• Myriam (7/5): - La proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro. 3 chambres confortables. Une grande salle de bain avec toilettes mais aussi un toilette supplémentaire à part. Le lave-linge et sèche-linge très pratiques. Nous avons eu des réponses rapides à nos demandes par messagerie Booking et par téléphone. La table était trop petite pour manger à 6, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas extensible. Pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine pour pouvoir cuisiner, pas assez de mugs et bols pour le matin.

• Lukas (6/5): Neat dorm in a great neighborhood for friend groups and families - Great location, more of a homey feel with some absolute hidden gems cafes around. The place was also very spacey. The beds were quite comfortable, though the sheets didn't fit. The place in general is in a rough condition. Items like handwash soap were also missing, as well as a lighter or a matchstick to turn on the stove. Overall more incentive to spend as much time around the neighbourhood, treating it as more of a dorm with a kitchen and TV.

• Aoife (5/5): Was pleasant handy for a night or two. If your bothered about cleanliness don’t book - Location was ideal. Close to train stations. Hair dryer in the property was broken- plug was bent couldn’t use it. Would have been nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom body wash etc. Utensils/ plates in the kitchen were dirty had to wash everything before use.
• Akililu (10/5): - Het appartement is goed voor ons hele familie, alle kamers waren netjes en groot,ze hebben zelfs extra spullen gezet. Alles werkt perfect,rustig buurt, makelijk om openbaar vervoer te bereiken en redelijk prijs . Alles was goed .
• Saverio (4/5): Deludente Deludente - Anche se l' appartamento a prima vista sembrava confortevole tutto e' stato rovinato dalle pessime condizioni igieniche in cui e' stato lasciato. L' appartamento molto sporco. Lenzuola con macchie di sangue e piene di peli e capelli. Armadi polverosi e resti di alimenti nel pavimento. Fatta la segnalazione il gestore assicurava il cambio delle lenzuola il giorno dopo. Il cambio non e' stato effettuato e non si è più ricevuta alcuna risposta o giustificazione. Comportamento deplorevole.

• Giusy (4/5): - Casa ben sviluppata e carina, posto tranquillo e ottimo Pulizia inesistente. Lenzuola e cuscini non lavati, tovaglie non lavate e di cattivo odore, moquette piena di macchie. Cibo degli ospiti precedenti nel frigo ma cosa peggiore peli sui cuscini, nel cassetto delle posate e ho trovato delle unghie nei cassetti del comodino (allego foto)
• Laurynas (7/5): A convenient place in the city if you only need to stay overnight and cleanliness is not a priority. - Very convenient location in the city. You can reach the centre in 45-50 minutes on foot. Spacious apartment, great neighbourhood. Coffee shops and grocery store nearby (you can eat breakfast in a small park). The apartment was not cleaned properly. There is mold, the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed. Some things were broken (small stuff, not a dealbreaker)

• Leedsutd (7/5): Good value, close to Central London in a friendly neighbourhood - Reasonably well situated in nice suburb, easy access into town. I thought it was good value for money. The apartment was in good condition and reasonably clean The owner was very attentive to our needs I thought the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was of poor quality

• Sandra (8/5): Nice London terrace with three double rooms - Set in historic terraced house, it has three good-sized double rooms; the front master room in particular is large. Plenty of wardrobe space and two toilets great but only one bathroom and no toilet downstairs. Area peaceful yet close to central London. Host kindly let us store luggage earlier than check in time. The place is comfortable and roomy. No toaster as listed, beds didn’t come with bedside tables or lamps as shown in photos. Mirrors smeared. Tea mugs stained. So much potential to make this place really luxurious.
• Joe (10/5): Excellent stay for a family of 4, would stay here again. - The property is good value for money, having 3 bedrooms with double beds and all the required facilities, it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station so the location was ideal, and the communication from the landlord was very efficient. No negatives.
• Dylan (10/5): Very satisfied and would highly recommend. - Very spacious and easy to warm up. Shower was good and handy having multiple toilets. Location was really good for Ubers and public transport. Beds very comfy so got a good nights sleep and no outside voice to disturb you. Had to nip to the shop for some coffee but it was only 5 minutes away so no bother.

The interior spaces are spacious and well-organized, providing comfort and practicality both for relaxation and daily activities. The cleanliness was satisfactory, adding to the overall positive experience. A helpful suggestion would be to provide guests with clear information on waste sorting, including specific instructions on disposal and collection days. Additionally, a list of nearby shops and services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, possibly with a map or personal recommendations, would further enhance the stay.

• Kristina (6/5): Low cleaning standart - Big apartments, 2 toilets. Poor cleaning, kitchen was dirty including dishes in the cupboards. Towels had weird smell. No bags in the bin for rubish and we could not find any left bin bags so we have to buy. Owner taking time to reply message, also we been asked to leave apartments as we faund for the next guests ( ? Faund this odd because cleaning need to be done after evry guests, not expecting from customers to clean apartments for next guests to use ? )
• Karla (5/5): Would be great if the owners clean it - The size of the flat, and the location is great, but for the price that paid I expected to be clean, I don't think they clean or wash the bedding, it was disgusting, the microwave had food inside, the washing machine had mold in the soap compartiment, the carpet was dirty, the duvets had stains the bedding smells bad, the kitchen had grease stains and amenities were dirty, with the amount that they charge they should have profesional cleaning between guest, not that they expect that you clean and leave it ready for the next guest and there is no items for you to clean, the bathroom was dirty, everything was just in poor conditions

• Jeļizaveta (6/5): It's a very good deal for it's price - I didn't have to wait for anyone to get the keys, which is nice. The place itself is awesome, 2 floors, big and nice rooms with large beds. A good choice for those who prefer soft mattresses. There's a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge, a stove, a big TV screen. It's quiet at nights. There are stores and cafeterias nearby, also public transport stops, good location. It's a very good place to stay for a family. The communication with the owner was not the best experience, as I expected a way faster response to my messages and emails. For example, I asked if there're adapters available for UK sockets and didn't get a straight answer. So take care of taking your own. Also don't forget to bring matches or a lighter, because it's a gas stove. I didn't find a kettle. Address available on booking.com is precise and I didn't receive any message or additional information regarding where should I look for the place and the ways to get the keys prior my arrival. We had an issue with wi-fi and during our short stay and it was not fixed, because it was a weekend. I can't say it's a very clean place. Keep in mind if you can't stand stains and imperfectly clean surfaces. All those minor inconveniences and small troubles spoiled overall impression.
