient. For what they offer and for the area it is incredible. Overall rating is 10/10. A wonderful experience. Thank you for everything.
