• Keijiro (5/5): アパート駐車場の利便性を除けば、ストレスの少ない滞在先 - 部屋の設備は新しく必要なものが揃っており広さも十分、一度チェックインを済ませてしまえば、概ね快適に過ごすことができた。 チェックインに使用するAppのUIデザインがあまり親切にできておらず不便だった。 AppやGoogleマップで表示されているアパートの所在地が間違っているため、住所などの情報を頼りに宿泊者自身が正しい場所を見つける必要がある。 シャワーについて、時間帯によってはお湯が全く出ないことがあった。 アパート施設内の地下駐車場を利用する場合は、App内のメニューを複数展開しようやく予約画面を開き、そこから支払い・予約をする必要がある。その後アパートの駐車場に到着した際にAppを使用してゲートの開閉を行う必要があるが、出入りのたびにAppにログインをし、駐車場のゲート開閉画面を開いた上で操作をしなければならない。しかも、アパート地下では電波が届かないため、事前にApp画面を開いた上で駐車場に向かう必要がある。地下駐車場へ行くには車専用エレベーターを使用する必要があるが、エレベータは車1台しか搭載できず、地下2階へは片道に2分程度時間がかかる上に、エレベーターの呼び出しから昇降中は常にボタンを押し続ける必要があり不便。これに加えて他の住居者とタイミングが重なると10分以上は車の出し入れに時間がかかる。(Googleコメントで見かけた駐車場のリフトに閉じ込められるような事態にはならなかった)

• Renato (1/5): Pesima experiencia y no hay asistencia en el lugar - Nada Mucho Primero indican que tiene parking pero despues te lo cobran E15, las instrucciones de acceso son confusas y dificiles y nadie te asiste, me dieron piza para discapacitados sin avisarme antes, con ducha no apta, cama baja, etc. El estacionamiento es incomodo y de dificil acceso, quedamos encerrados 1/2 adentro sin asistencia ya que apertura de puerta estaba bloqueada en la app, la asistencia es solo via wapp y demora, en el lugar nadie asiste.

Une poêle ne fonctionnait pas avec le système induction de la plaque de cuisson, très mal insonorisé. Les environs de l’appartement sont moyens. Coupures de courant pendant un peu plus de 12 h , restée coincée dehors pendant plus de 45 min car tout le système d’entrée dans l’immeuble est électrique, et quand coupure d’électricité = pas de possibilité de d’entrée.

To get inside you need internet access. To get into the garage you need internet access. I could never open the garage door. Always had to contact the support to open the door. In case of an emergency, you are stuck. Can't open anything without internet. It's really terrible. Before we arrive, I got like five messages to remember to check in. It's worse than spam. Then, after the check-in, you have one link to get inside the apartment and another to open the garage door. Everything is really confusing...So many links, webpages, and in the end, nothing works..

• Kristina (8/5): Nice place, not so nice area, non supporting personal - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is not i the best neighborhood, but it is nicely connected to the metro (we felt safe). We loved the enormous balcony and how secure the building felt. We asked for an early check-in due to an early flight, and it was not possible (fair enough). We made sure to communicate that we need the room. We arrived at the apartment at 3pm (their standard check in time) to find the cleaning persons just starting to clean. It took them 1.5h to finish, till 4.30pm. The person that we were talking to to handle this issue (we were traveling with kids) was not helpful at all. Luckily for us, the helpline from booking.com provided a suitable solution. So, the apartment was nice but now worth the effort. There is a Lidl close by, but no nice caffes/restaurants/anything worth seeing. Something more central might be a better option as there is nothing to do around in case you decide to stay in.

• Larisa Cristina (10/5): Este mult prea - Apartamentul a fost curat și potrivit pentru două familii cu câte un copil. Locația a fost bună, metroul este la 200-300 m și poți ajunge ușor oriunde îți dorești. La preluarea cazării am fost întâmpinați cu o sticlă de suc de portocale, două sticle de apă, cafea, ceai, zahăr, sare, piper și ulei. Ne-au bucurat tare deoarece am ajuns destul de târziu la apartament în prima zi și pentru asta le mulțumim mult. Arată exact ca în poză. Este mult peste așteptările pe care le-am avut. Canapeaua din living este prea folosită și incomodă. De asemenea, ne-au lipsit o oală și o tigaie mai mare pentru a putea găti ceva ușor de cină (gen paste).

• Ewa (6/5): Apartament z potencjałem, ale niedociągnięcia techniczne na minus - Apartament jest nowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Na miejscu dostępne były wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy na start – od zestawu kosmetyków (szampon i żel pod prysznic), po środki do prania i zmywarki. Kuchnia również świetnie zaopatrzona – kawa, herbata, cukier oraz wystarczająca ilość naczyń. Dużym atutem jest piękny taras, z którego niestety nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać, ale zdecydowanie robi wrażenie. Sypialnie są przytulnie urządzone, a łóżka bardzo wygodne, co zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek. W okolicy sporo sklepów (Lidl oraz mniejsze sklepiki lokalne) Blisko stacja metra. Pobyt w apartamencie miał swoje plusy, jednak niestety kilka istotnych kwestii znacząco wpłynęło na komfort naszego pobytu. Lokalizacja nie należy do najbezpieczniejszych, a w weekendy okolica jest bardzo głośna. Dostępny jest parking przy apartamencie (15 € za noc), natomiast przy odrobinie cierpliwości można znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce w okolicy. Największym minusem było zdecydowanie łóżko w salonie – bardzo niewygodne, do tego stopnia, że aby móc się wyspać, trzeba było spać „odwrotnie”. Pomimo zgłoszenia problemu, właściciel nie podjął żadnych działań, twierdząc, że wszystko jest w porządku. Również moja prośba o częściowy zwrot kosztów pozostała bez odpowiedzi. Dodatkowo toster powodował wybijanie prądu (został wymieniony w trakcie pobytu), a zmywarka zdecydowanie wymaga naprawy. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę apartamentu, która nie była niska, oczekiwałam znacznie wyższego standardu i lepszej reakcji ze strony właściciela.

• Nicoleta Bianca (6/5): Gândaci - Apartamentele au avut multe facilități, ne-am simțit în siguranță, mai puțin faza cu gândacii. Unul din apartamente era plin de gândaci de bucătărie, carcalaci. Am anunțat, dar echipa de la curățenie doar i-a strâns. Au apărut în fiecare seară și în fiecare noapte, în special la bucătărie. Am cerut să ne schimbe apartamentul, dar ne-au amânat până la plecare.

• Mónica (9/5): Muy cómodo - El apartamento era muy cómodo y tenía de todo. Es todo un detalle que hubiera pastillas para el lavavajillas, jabón para la lavadora, unos botecitos individuales de aceite y de sal, etc. La atención del personal por Whatsapp y teléfono fue excelente. El salón, la cocina y el baño estaban muy limpios, pero en una de las habitaciones había pelusas debajo de la cama. Nada grave, de todos modos.

• fabio (4/5): departamento muy pequeño con muy fea ubicacion - nada esta ubicado en un sitio que no es para turistas, es un barrio feo, sucio y que luce peligroso. las fotos del aviso no son reales, era una habitacion muy pequeña, sin balcon, Pagamos extra por el estacionamiento, que era muy dificil de utilizar
